MethodsThis research was a quasi experimental study with quantitative data analysis using a one group experimental design. A total of 29 kindergarten teachers were educated by the game method called “Rangking 1”. Changes in knowledge before and after education were measured using a pre-test and post-test. ResultsThe Wilcoxon test showed that education with the “Rangking 1” game method and lectures can be effective in improving the knowledge of kindergarten teachers related to oral and dental health. ConclusionThe game method “Rangking 1” can increase the knowledge of dental and mouth health in kindergarten teachers significantly. Schools need to consider implementing learning methods through games for kindergarten children.

Primary school is a very strategic place for the prevention of dental and oral diseases. Delivering counseling material in learning oral health requires media. One of the media in dental and oral health education is through counseling using audio media. This audio media contains messages about dental health that are played at school every morning and can be exposed and heard every day so elementary school children can behave well in dental health. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of audio media outreach programs to the knowledge and level of dental and mouth hygiene of students at State Primary School 26 Kalimas Tengah, Kubu Raya Regency in 2019. This study was a quasi-experimental study with a Pre-Post observation research design. The samples of this study were 68 people which were class III, IV and V. The results showed the average rank of knowledge index before counseling with audio media was 8.928 and p was 0.020 (p<0.05) with index of dental and oral hygiene level was 0,00 and p of 0,000 (p<0.05). Meanwhile, after counseling with audio media was 9,500 and p of 0.020 (p<0.05) with a level of dental and oral hygiene of 35.00 and p of 0,000 (p<0,05). The conclusion of this study is counseling with audio media is more effective in increasing knowledge which can improve oral and dental hygiene

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acupressure, ginger drink and the difference in giving acupressure and ginger drink to reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea in young women at SMK Swasta PAB 5 Klambir Lima 2020. The design of this study used a quasi-experimental pre and post test with a sample of 30 students who were divided into two groups. Each group was given acupressure and ginger drink in the morning and evening during menstruation from day one to day two. Respondents were assessed for pain before and after the intervention was given. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test contained Sig data (p <0.05). The Wilcoxon test has a p-value of 0.002 (p <0.05), which means that acupressure is effective in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea, there is a p-value of 0.001 (p <0.05) which means that ginger is effective against reducing pain intensity. menstruation / dysmenorrhea, there is a p-value of 0.034 (p <0.05), which means that there is a difference in the effectiveness of acupressure and ginger drink in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea. There is an effectiveness of giving acupressure, ginger drink, and there is a difference in giving acupressure and ginger drink on the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea on young women. It is hoped that the school will provide ginger drinks and acupressure measures to young women who experience menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea so that they can participate in learning activities at school.

Qualitative data were used for completingquantitative data. Qualitative method used a content analysis with interview.Quantitative method used a quasi experimental method with control groups, pre test, and post test design. Data were analysed by wilcoxon test and mann whitney test at significance levelP ≤ 0,05 and multivariate analysis covariate. Results:Data were collected from 80 patients with Rheumatic Heart Disease (42.5 %), Atrial Fibrilation (17.5 %), Deep Vein Thrombosis (10%), Rheumatic Mitral Valve Disease (10%), Prosthetic Heart (7.5%), other (22.5%). The numbers of patients whose International Normalized Ratio (INR) was in the therapeutic range for each indication were not statistically different between before and after receiving counseling (P >0.05), Patients' behavior compliance of warfarin therapy had increased after receiving the counseling service (P <0.05). The result of presents research is pharmacist counseling affected  behavior compliance before and after counseling(P <0.05), but not for INR (P >0.05).Conclusion:Pharmacist counseling can improve behavior compliance, but not improve INR target. The effect of warfarin to every individual not only affected by behavior compliance, but several factors could influence effect of warfarin is clinical factors, non clinical factors, and genetic factors. The research design using quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test without control, the sample in the study consisted of 7 pregnant women who had mild to severe anxiety levels. The results of data analysis using non-parametric test with the Wilcoxon test showed a value of z = 2.731 and a value of p = 0.018 (p <0.05). The results showed a significant decrease in anxiety scores before and after following the group therapy process. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of supportive group therapy on pregnant women at the Srandakan Public Health Center.

Thalassemia is one of the top eight catastrophic diseases. Data from Yayasan Thalasemia Indonesia dan Perhimpunan Orang tua Penderita Thalasemia Indonesia (YTI/POPTI) have shown that in Indonesia the number of cases of this disease increased from 2011 to 2015. Preschool-aged children who experience thalassemia every month are subjected to invasive measures such as blood transfusions. Repeated blood transfusions make children feel threatened and can trigger various responses, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety is an emotional response to something dangerous, closely related to feeling uncertain and helpless. Puppet play therapy can reduce anxiety in children with thalassemia who undergo blood transfusions. This study aims to determine the effect of puppet play therapy on anxiety of preschool children (3-6 years) with thalassemia at the Thalassemia Polyclinic at Al-Ihsan Hospital, Bandung. The design used in this study used a quasi-experimental study with a one group pre-post test design without control approach using the Wilcoxon test. The number of samples in this study were 30 respondents who were taken by total sampling technique. The instrument used refers to the content / research theme developed from the Spence Children Anxiety Scale. The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test obtained a significance figure, namely p = 0.009, thus p <α (0.009 <0.05), then H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that there are differences in the level of anxiety of children with thalassemia before and after being given puppet play therapy.   Keywords: puppet play therapy; worry; preschool; Thalassemia

Most of the people of Negeri Rutah work as fishermen and move around the coast, thus placing the community at high risk of earthquakes and tsunamis. This quantitative research uses a quasi-experimental method: pre-post test without a control group. The research sample is the coastal community of the State of Rutah, totaling 84 families. Counseling using disaster preparedness videos and earthquake and tsunami booklets. The results showed that didn't normally distribute the data with the Wilcoxon test results before and after intervention, p-value=0.001 (p<0.005), meaning that there was a significant effect of counseling on emergency response to the earthquake and tsunami on increasing preparedness of coastal communities in Negeri Rutah. The community and local government are expected to follow updates related to disaster preparedness, either seeking information through social media or participating in disaster-related socialization.

This research uses a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental methods (quasi experiments) type of pre-test post-test one group design. The number of samples of data analysis using the Wilcoxon Test was 38, using questionnaire and comic instruments. The results of this study by conducting the Wilcoxon Test there are significant differences between before and after given the intervention in the form of comic media on the information variable (p value = 0,000), subjective norm variables (p value = 0,000), and the variable Intention of sexual behavior (p value = 0.044) so it can be concluded that comics are effective media as an alternative media for the promotion of adolescent sexuality health.
