Competitive growth of enterprises in the mining and oil and gas industries of the Russian economy, combined with industrial safety requirements, updates the task of developing the design and production methodology for the aerodynamically adaptive turbomachines with a nature-like dominance. Such machines adequately and economically soundly establish the necessary parameters of the air environment in the technological space that implement the concept of optimal subsurface management ecotechnology. This article proposes a production methodology for the energy-efficient turbomachines using the aerodynamic adaptability criterion that determines the relations between the velocity circulation and flow acceleration around the vane cascade profiles as the nature-like dominance of the process for converting the mechanical rotational energy of impeller into the internal energy of the air flow. The Karman theory of bound and free vortices, the Chaplygin-Joukowski-Kutta hypothesis, the conformal mapping method, and curve irregularities are used for development of a mathematical model for controlling the aerodynamic adaptability. It is proved that the control dominant is the intensity of the sources distributed over the turbomachine impeller vane profile that determine the flow diffusivity and as a result the acceleration circulation around the profile. It has been experimentally confirmed that the use of profiles obtained using the proposed technique increases the aerodynamic adaptability coefficient of the turbomachine by 51%, while increasing the area of its cost-effective performance by at least 2 times.

Organic–Inorganic perovskites are promising materials for an alternative to silicon technology for cost-effective performance of photovoltaic’s (PVs). Lead-based hybrid perovskite has lower stability and high toxicity. The bismuth-based hybrid perovskite, Methyl Ammonium Bismuth Iodide (MABI) could be as an alternative to the lead-based system. In the present work, we present the structural and optical studies on hybrid MABI perovskite thin films synthesized at different temperature. Bandgap analyzed from UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy have shown the formation of MABI complex in thin films prepared from the single step spin coating and dip coating method. Further, the MABI formation confirmed by Raman analysis. Optical and structural properties obtained are comparable to earlier reported theoretical studies. The roughness of highly stable annealed film was analyzed by non-contact tapping mode atomic force microscopy.

Post Mid Term Review of the Common Agricultural Policy, beef production must survive in a subsidy-free, market led environment. It is essential that producers increase final carcass value by achieving cost effective performance from birth to slaughter. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effects of plane of nutrition during the growing and finishing indoor feeding periods, and stocking rate and concentrate supplementation at pasture on the performance of steers and heifers from weaning to finishing.

All successful infrastructure products and processes exemplify the collaboration of engineering and economics in space and time. In their respective domains, the two specialized professions optimize supply and demand (S / D) of energy and money. If their priorities diverge, structural and economic failures result. The various stages of a bridge lifecycle and the transitions between them are examined as vulnerable nodes and links where diverging constraints of supply and demand must be reconciled. Robustness, resilience and sustainability are considered as properties which, if sufficiently defined, can model realistically the cost-effective performance of the infrastructure under varying conditions over extended lifecycles.

For the mobile cellular networks (MCN), a new analytical model which is the PH-renewal process to model is developed in this paper as a cost-effective performance tool to investigate the performance of the MCN. To the best of our knowledge, we have not found to analyze the performance of the MCN by the pure PH-renewal models. We apply the matrix-analytic approach and the PH-renewal process to explore the performance measure of the drop and block probabilities in the MCN. The numerical results show that the proposed analytical approach is more efficient than others.
