Gateway redundancy can ensure the network availability and reliability in providing a service. One way is to make a backup system on the gateway. This backup system can be applied to the router so that if a failure occurs on the master router its task and function can be transferred to the slave router. The transition process from master router to slave router is known as failover. Common Address Redundancy Protocol (CARP) is one of the redundancy gateway protocols and provides a failover mechanism on the router. Therefore, this study will analyse the CARP protocol implementation in ensuring the network services availability by measuring parameters of throughput, delay, retransmission, and downtime. The results showed that CARP implementation on the network produced the throughput, delay, and retransmission values of 61.7 Mbps, 0.14 ms, and 1.11% when without the link termination and 18 Mbps, 0.53 ms, and 1.58% when with link termination, while the downtime value is 2.91 seconds. The QoS test results show good quality based on ITU-T.

With the development of sports in colleges and universities, the research on innovation reform of sports industry has been deepened. Therefore, based on the above situation, a study of the status quo and development direction of sports industry in colleges and universities based on the Euclid algorithm is proposed. In the research here, according to the traditional sports industry concept to sum up, and then according to the advantages of computer technology to deal with the relevant data. In order to realize good overlap between data, an application of Euclidean algorithm is proposed. In the test of Euclidean algorithm, the efficiency and function of the algorithm are tested comprehensively, and the test results show that the research is feasible.

Abstract Background: Abernethy malformation is a kind of congenital malformation of portal vein system caused by abnormal portacaval anastomosis. It can be in combination with other congenital malformations. The major therapy of Abernethy malformation is surgery. There has been a limited number of patients since the first patient reported, leading to a limited view towards this kind of disease until now. Results: In August 2018 we treated a patient diagnosed with typeII Abernethy malformation complicated with both congenital polydactyly and enlargement of all cardiac chambers, which is extremely rare and can be a supplementary to the existing cases. Besides, the low white blood cell and platelet, the arrested megakaryocytic maturation and the positive platelet autoantibody in serum may result in misdiagnosis as immune thrombocytopenia, so we analyze the differential points between these two diseases. We treated this patient with silybin orally and advised him to make follow-up visits because of his mild liver function disorder, normal cardiac function and no other malformations or complications complicated. At the latest follow-up, we knew the condition of the patient was generally satisfactory, whether in terms of laboratory test results or his daily life experience. Conclusions: Because of some changes of spleen in form and function secondary to Abernethy malformation, in some cases, this disease has similarities with a part of blood diseases, which we should take into consideration for differential diagnosis, especially when other congenital malformations are found in combination at the same time. This case also suggests that simply conservative treatment with regular follow-up visits can be suitable for certain patients.

The purpose of this study was to: (1) knowing the level of practicality e-module based on mobile learning; (2) determine the effectivenes of using system e-module based on mobile learning in skill competency test TKJ. The research method experimental design one group pre-test and post-test. Data were collected through multiple choice test given to respondens before being given treatment and after being given treatment, then the data would then be analyzed using tes t. The results of the e-module practicality test throught a questionnaire distributed to students showed that the e-module based on mobile learning practicality used by students, while according to the assessment by the two media experts that e-module based on mobile learning was practical with an average score of 88.9%. Student readiness in UKK has been successfully improved using mobile learning-based e-modules. Increased readiness of students in UKK is in the medium category with a gain score of 0.4%. The T test results indicate that the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. The mean pre-test value was 78.6456 with Std.Deviation 4.85293. The highest value is 90.00 and the lowest value is Std.Deviation 6.57910. The highest score was 96.67 and the lowest score was 73.33.

Abstract A study was made to assess the value of cobalamin deficiency detection through quantitation of urinary methylmalonic acid (MMA). Urinary MMA was measured in 1118 patients suffering from megaloblastic anemia, other anemias, elevated red cell mean corpuscular volume, or unexplained neurologic disorders. Patients without proven cobalamin deficiency had urinary MMA levels less than 20 micrograms/ml. All patients (n = 27) confirmed to have cobalamin deficiency showed MMA levels greater than 20 micrograms/ml. Data are presented showing the Schilling test results, the comparison of serum cobalamin to urinary MMA levels, and other basic hematologic data. MMA levels are a good indication of cobalamin distribution and function since they are directly related to a cobalamin-dependent metabolic pathway. With rapid, reliable quantitation by mass spectrometry, urinary MMA can now be a useful clinical test.

As IPv4 address resource being exhausted, the transition from IPv4 to IPv6 is urgent. According to the status of the enterprise network, IPv6 forwarding performance and IPv6 transition technology of the enterprise network equipment was tested. Furthermore, IPv6 transition principles and process for the enterprise network were presented on this basis. In the transition program the cost, complexity, technology maturity and transition smoothness was taken into account. Test results and IPv6 transition program provide a reference for other enterprise network transition process.

The relationship between diet and the diversity and function of the intestinal microbiomeand its importance for human health is currently the subject of many studies. The type and proportionof microorganisms found in the intestines can determine the energy balance of the host. Intestinalmicroorganisms perform many important functions, one of which is participation in metabolicprocesses, e.g., in the production of short-chain fatty acids—SCFAs (also called volatile fatty acids). These acids represent the main carbon flow from the diet to the host microbiome. Maintainingintestinal balance is necessary to maintain the host’s normal health and prevent many diseases. The results of many studies confirm the beneficial effect of probiotic microorganisms on the balanceof the intestinal microbiome and produced metabolites, including SCFAs. The aim of this review is tosummarize what is known on the effects of probiotics on the production of short-chain fatty acidsby gut microbes. In addition, the mechanism of formation and properties of these metabolites isdiscussed and verified test results confirming the effectiveness of probiotics in human nutrition bymodulating SCFAs production by intestinal microbiome is presented.
