The research was implemented in Taman Wisata Alam Angke Kapuk, North Jakarta on February - March 2016. The purpose of this research were to know and analyze: (1) profile of Taman Wisata Alam Angke Kapuk, (2) the existing internal and external factors of Taman Wisata Alam Angke Kapuk, (3) the proper development strategy and management based on the analysis of SWOT. Research methodology utilized in this study include; descriptive research design, quantitative and qualitative type of data, primary and secondary source of data, incidental sampling technique, data collection using an observation, interview, questionnaire completion and documentation, and likert scale to measure the degree of visitors statement and opinion. Data analysis using SWOT and decision making using grand strategy matrix. The results revealed that the coordinate is at (0.72;1), which also means that it lies at Quadrant I. The findings showed that the suitable development strategy for Taman Wisata Alam Angke Kapuk of the current condition is the aggressive strategy or SO strategy by making use all of strenghts to reach all possible opportunities.

ABSTRACT Vocational High School (SMK) S 8 Grakarsa Bengkulu which is located on Jl. Adam Malik Km 8, Kel. Sido Mulyo, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique in this study was by means of Observation, Interview, Questionnaire and Documentation, when teaching students the teacher went through (3) stages, namely the initial, core and closing stages of using learning media, knowing the concept of learning media, who used learning media, the stages of making learning media and internal and external factors that were found when video-based learning media were applied, in the implementation of learning in the room, students were seen to be active and enthusiastic in participating in learning because the teacher used video-based media by sending videos via android with an attractive display and media on when learning takes place, so that learning is interesting and good.

This study was designed to describe the implementation of environmental education through the Adiwiyata program at SDN Tlogosari Kulon 03 Semarang. This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative. The method used to develop a development strategy by taking into account internal and external factors using a SWOT analysis. SDN Tlogosari Kulon 03 Semarang has received 80.25% of the Adiwiyata component. The results of the IFAS and EFAS matrix can be seen that the IFAS score is -0.13 and the EFAS score is 0.05. Both matrix results show negative and positive values so plotting in the Grand Strategy matrix will depend on quadrant III. The strategy in quadrant III (W-O) is a priority that must be given the attention needed for a breakthrough to take advantage of existing opportunities to optimize weaknesses in the internal. Schools need to be considered about various parties, the community around the school and published at home so there is harmony between the value invested in the school, which is done at home and in the community. Teachers need to develop alternative learning strategies for environmental education that are applied through practice in everyday life so that it becomes habituation and civilization.

The aims of this research were to know (1) the production cost and farmer income from prima vegetable farming (2) the (R/C) prima vegetable farming ratio, (3) the internal and external factors which are influential towards prima vegetable farming. This research was conducted from March to Mei 2017, at Samarinda City, Districts of North Samarinda and Loa Janan Ilir. The subjects of this research were the farmers who had certificate of Prima 3 from OKKPD of East Borneo Province. The methods of data analysis are cost and profit, R/C ratio, and SWOT analysis. The average of production cost was IDR48,301,444.74 planting season (ps)-1 ha-1 and the average of revenue was IDR14,000,000.00 ps-1 or IDR88,888,888.89 ps-1 ha-1. The average of profit was IDR6,443,647.45 ps-1 or  IDR40,587,444.15 ps-1 ha-1. The R/C ratio was 1.84 that meant prima vegetable could be developed because the R/C > 1. Agresive strategy could be used to develop the prime vegetable farming.

The shoe laundry business is one type of MSMEs in the fashion sector which is included in the creative service industry. The demand for the shoe laundry business is increasing, especially for students, workers as well as busy housewives. Shoe laundry services are an alternative to save time and energy. To be able to maintain existence in achieving the goals of a business unit, a development strategy needs to be done. This study aims to identify internal and external factors, analyze the factors that influence the Step'nShu laundry development strategy and determine the formulation of a development strategy. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method. The number of respondents was 5 respondents who are owners, employees, fashion experts. The research was conducted using the key success factor analysis tool, IFE, EFE to analyze internal and external factors of the Step'nShu Laundry Shoes, IE matrix to see where Step'nShu's position, SWOT to map alternative strategies and QSPM to formulate strategic priorities. Based on the research results, The strategy formulation results from the SWOT analysis resulted in eight alternative strategies, namely utilizing social media and education about shoe laundry, clarifying the positioning of the Step'nShu Laundry Shoes, more active and consistent promotion, better employee recruitment, studying competition with similar services, holding events regarding socialization of shoe hygiene, using the latest shoe washing technology tools and planning to open new branches. The QSPM analysis produces the main priority strategy, namely promotions that are carried out more actively and consistently. Keywords: development strategy, EFE, IFE, SWOT, QSPM.

ABSTRAKInisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) merupakan langkah awal keberhasilan pencapaian ASIEksklusif. Permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan IMD tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik.Faktor ibu, bayi dan lingkungan dapat berperan dalam pelaksanaan IMD tersebut. Penelitianini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor internal dan eksternal pelaksanaanIMD di Puskesmas Rancaekek Kabupaten Bandung Tahun 2019. Metode penelitian inimenggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah ibu bersalin normal,sampel diambil dengan cara purposive sampling dengan jumlaj 39 responden. Analisisdata menggunakan Analisis univariat dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitiandidapatkan bahwa pengetahuan, pendidikan dan sikap responden merupakan faktor internalyang memengaruhi terlaksanaya IMD. Adapun yang menjadi faktor eksternal pelaksanaanIMD yaitu peran keluarga dan dukungan dari petugas kesehatan. Simpulan dari penelitianini yaitu pengetahuan, pendidikan, sikap, peran keluarga dan dukungan petugas kesehatanmerupakan faktor yang berperan dalam pelaksaanan IMD. IMD diharapkan dapat dijadikanStandar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dalam asuhan kebidanan.Kata kunci : faktor eksternal, faktor internal, IMDAbstractFirst breast milk (IMD) is the first step to the works of achieving Exclusive ASI. Problems thatoccur in the field of IMD are not utilized properly where it is influenced by several factors bothfrom mother, baby or the environment. For this reason, this research was conducted to determinethe description of internal and external factors in implementing IMD in the RancaekekHealth Center in Bandung Regency in 2019. This research method uses the descriptive method.The population in the study were normal maternity mothers, the sampling technique was purposivesampling. Representation numbered 39 people. Data analysis was performed Univariateanalysis in provided with frequency distributions. An knowledge, education, and attitudeswere internal factors that influenced the implementation of IMD. While the external factorsfor implementing IMD are supporting from anyone, both families or midwives. Conclusions forthe study are knowledge, education, attitudes, family roles and support of health workers arefactors that play a role in the implementation of IMD. It is expected that IMD can be used as aStandard Operating Procedure (SOP) in midwifery care.Keywords: external factors, IMD, internal factors

AbstrakThis research aims to determine the general overview in the production cooperativeAgrobisnis Mrs. Mandiri Desa Banyubang, Solokuro subdistrict, and to know itsbusiness development strategy. The method of data analysis used is 1) qualitativedescriptive analysis to know the general overview of Corn Snack business strategy,2) SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors that become strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and A threat in the business development of corn snacks.Based on the results of the study in the discussion can be concluded that the farmergroup of Women Mandiri is one of the farmer group in Banyubang village, Solokurosubdistrict, which was formed in 2016 and did a snack business made The base ofcorn, which all members consist of Mother women – housewives in Banyubangvillage. Based on the results of the research from SWOT analysis obtained thecoordinate point (1.47:2.03) which is the coordinate of the 1 (aggressive) quadrant,meaning that the corn snack business on the Agrobisnis Ibu Mandiri ProductionCooperative has the strength and opportunity Well, so that the self-reliant motherfarmer Group can harness the strengths and opportunities that exist to expand thenext corn snack business.

Omaku Center for Traditional Snacks is one of the home industries where the main product is traditional snacks such as wet snacks in general. Starting from two peddlers, Mrs. Rusli Prijanto, started trying to open a wet snack business. Initially it was still located on Jl. Blitar 100 orchids. One of the differences of these products is the recipe for traditional wet snacks made which is distinctive and guaranteed and stable. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine marketing strategies that can be applied to the Omaku Traditional Snack Center. The analysis used was the SWOT approach and descriptive analysis used a qualitative research approach to respondents who were given a questionnaire in which the respondents were selected by purposive sampling technique. For this reason, it is necessary to recognize the company's condition and internal and external factors that have an influence on the marketing strategy. For data collection, it was done by interview, questionnaire and direct observation. In addition, data is collected through supporting data obtained from books, previous research and related sources. The data obtained is based on the data that has been collected, then an analysis is carried out using a SWOT approach in order to find out which marketing strategies can be used based on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the company. The results showed that the company's grand strategy matrix is ​​included in quadrant I, where the implementation of aggressive or growth strategies is a very favorable condition for the company. The company has the power to be able to where, the company has the power so that it can use the existing opportunities.

One alternative to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia is to foster entrepreneurship in college students because this is expected to be an educated young entrepreneur who is able to start his own business, and be able to open up jobs for others. The formulation of the problem include: what are internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and whether external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) influence the interest in entrepreneurship of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students ?. This study aims to determine internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) affect the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. The approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The population and sample in this study were students of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung which consisted of 50 students who had taken Entrepreneurship courses and students who had been entrepreneurs. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The data source is primary data. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The measurement uses a Likert scale. The next stage, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed with multiple linear regression which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test, and the classic assumption test are processed to produce a regression equation. Based on the results of the study showed that internal and external factors partially had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. With an adjusted R2 value of 0.407 so the magnitude of the influence of internal and external factors on entrepreneurial interest is 40.7% while the remaining 59.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Factors, Interests, Entrepreneurship, STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung

The use of candlenut (Aleurites Mollucana., L. Wild) as a non-timber forest product is expected to be a excellent product in the KPHL of Selayar in line with the designation of the area as a Protected Forest Management Unit (KPHL). Candlenut is a non-timber forest product (NTFP) which has great economic potential, but in the management of the candlenut business in the KPHL Selayar has not been able to be optimally developed as the scale of the use of candlenut remain low and the business model conducted appears to be traditional. The study aimed to analyze and identify internal and external factors in formulating the right strategic priorities in the development of the candlenut business at KPHL Selayar. The method employed was a combination of SWOT and AHP by describing internal and external factors, then tabulating it so that it would formulate a priority of strategic choices. The results showed that among the four SWOT groups namely Strengths (S), Weaknesses (W), Opportunities (O) and Threats (T) which became the priority of the SWOT group which had a great influence on the development of the candlenut business, the Strength (S) group with a value of 10.55. Based on the formulated results of the candlenut business development strategy, it was concluded that the priority strategy to be implemented was the S-O 3 strategy, namely increasing the candlenut business collaboration to expand the marketing network with a priority value of 0.107.
