Introduction. The information retrieval service continues to experience growth form of a card catalog into a computer-based catalog (OPAC), and became discovery. The purpose of this study to determine the level of readiness of UGM Library in the application of summon discovery service.Data Collection Method. This paper used survey with a quantitative approach.  Analysis Data. The data was analyzed by statistical descriptive and hypothesis testing using SPSS software.Results and Discussions. The results showed of the organizational readiness of 2.55, which categorized “ready”The level of readiness of organizational resources obtained the score 2.54 and categorised “ready”.Conclusions.. In the variable organization, the highest indicator was  organizational culture followed by the organizational structure and management support. In terms of organization Resources, human resources were the highest  followed by ICT, and financial resources.

Bumdes is a village business unit whose capital comes from village-owned funds . The goal is to float the village potential into an independent village. Thus it takes effort and strategic and appropriate tips to achieve that goal. The first tip is to establish a forum for the development of economic networks in this case is the establishment of BUMDES. Some of the things that can be done are: (i) development of human resources capability so as to provide added value in the management of village economic assets, (ii) integrating rural economic products so as to have good bargaining position in market network, (iii) (iv) strengthening village economic institutions, (v) developing supporting elements such as micro-credit, market information, technological and management support, economic infrastructure and communication networks as well as support for guidance and regulation.

Human resources are an important asset in the entire company operations activity. A human resources management support system should be provided to improve performance in  accordance with the company target. The purpose of this study is to design a model of operational and human resource management support systems that can integrate employee performance data, simplify management of employee data, and generate reports in the form of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Binusian Level. Methodology used in this study is using literature study, design, and test a model to make operational and human resource management information system. The problem in this research is the head of the school can manage all the components or resources that exist in the school environment with good so thatstudent achievement continues to rise in academic and non academic. The purpose of this study is: (1) Describe and analyze so that the head of school in implementing managerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (2) Describe and analyze the response of the teachers and education personnel  of the competence of the managerial head of school in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (3) Describe and analyze the contraints of the head of school in implementing mangerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. The results of this study are: (1) The head of the SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap has been making efforts to utilize existing resources in the school environment both from human resources, school facilities and infrastructure, financial resources of the school, and the advancement of technology in the field of information and communication, which includes 16 type of competence; (2) support of personal is realized by setting up the school adminstration well in order to improve the quality of education, as for the support of educators is realized with:  create lesson plans, implement learning process and assesment and evaluation; The head of SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap get the constrains in implementing  managerial competencies, namely limitations in manging the school’s finances.

<p class="apa">In general, the objectives of this study were to explain the role played by universities in improving its human resources are office holders, lecturers, and students, explain the program what is being done related to the improvement of human resources, and explains the non-academic program to support the implementation of a program that has been prepared so as to ensure the creation of academic atmosphere and moral. This research is using a qualitative approach. Data collection method is observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. After determining the selected object, it is then determined subjects and informants who serve as a source of information, other than information derived from observation and documents. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive. From these results it can be concluded that in the current era of globalization sensitize the managers of private universities to constantly make changes both in management of students, lecturers, and academic. Of the top ten universities in East Java, which is the object of research has done on average conditionally adjustment and in accordance with their respective capabilities to actualize development programs as outlined in the master plan and development plan strategy as a guide.</p>

One of the formal education pathways that prepare its graduates to have excellence in the world of work is Vocational High Schools (SMK). Current problems in SMK are generally related to limited equipment, low practice costs, and a learning environment that is not suitable for the world of work. Education is carried out to achieve human resources with the ability to think which is formulated as "Higher Order Thinking Skills" (HOTS) which aims to form human resources with the ability to innovate and be able to solve problems. In developing CBI-based learning models, there are learning models that aim to provide a concrete learning experience through the creation of imitations of experiences that are closer to the actual atmosphere. Computer-based learning is strongly influenced by cognitive learning theory, a model of information processing that began to develop in the 60s and 70s.

This study attempts to know how big the influence of ethics audit ( x1 ) and fee audit ( x2 ), simultaneously and partial on the quality of an audit ( y ) in office accountant the public city, using data collection method in the form of a questionnaire about 66 respondents.In the analysis data using the validity, reliabilitas.dan the assumption that the classic normality, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas.The method of analysis used analytics linear regression multiple regression, the determinan, the f, the t, and the r2 by using the tools spss16.0.The result showed, the audit ethics have influence on variables quality program audit fees in the research also has an effect on variables the quality of a partial audit and simultaneous.

Although its share in Romania's Gross Domestic Product is relatively small (about 5%), agriculture is one of the important activities of the national economy, with direct implications on ensuring food security. Achieving an efficient modern agriculture represents a major strategic objective for Romania, imposed both by the need of ensuring food security and the role of this activity in supporting export. In this chapter it is analysed the evolution of Romanian agriculture in the context of sustainable development's objectives, through the resources available in this activity: land, technical means, human resources and financial resources. In doing so, we considered an analysis of the agricultural real estate, labour force, investments and loans used in agriculture on the period 2008 – 2014.
