Consumers are holders of important information in the management and planning of business development. The purpose of the study is to analyze consumer attitudes towards various processed milkfish and analyze the performance of product attributes of various processed milkfish in Glagah District, Lamongan Regency. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, Fishbein attitude model and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the respondent's assessment of the processed otak-otak and smoked milkfish stated a neutral attitude, and the respondent's assessment of the shredded milkfish and crackers stated a positive attitude. The performance attributes of various processed milkfish included in quadrant I measure the processed otak-otak and the processed abon. Attributes included in quadrant II are taste and price for processed otak-otak, smoked, and crackers, while shredded milkfish only have tasted attributes. Attributes included in quadrant III are product packaging and ease of access for all kinds of milkfish preparations. Attributes included in quadrant IV are the size of the product for shredded and milkfish crackers. It does recommend that producers of otak-otak and smoked milkfish improve their products to get a positive attitude from customers.

The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the shape of social capital that exist in the centers of craft bags and suitcases Tanggulangin. Identify the role of social capital in improve the effectiveness of employees in the center of bags and suitcases craft Tanggulangin. Identify the use of social capital by craftmen in their business development. Sampling method used in this study are done by purposive, decide the informant by selective informant. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The result showed that social capital is formed in the industrial centers of bags and suitcases Tanggulangin started from family, relatives, neighbors and their friends, and grow together with local habit. The role of social capital to form a network, a sense of trust, social norms, leadership, and solidarity among employees and craftsmen in Tanggulangin. The benefits of social capital in the industrial centers of bags and suitcases in Tanggulangin found to form a good mutual cooperation among them, the knowledge transfer, and maintained good communication. Efforts to increase social capital is done by sharing the workload and remuneration managed transparently and in accordance with the capabilities and contributions of employees.

The Tax Payer obidience in fulfiling their taxation obligation will be influenced a lot by the satisfaction level toward the service fiscus. The aim of this observation is to know the response of Tax Payer toward service quality through importance and performance. The population which become the object of this observation is the personal Tax Payer registered in Bogor Tax Service Office and the number of respondents taken as the sample are 100 respondents with Slovin formula. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and importance-performance analysis.   The result of this observation will be able to be used as one of the input to Bogor Tax Service Office in improving the quality service and for the following observation, especially those who take the same object as the observation in order to improve the quality service to the Tax Payer based on the service of its working way which is felt less. Otherwise it is important for The Tax Payer, maintaining the good work or balancing the service quality based on the working way which is evaluated less important by The Taxe Payer, but has been done reasonably well or very well by The Service Office

The study in this manuscript discusses the impact on the educational equalization system of Pesantren Salafiyah and designs how Pesantren Salafiyah has always existed in the world of modern education. This research belongs to the type of qualitative study using the document analysis method. The form of data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The research approach method in this paper is library research. This study is divided into four methods, namely, the method of determining the subject, the form of the study, the method of data collection, and the method of data analysis. The result is the ability of Pesantren Salafiyah to make certain accommodations and concessions to find a pattern that they consider appropriate enough to face modernization and changes that are increasingly fast and have a broad impact without sacrificing the essence and other basic things in the existence of the pesantren, so that Pesantren Salafiyah still exists in the midst of the hustle and bustle of modernizing Islamic education

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of good school governance on the effectiveness of the management of elementary school operational assistance. The method used is descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The sample used saturated samples by showing all treasurers of primary school operational assistance as many as 48 people, data collected by questionnaire techniques while data analysis used multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that participation had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the management of school operational assistance, transparency had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the management of school operational assistance, while accountability separately did not have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the management of school operational assistance but together participation, transparency and accountability have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of managing school operational assistance.

Social networking media became the main media to spread public service announcements related to Covid-19 during a pandemic to prevent the spread of this outbreak. This study focuses on imperative sentences on public service Arabic announcements related to Covid-19 issued by SBS Australia. The purpose of this study is to describe the structure of imperative sentence forms in these advertisements syntactically and to group them into imperative sentence types according to Alwi (2010). This research is included in the research type of descriptive analysis research. The data analysis method used in this study is a method of distribution with the basic technique for direct elements (BUL) which is used to describe and analyze data from data sources. This study found as many as; 5 data are categorized as imperative commands or ordinary orders, 1 data are categorized as imperative subtle commands, 2 data are categorized as imperatives and invitations, 2 data are categorized as imperative prohibitions or negative commands. In addition, the imperative sentence in this ad is preceded by the structure of the predicate-object-complement-description sentence.

