This study aimed to determine the level of tourist satisfaction and the performance of attractions, accessibilities, and amenities (3As) in Pulesari Tourism Village (PTV). This study uses both qualitative and quantitative (mixed method). The population in this study was tourists who visited PTV during the period of August to September 2018. A hundred samples were collected using Purposive Sampling method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires, in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. Gradual quantitative-qualitative data analysis is used as a technique to analyse the data. It begins with Likert satisfaction analysis, Importance Performance Analysis, and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the level of tourist satisfaction was in the satisfied category. Managers need to improve the quality of attraction components and become a priority to meet tourist expectations. Based on this study, the results show that the quality of the 3As component influences the level of satisfaction of visiting tourists. The three components become unity and support each other. A low assessment of one component can be improved by other components that are perceived to have better quality.

Yasa Putra Sedana is an art studio engaged in dance and percussion, In its activities, Yasa Putra Sedana must be able to compensate with good service to tourists so that tourists feel happy and comfortable. This study aims to analyze the level of tourist satisfaction with the quality of services provided by employee, in order to determine the level of satisfaction of tourists who come to the Yasa Putra Sedana Art Studio and then can be further evaluated. This research was conducted at the Yasa Putra Sedana Art Studio in Banjar Pengaji, Melinggih Kelod Village, the District of Payangan, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province, the type of data in this study used quantitative and qualitative data, where the data were obtained using a questionnaire distribution method, in-depth interviews, observations / Observation and documentation. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique, and then the data obtained were analyzed with a qualitative descriptive technique using a Likert scale. The results of this research is, that the level of tourist satisfaction with the quality of service at the Yasa Putra Sedana Art Studio gets a very satisfied value, this is obtained from the results of the calculation of the average score obtained from the distribution of questionnaires from the level of performance and level of importance to all the indicators that affect the level tourist satisfaction, obtained a yield of 101.189% (very satisfied). The aimed of this study was to analyze the management of Boonpring Ecotourism by Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in order to increase income of the village (PADes). This study uses a case study design with a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative data obtained by conducting in depth interviews, observations and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of village, the Head of BUMDes, staff and community. Data reduction, data presentation, trianggulation and conclusion are data analysis  used in this study. The results of the study stated that the management of Boonpring Ecotourism had been carried out well by the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) of Sanan Kerto in accordance with the cooperative, participatory, transparent, accountable, and sustainable principles. Good management of Boonpring Ecotourism is expected to increase Income of village in a sustainable manner by exploring the potential of villages through the tourism sector even though there are obstacles in the application of participatory principles, namely the quality of Human Resources (HR) that need to be trained.Keywords: Management Principles; tourismp; BUMDes; Income of Village. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan desa (PADes). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, kepala BUMDes, karyawan, dan masyarakat. Reduksi data, penyajian data, trianggulasi dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menyatakan pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring sudah dilakukan dengan baik oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sanan kerto sesuai dengan prinsip kooperatif, partisipatif, emansipatif, transparan, akuntable, dan sustainable. Pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring yang baik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa secara berkelanjutan dengan menggali potensi desa melalui sektor pariwisata walaupun ada kendala dalam penerapan prinsip partisipatif yaitu kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang perlu dilatih.Kata Kunci: Prinsip Pengelolaan, wisata, BUMDes, PADes.

