With the deepening of the energy conservation of the building, energy saving from the original design of building energy-saving gradually turned to the field detection and completion acceptance, which requires a corresponding energy-efficient means of detection. With the development of infrared technology, the combination of infrared technology and detection methods of building energy-saving, to further promote the development of building energy efficiency testing work. Compared to the traditional heat flow meter or hot-box method, infrared thermal imaging method has no effect on the measured object, detecting the surface temperature of quick reaction speed, accompanying with wide temperature range and high precision, is widely used in various fields of testing work, which has been particularly prominent in the thermal defect detection. In this paper, the method of infrared thermography is used to confirm whether the thermal defects exist in energy-saving construction or not. Testing results show that infrared thermography can accurately reflect the temperature distribution of building wall surface. Infrared thermal imaging to detect the building surface's energy efficiency, which is providing efficient and accurate means of detection for the evaluation of the building energy efficiency. This is to help carry out a comprehensive building energy-saving testing.

Since a pass few decades up to recent, building energy efficiency performance is the top priority due to the sustainability of energy and quality of life. According to recent study related to computer experiment, there are various types of the model has been proposed by the researcher to improve the performance of building energy efficiency. However, there is no empirical evidence to prove the best method in prediction and estimation of energy efficiency that ensure adequate energy to meet todays and future needs. The objective of this paper is to propose Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN) for estimating the heating load and cooling load of a residential building. This study set out to evaluate different estimation methods of residential building energy efficiency using RBFNN. The data of residential building are obtained from UCI Machine Learning Repository. The dataset of simulation using Ecotect consists of 768 samples with 8 input features and 2 output variables were used to train and test the algorithm of RBFNN. The input variables involved in this experiment are relative compactness, surface area, wall area, roof area, overall height, orientation, glazing area, and glazing area distribution of a building, while the output variables are heating and cooling loads of the building. The analytical result of the proposed method shows that RBFNN produces better result and performance compared with the previous researches.

Using the AHP application to evaluate, analyze and calculate to determine the weight of the evaluation index.

Promoting energy efficiency (EE) requirements for new residential buildings has been proven to be an effective way to slow down the rapid increase of energy consumption. Its successful implementation relies significantly on the attitudes and participation of various stakeholders within the industry, yet they are normally taken for granted. This paper explores and reports both the consensus among and the diversity of the attitudes of frontline stakeholders toward future EE requirements in the new residential building sector via a nationwide Delphi questionnaire distributed to 29 institutes and 25 experts. Results indicate that promotion of approximately 30% EE every five years until 2030 is suggested and that 20% EE promotion every five years is the most likely to be achieved. In addition, China should progressively adopt the energy intensity index into the current building EE evaluation system. This paper also gives a detailed description of opinions from frontline stakeholders. The findings are expected to help researchers and policymakers better understand the true attitudes of stakeholders, thereby enabling the formation of a proper outlook for new residential building EE promotion.
