This study discusses and examines the strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats to formulate a strategy and program development in the Art Tourism Village of Kasongan bantul Yogyakarta. This study used quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data collected by observation, in-depth interviews, documentation and dissemination of questionnaires to 53 respondents consisting of bureaucrats, tourism businesses and community leaders, then analyzed by SWOT method. Based on the SWOT analysis obtained alternative strategies that can be applied is create quality art-tourism product. Tourism development policy must have the support from the private sector and the public. Community support depends on the condition variable resources of tourism areas, namely diversity, uniqueness, potential for conservation, economic potential, and market potential. These five variables are the basis for the establishment of community support. Keywords: art-tourism, tourism-village, strategy and development program

Socio-economic achievements of Ukraine are currently characterized not only by positive but also by negative trends, such as the creation of political confrontations, provoking international conflicts and the emergence of military aggression. Therefore, there is a need to indicate the directions of development and competitiveness of the social and economic potential of Ukraine in the conditions of the established European integration tendencies. The authors discovered the patterns of emergence of the main risks of socio-economic development of the country, which threaten the free access to a large raw material base, which creates the possibility of reducing the stiffness of pressure on Ukrainian producers on the need to increase labour productivity and technological modernization. The authors conclude that integration aspirations in the world social and economic system in Ukraine should be complemented by facilitating cooperation within the country itself. The lack of national socio-economic development program, which basis on the formation of the platform for socio-economic potential, combined with the effect of synergy effects can lead to unpredictable destructive consequences. Therefore, further research of these processes will be connecting to the exposures of multi-disciplinary connections, to found same trends and to do its interpretation.

The next major step in the development of fusion power involves the design, construction, and operation of an experimental power reactor. The general objective of this type of device is to demonstrate key plasma physics, materials, and engineering performance under conditions that approach those considered necessary to establish the technical feasibility of fusion power. This device is generally perceived to be a tokamak configuration that operates on the deuterium-tritium (D-T) fuel cycle, which would produce several hundred megawatts of fusion power. Although a number of conceptual design studies on this type of device have been conducted, the current effort is focused on the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) activity, a joint undertaking of the European Community (EC), Japan, the United States, and the Soviet Union, conducted under the auspices of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).The development of fusion power as an energy source depends to a large extent on the proper selection of materials for the various components. these materials will be exposed to a wide variety of conditions such as plasma particle and neutron radiation, high thermal fluxes, large thermal and mechanical stress, various chemical environments, and high magnetic fields. In order to achieve the high performance desired for a commercial power reactor, considerable materials development will be required. Because of the relatively near term time scale projected for ITER and the limited objectives, more conventional materials with more extensive data bases will be used where possible. Even so, a substantial materials development program is required to support a test reactor like ITER.

Sustainable development of the Arctic is the main priority of the state policy regarding regional development of the Russian Federation. The study of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation for the formation of principles, methods and strategies, as well as organizational and economic mechanisms for its sustainable development is topical at present. This article deals with one of the strategic decision-making tools used in the process of implementing the development program for the Russian Arctic, namely, the assessment of the technical and economic potential of the Arctic fields. The purpose of this assessment is to rank the fields according to the priority of their commissioning for a more optimal distribution of costs in the development of Arctic resources. This paper presents the results and methodology of technical and economic potential estimation in general, and the potential of the Arctic oil and gas fields in particular. An analysis of the conceptual apparatus in the field of the evaluation of various types of potential is carried out. The methodology for assessing the technical and economic potential of a field are investigated. The problems arising in the process of such an assessment are revealed. Recommendations for improving the methodology of assessing the technical and economic potential of oil and gas fields in the Arctic are given. The necessity of expanding the list of indicators for assessing the technical and economic potential of these fields, taking into account current trends, has been noted. A list of 10 technical and 26 economic indicators to assess the technical and economic potential of the development of offshore Arctic fields is proposed.

The process of planning and decision making in the development program for this is oftenly done by top-down. Most often society is not given a choice and an opportunity to provide input. Sometimes government assistance creates dependency, which in turn would create trouble than help. The purpose of this study was to illustrate the potential of tourism and economic potential in the Cibuntu village as well as to determine the model to improve the local economy based on tourism. Samples are some families in the Cibuntu village. The results of this study indicate that the tourism  and economic potential are very diverse and can support tourism activities and for the community-based model of economic improvement which can be implemented is culinary-based, homestay based and craft-based.

Korean nuclear industry has demonstrated a success of KSNP (Korean Standard Nuclear Power Plant) program through operations of its six units starting from Ulchin 3&4 since 1998, and four more units are currently under construction with its new name of OPR1000 (Optimized Pressurized Reactor 1000). During the past 20 years of OPR1000 constructions and operations, Korean nuclear industry has put continuous effort to secure its better confidence in safety and performance. As a result, OPR1000 is showing the highest capacity factor and the lowest unplanned trip records among the worldwide operating nuclear power plants. The goal of APR1000 (Advanced Power Reactor 1000) program launched recently is to develop an improved version of OPR1000 design. It is required to adopt selected advanced design features of APR1400 (Advanced Power Reactor 1400) and to fulfill the new and strengthened design requirements including longer plant lifetime, colder head reactor, longer refueling interval, enhanced cyber security, etc. It is also essential to consider regional specific conditions such as electric frequency, sea water temperature and seismic conditions, etc. In this paper, the overall APR1000 development program is introduced, and design requirements as well as advanced design features (ADFs) for APR1000 are discussed comparing with those for OPR1000.