Research on tourist satisfaction has been a topic of interest for many academicians. This study aimed to examine the effect of tourist facilities on tourist satisfaction at the natural attractions of Tegenungan waterfall, Bali. The sampling method used was accidental sampling with 100 samples collected in 5 days. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the tourist facility variable has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction. T test results show that the tourist facilities (X) significantly affect tourist satisfaction (Y) at the natural attractions of Tegenungan waterfall, Bali. It is expected that the quality of existing tourist facilities can be improved so that it can have a positive impact on the satisfaction of tourists visiting the waterfall. ABSTRAKNightlife attraction merupakan komponen produk wisata yang penting tetapi kurang mendapat perhatian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana wisata malam memiliki pengaruh pada kepuasan wisatawan terhadap kawasan Prawirotaman. Penelitian ini merujuk pada teori kualitas produk wisata yang mencakup atraksi wisata, amenitas, dan aksesibilitas yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif didukung dengan data kualitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner pada wisatawan dan wawancara kepada pihak pengelola kemudian dianalisis dengan analisa Servqual, CSI, dan IPA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas nightlife di Kawasan Prawirotaman masih jauh di bawah tingkat harapan wisatawan. Hal ini mengindikasikan tingkat kepuasan wisnus maupun wisman terhadap kawasan wisata Prawirotaman masih rendah. Terdapat beberapa indikator yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan wisnus dan wisman yang dapat menjadi perhatian bagi pengelola dan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas nightlife attraction. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya kualitas elemen produk 3A (atraksi, amenitas, dan aksesibilitas) mempengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan secara keseluruhan. Kata Kunci : Nightlife Attraction, Kepuasan Wisatawan, Kawasan Wisata INFLUENCE OF QUALITY OF NIGHT ATTRACTION PRODUCTS TO TOURISTS SATISFACTION IN PRAWIROTAMANABSTRACT ABSTRACTNightlife attraction is an important component of tourism product but less attention. The purpose of this research is to know how the night attraction has an influence on tourists satisfaction in Prawirotaman. This study refers to quality of tourism product’s theory that include attractions, amenity, and accessibility that uses quantitative methods supported by qualitative data. The data were collected by questionnaire on the tourists and interview to the manager then analyzed by Servqual, CSI, and IPA analysis. These results indicate the quality of nightlife attraction in Prawirotaman area is still far below the tourist’s expectations. This indicates the level of satisfaction from domestic and international tourists towards Prawirotaman are still low or very dissatisfied. There are several indicators that affect the level of domestic and international tourists satisfaction can be a concern for managers and governments in improving quality of night attraction. The purpose of the training is to help elementary school teachers who have difficulty in applying the 2013 curriculum. The method used is training using the mentoring method. Assistance is carried out directly and indirectly. The teachers were accompanied directly face to face by the service team in completing assignments, indirectly the teachers were accompanied by the team via telephone, email, whatsapp and videocall. To measure the achievement of the training is a qualitative descriptive analysis. To evaluate all activities using qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative data collection techniques are: interviews and observations, data analysis from beginning to end. Quantitative data collection techniques are questionnaires and data analysts using a percentage formula. The results of the training are teachers increasing curriculum competency in 2013

Sentulfresh Indonesia Educational Tour can not avoid the effects of tight business competition, so it needs to improve the services quality continuously. The purpose of this research was to analyse level of services visitor satisfaction educational tour, and to formulate development strategies to increase the visitor satisfaction. This research was a descriptive study with qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data were obtained by in-depth interviews, whereas quantitative data were acquired using questionnaires of development strategic and level of service to analyzed by Servqual method. The internal and external environments were analyzed, followed by SWOT  analysis. The result was used as data to formulate strategies followed by QSP) test to sequence priorities of the chosen strategies as strategy development of educational tour of Sentulfresh Indonesia. The result stated that the quality of service at the educational tour of Sentulfresh Indonesia has not meet the needs and desires of visitor. Based on SWOT analysis shows that the  score of IFE was 2.743 and EFE was 2.430. The priority of alternative strategies based on QSPM test was Realizing the development of facilities on remaining land accompanied by repair and improvements to existing facilities (TAS = 6.620).

