There is a clear trend of a hardening attitude towards digital platforms. In Australia this trend is exemplified by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s current inquiry specifically into digital platforms. Further, it can also be seen in court decisions. Having discussed one such court decision, we give a brief overview of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s digital platforms inquiry. We then seek to bring attention to a selection of particularly relevant European developments that may usefully inform how Australia proceeds in this arena and that may be considered in the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s final report due to be provided to the Treasurer on 3 June 2019.

Indartono, in paper use of alternative fuel gas for a motor vehicle fuel oil explain that in many ways energy efficiency can also be more than just preservation. Energy efficiency is an attempt to reduce the use of petroleum materials and the selection of alternative fuels. Improved energy efficiency is also an environmental demands, because it can reduce air pollution, acid rain control the incidence and protect the earth from global warming, which may occur due to buildup of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. One of the alternative fuel is CNG. In motor vehicles, CNG usage advantages include lower price, the exhaust gas is cleaner burning results and the potential source is still very large. There is no more in-depth research in the amount of alternative between natural gas and tradition fuel. The paper consider two factors about gas calorific value and vehicle level and put forward the fuel calorific value correction coefficient and vehicle energy efficiency correction coefficient. On this basis, the coefficient table and calculation method was established. The paper proved that because of the influence of the factors, equivalent ratio in the range of 1.13~1.67. The method can indicate the gas replacement more scientific and real, because of consider of the actual situation of application of the enterprise.The research can guide the selection of natural gas vehicle reasonable and scientific.
