The repair industry in almost all countries has entered a critical period, characterized by the need to combine and use various strategies and technologies for maintenance and repair of new equipment, as well as equipment produced many years ago. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in analyzing the state of the repair and maintenance base of the agro-industrial complex and justifying the possibilities of its modernization using intelligent technologies. (Materials and methods) Authors used methods of generalizing data from various services of agro- industrial formations of individual regions, materials of scientific and technical literature and research developments, studied data on the practical use of modern resource-saving technologies by engineering services of the agro-industrial complex of the regions when carrying out repairs and service and technological services. (Results and discussion) The lack of information about the state of the repair and maintenance base makes it difficult to determine all the criteria associated with the transition of manufacturers to a contract of the entire life cycle. Obtaining information about the state of the repair and maintenance base of the agro-industrial complex is a very important stage that contributes to the modernization of this base and attracting not only the governments, but also agricultural machinery manufacturers to modernization. (Conclusions) The technological level of the enterprises of the repair and maintenance base of agriculture has significantly decreased in recent years, and this has affected the decline in technical readiness indicators, which confirms the need to conduct research and implement in practice the main measures related to the modernization of the specified repair and maintenance base.

<p><strong>Purpose</strong>: To develop model characteristics of physical and technical fitness of players of 12 and 15 years of different playing roles.</p><p><strong>Material and methods</strong>. The study was attended by football players of 12 and 15 years of sport school "Areal" Kharkiv, in which the developed technologies were applied in the educational process. In total, 23 forvards, 28 midfielders, 30 defenders and 15 goalkeepers were invited for the survey. Indicators of the running time of segments of 15 m from the course, 30 m from the course and 60 m from the course were determined; shuttle running time 5 to 20 m. Determined the length and weight of the body; Heart rate at rest and heart rate after a shuttle run. From the technical readiness indicators were determined: the time of holding the soccer ball on the foot; juggling, that is, the number of shots of the ball with the foot without losing the ball; time to run a soccer ball on a mission; goal kicks for accuracy; strikes the ball at flight range.</p><p><strong>Results.</strong> Young players of 12 and 15 years of different game specializations differ in terms of physical and technical fitness. The largest number of significant differences were found in the technical readiness of football players for 15 years. Field players at speed capabilities are significantly superior to goalkeepers. Goalkeepers, on the contrary, have lower running speeds. The level of speed endurance is relatively high for defenders and midfielders, as opposed to goalkeepers. The obtained data allowed us to build models of physical development, physical and technical readiness of players of 12 and 15 years of different playing fields, on the basis of which training programs for representatives of different playing roles can be developed.</p><p><strong>Conclusions</strong>. The data obtained indicate the need for a differentiated approach in the training process of young football players, taking into account their playing role. The differentiated approach is more relevant at the age of 15 compared to the age of 12.</p>

With growing use of interorganizational systems, the scope of interfirm collaboration has increased considerably, particularly in the supply chain context. An important prerequisite of interfirm collaboration is information sharing. Extant research suggests clear advantages of information sharing. The research at hand addresses antecedents of interorganizational information sharing. Based on findings from interorganizational systems adoption and interfirm collaboration research, a structural model is developed and validated by a quantitative survey among Austrian retailers and manufacturers in the fast-moving consumer-goods sector. The proposed model analyzes the effect of internal factors (commitment, information policy, and technical readiness), interorganizational factors (relationship, trust, power, and trading partners’ technical readiness), and economic factors (perceived benefits and costs) on information-sharing behavior. The results show the relevance of internal factors and perceived benefits. The study reveals particularities of information-sharing behavior and can help practitioners to understand what motivates their trading partners to share information.

Competitive swimmers routinely undertake a 7 X 200-m incremental step test to evaluate their fitness and readiness to compete.1 An exercise protocol more closely replicating competition swimming speeds may provide further insight into the swimmer’s physiological and technical readiness for competition. This case study reports data over a 3-year period from 11 Race Readiness Tests, which were completed, in addition to the 7 X 200-m test, as an attempt to provide the swimmer and coach with a fuller assessment. For this individual, data provided objective information from which to assess training status and race readiness following a transition from 200-m to 100-m race training. Data also raised a question as to whether a 100-m maximal effort 10 minutes before another one actually enhances performance owing to a priming effect.