The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of employees at PT. General Insurance for Young Bumiputera 1967 Bengkulu Branch. This research is a type of survey research that takes a sample from a participant and uses questionnaires as a data collection and participation tool for analysis, explaining and explaining certain phenomena through field research activities. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. 1967 Bengkulu branch of General Insurance Bumiputera Muda who took 18 people with the sampling method used is total sampling or census. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method that uses the average distribution.The results of this study indicate that, the performance of PT. General Insurance for Young Bumiputera 1967 Bengkulu Branch has been very good with an average value of employee performance is 4.24. The average value of work quality is 4.49. The average value of the amount of work is 4.10. The average value of timeliness is 4.14. The average value of cooperation is 4.39. The average value of the cost resolution is 4.20. One of the most favorite tourist attraction in Yogyakarta is Malioboro. Revitalization of Malioboro has been realized by arranging three main areas, which are Alun-Alun Utara, Malioboro, and Abu Bakar Ali Parking Park. The hard work of the Government of Yogyakarta and its related parties in the early stages of this arrangement and revitalization has shown its results. Now the three areas of revitalization has been well ordered and expected to have a positive effect to increase the number of visitors in Yogyakarta. Improving the quality of public facilities, public infrastructure, and tourism facilities should be in line with the increasing satisfaction of tourists visiting the region, because the satisfaction of tourists is one of the benchmarks of the success of a tourist attraction. For that, research need to be done to measure the level of customer satisfaction on the revitalization of Malioboro area. This study aims to (1) find out the quality of public facilities, public infrastructure, and tourism facilities; (2) to know the level of satisfaction of tourists visiting in Malioboro area after revitalization. This research is descriptive research by conducting survey. Sampling method is using Accidental Sampling Method with the number of samples of 100 respondents who visited Malioboro area. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Then the method of data analysis using Importance Performance Analysis method. The researchers hope this research can give input for local government especially Technical Implemetation Unit of Malioboro Area Management in Yogyakarta Tourism and Culture Departement, in order to improve the quality of tourist attraction in Malioboro area. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap kualitas media pembelajaran interaktif pada pembelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut. (2) Mengetahui keefektifan media pembelajaran interaktif pada pembelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut pada siswa program keahlian Teknik Pemesinan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Data tentang kualitas produk pengembangan ini dikumpulkan dengan angket dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualiatatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) uji ahli materi pelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,92%), (2) uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (85,21%), (3) uji ahli rekayasa perangkat lunak berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (84,03%), (4) uji coba perorangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,75%), (5) uji coba kelompok kecil berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (91,35%) dan (5) uji coba lapangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,31%). Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif  dengan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan buku teks. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh  thitung sebesar 4,68 dan ttabel sebesar 1,67 pada taraf kepercayaan 95 persen. Maka diperoleh bahwa thitung> ttabel. Disimpulkan bahwa  hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan efektifitas sebesar 72,77 %. lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran menggunakan buku teks dengan efektifitas sebesar 62,13%. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran interaktif, teknik pemesinan bubut Abstract: This study aims to: (1) Determine student responses to the quality of interactive learning media on learning Lathe Machining Techniques. (2) Knowing the effectiveness of interactive learning media on learning of Machining Lathe in students of Machining Engineering expertise program. This type of research is development research. Data about the quality of this development product was collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that; (1) Lathe machining engineering subject matter expert test is in very good qualification (88.92%), (2) learning design expert test is in very good qualification (85.21%), (3) software engineering expert test is in in very good qualifications (84.03%), (4) individual trials were in very good qualifications (88.75%), (5) small group trials were in very good qualifications (91.35%) and (5 ) field trials are in very good qualifications (88.31%). Hypothesis testing results prove that there are differences between student learning outcomes using interactive learning media with student learning outcomes using textbooks. This is indicated by the results of data processing obtained by tcount of 4.68 and ttable of 1.67 at a confidence level of 95 percent. Then it is obtained that tcount> ttable. It was concluded that student learning outcomes using interactive learning media with an effectiveness of 72.77%. higher than student learning outcomes taught by learning to use textbooks with an effectiveness of 62.13%. Keywords: interactive learning media, lathe machining techniques

This study aims to describe the agribusiness partnership process that takes place in Kampung Kucai, analyze the income of chives farming, and the perception of chives farmers on the partnership process in Garum District, Blitar Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. Informants in this study were partner chives farmers in Kampung Kucai. Determination of the sample of plasma partner farmers was carried out by purposive sampling method. Informants were selected based on secondary data from the core and information from farmers. So the sample used for Kucai Mitra farmers is 20 people. In addition, there are also 5 key informants. The methods of data collection carried out in this study are of several types, namely structured interviews, in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. The data analysis method used in this researchis descriptive analysis,  income analysis, and Likert analysis. The results showed that the type of partnership between the Financial Institution "Bank BRI" and the partner chives farmers was classified as a nucleus-plasma partnership pattern. In the mechanism of the partnership pattern of the Financial Institution "BRI Bank" with the Kucai Farmer Group, it is carried out based on a partnership agreement. The agreement letter contains the identities of the two partnering parties and the rules given by "Bank BRI" as well as the location or planting area. The total income from chives farming is Rp. 242,000, -. The income of chives farming can be taken by women farmers once a month at the monthly member meeting in the Women Farmers Group or can be saved in advance. If they are saved, usually the women farmers in the research location will take the income before the Eid al-Fitr. The perception of partner chives farmers on the planning of partnership implementation is 80% or very good, the perception of partner chives farmers on the partnership process is 78% or quite good, and the perception of the evaluation of the partnership is very good with 85% results. So that the results of the Likert analysis on the average perception of partner chives farmers on the partnership process with financial institutions "Bank BRI" have a very good category with a percentage of 80% where the total score is 483.