Integrity is a quality, character, or condition that an individual possesses to determine what is considered right and wrong in his/her life, and how much it can be shown in his/her everyday actions. Various phenomena in fact indicates the occurrence of various academic integrity violations among students and university students. This study aims to describe the academic integrity of freshmen, especially at University X. Participants amounted to 343 respondents who were freshmen of University X. The study was conducted in November 2019. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the freshmen of X University possess high academic integrity in each dimension of the academic integrity variable (with mean greater than 3.67). However, this study also found that the students of a certain faculty at University X show generally lower scores compared to students of other faculties at University X. Integritas merupakan suatu mutu, sifat, atau keadaan yang dimiliki individu untuk menentukan apa yang dianggap benar dan salah dalam hidup, serta seberapa besar hal tersebut dapat ditunjukan dalam tindakan sehari-harinya. Berbagai fenomena justru menunjukan terjadinya berbagai pelanggaran integritas akademik di kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran integritas akademik pada mahasiswa baru terutama di Universitas X., Partisipan terdiri atas 343 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa baru Universitas X. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November 2019. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa baru Universitas X, memiliki integritas akademik yang tinggi pada setiap dimensi variabel integritas akademik (rata-rata lebih besar dari 3,67). Namun, dalam penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa, mahasiswa dalam sebuah Fakultas di Universitas X, cenderung memiliki lebih banyak yang memiliki skor rendah dibandingkan mahasiswa di Fakultas lain di Universitas X.

This study aims to describe and reveal the presentation form of Galombang dance at a wedding party in Jorong Koto Kociak Tujuah Koto Talago village, Guguak sub-district, Lima Puluh Kota district. This is a qualitative research using a descriptive analysis method. The object of the research was Galombang dance at a wedding party in Jorong Koto Kociak, Tujuah Koto Talago village, Guguak sub-district, Lima Puluh Kota district and was focused on the form of its presentation. The data were collected through literature review, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was done by using triangulation technique which compared the data from observation to those from interview and documentation data. The results of the study generally show that the Galombang dance is performed in groups by11 dancers. It is performed for eight minutes in front of the bride's house, and it is performed at noon after the procession. Interestingly, the Galombang dance in Jorong Koto Kociak, Tujuah Koto Talag village, is performed by 50 year-old dancers and over (elderly). The presentation form of Galombang Dance at a Wedding Party in Jorong Koto Kociak, Tujuah Koto Talago village, Guguak sub-district, Lima Puluh Kota district is a representational form.The elements of the presentation form of this dance are as follows: (1) The motion of respect, the opening motion, the maagiah kaba motion, the maimbau motion, the basuluah motion, the bagalanggang motion, and silang jentik motion. (2) the Galombang Dance uses a floor pattern of two rows backwards and three carano bearers.(3) The music that accompanies the Galombang dance consists of: bansi, gandang, talempong, and tambourine. (4) The property of Galombang Dance isa carano. (5) The make-up used is pretty makeup. The dancers wear baju kuruang basiba, skirts, scarves, tikuluak kompong and accessories such as necklaces. This study aims to describe the meaning of Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance in Padang Laweh village, Sungai Pua district, Agam regency. This is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method. The object of this research was Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance in Padang Laweh village, Sungai Pua district, Agam regency. The main instrument used was the researcher itself and was assisted by tools such as stationery and cameras to collect data in the field. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted by reducing the data, describing the data, and making conclusion.The results show that Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance describes lessons about things a Pangulu (a leader) uses to maintain his crown or honor. These are found in Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance which gives textual meanings elaborated through motion, floor patterns, music, dancers, make-up, performance, and venues. This study aims to determine and analyze licensing arrangements that seek to be integrated electronically (Online Single Submission-OSS) in legislation, the application of OSS in Pekalongan City, and to know and analyze the constraints of OSS implementation in Pekalongan City and its solutions. This study uses a sociological juridical approach with descriptive analysis research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Furthermore, based on the results of the study it can be concluded: that 1) Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 On Electronically Integrated Business Licensing seeks to regulate all licenses in Indonesia, but in practice the implementation can only reach a portion of licensing in Indonesia; 2) The issuance of PP 24/2018 does not regulate the transition period of its enactment, the OSS system is not ready, the NSPK has passed the stipulation 15 (fifteen) days since the issuance of the PP, the OSS system has not used Digital Signature, and the weak aspects of supervision, and inefficiency in obtaining permits.Keywords: OSS; Integrated Business Licensing; PP; NSPK.

The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of consumers of organic rice and to identify the factors that influence consumers to purchase organic rice in Selopuro District. The implementation of this research activity will be carried out in April 2021 - June 2021 in Selopuro District, Blitar Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables in this study include the price of organic rice, the price of non-organic rice, income, education, employment status, consumer tastes, consumer lifestyle, health and access to buy organic rice. While the dependent variable in this study is the number of consumer demand for organic rice. The results of data analysis found that the X2 (non-organic rice) variable was 0.042, X4 (Education) was 0.054, X7 (lifestyle) was 0.042 and X8 (health) was 0.038 very influential on the purchase of organic rice. The results of the t test show that some variables have positive numbers and some variables have negative numbers, while the F test simultaneously shows that the calculated F value is 2,951 which is greater than the F table of 2,420. This indicates that the independent variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.
