Under the background of the new media era, teenagers, especially college students, have pushed the new media to a blowout development trend. This provides opportunities and challenges for the development of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. Inter subjectivity ideological and political education is the frontier issue in the discipline of Ideological and political education, which embodies the Marxist theory of subject human and the Marxist concept of communication practice. In the era of new media, the research on the ideological and political education among the main bodies of colleges and universities is a reasonable choice to conform to the trend of the times. Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities can be effectively developed on the platform of new media.

Abstract: With the continuous progress and development of the times, China's social development is more and more rapid. Among them, the implementation of the Marxist concept of popularization plays an important role in promoting social spiritual and cultural development and maintaining social stability and progress. At present, with the continuous improvement and rapid development of the socialist market economy in China, especially the sudden rise of electronic information technology, the new communication tools are changing with each passing day. In this process, new media information technology, with its unique advantages, “broke” into the vision of modern people, participated in and influenced people’s way of life, behavior habits and social operation, and brought the development of human society into a new stage, the new media age. In today’s era, the new media has been developing rapidly in terms of technology and content, and its content is timeliness and interesting. It matches the characteristics of contemporary college students in pursuit of freshness and individuality, so that it has won the general favor of college students. However, when the new media information technology affects and permeates all aspects of the University, the ideological and political education of college students does not seem to keep pace with the times. Because of the lack of experience, many colleges and universities have not integrated the new media information technology with the ideological and political education of college students, but simply turn the original paper into a web page, ignore the readability and dissemination of the content, resulting in the poor practical effect of education, and then a series of real problems urgently to be solved. Therefore, this paper makes a detailed summary of the problems and Countermeasures of the current new media and college students’ Ideological and political teaching, aiming at arousing people’s attention to the political and ideological education of college students in the new media era, and providing suggestions for the use of new media information technology to promote the development of College Students’ Ideological and Political Education under the information age.

In recent years, with the development of "guiding outline of Ideological and political construction of college curriculum" and "five focuses", the ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities has become more and more important. Major commemorative activities can carry and transmit the content of ideological and political education, with distinct political nature, extensive participation and strong characteristics of the times. Therefore, major commemorative activities have the function of ideological and political education. The ideological and political education function of major commemorative activities is mainly manifested in strengthening political identity, condensing value consensus and enhancing mission responsibility. By enriching the forms of practical activities, widely using new media and realizing the organic unity of family, school and society, we will give full play to the ideological and political education function of major commemorative activities, so as to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
