This investigation was carried out during 4th November 2019 to 20th April 2020 at Grdarasha field, college of Agricultural Engineering Sciences-Salahaddin University, to evaluate the effect of foliar application of the Nitrophenolates biostimulator at different levels (0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1 ml.l-1)on growth and yield of two Pea cultivars (Utrillo and Nihal). Significant results were obtained from most studied parameters. The results indicated that cultivars had significant response on some of vegetative growth and yield parameters of pea, the best results were recorded from Utrillo cultivar. Moreover, foliar spraying of Nitrphenolates had significant influence on vegetative parameters, the highest significant result of leaves and branchesnumber (110.747 and 2.694 respectively) were recorded from (1ml.l-1). While, the best results of vegetative growth fresh weight and leaf chlorophyll content were obtained from 0.2 ml.l-1treatment. Foliar spray of Nitrphenolate also increased significantly yield parameters, where the highest values of number of seeds.pod-1, yield per plant, plat and hectare (6.000, 0.168kg, 1.009kg and 1.681ton respectively) were recorded from 0.2 ml.l-1 treatment compared with the control. Meanwhile, there was the significant response of cultivars to foliar application of Nitrophenolates on most vegetative growth and yield components and were recorded for both cultivars especially Nihal.

<p>Temperature rise is one of the most challenging climate change impacts that increase the intensity of heat stress. In this investigated the production of celery (<em>Apium graveolens</em> var. <em>rapaceum </em>F1 hybrid)) was tested during the late season. The experiment was carried out during the two successive summer seasons of 2019 and 2020 in Giza Governorate, Egypt. The experimental design is a split-plot, the main plots consist of three low tunnel cover treatments, and three spray treatments with three replicates in sub-main plots. Results showed that the use of white net cover gave the highest vegetative growth and yield followed by the black net. Values of plant yield were 951, 765, and 660 g/plant for white, black and without cover, respectively, in the first season. The foliar application of 3 mM of potassium silicate produced the highest vegetative growth and yield compared to the control treatment. Referring to the effect of spray foliar application of potassium silicate on yield 1.5 mM (S1), 3 mM (S2), and control were 892, 795, and 689 g/plant in the first season, respectively. The best combination that delivered the highest vegetative growth and yield was a cover low tunnel with a white net combined with S2 foliar application.</p>

<em>Farmyard manure and biofertilizer is able to substitute chemical fertilizers in improving the plants growth and production. The manure acts as the  energy source for soil microbes, while biofertilizer with phosphate solubilizing microbes (PSM) can increase phosphate (P) availability for plants.  The research aimed to investigate the effect of farmyard manure added with PSM on growth and yield of 5 Robusta coffee clones, conducted at Pakuwon Experimental Station, Indonesian Industrial and Beverage Crops Research Institute (IIBCRI), Sukabumi, from January 2014 to June 2017. A split plot design was used with 3 replications. The main plot factors were 5 Robusta coffee clones </em><em>(BP 308, SA 237, BP 42, BP 358, and BGN 371)</em>,<em> whereas the subplot  factors were types of fertilizers (chicken, sheep, and cow manure added with PMS), and NPK fertilizers as control. Variables observed were components of vegetative growth, percentage of flowering plants, and weight of fresh berries. The results showed that 5 Robusta coffee clones used exhibited similar responses to the PMS-added farmyard manure application. Chicken manure added with PMS enhanced P-available and improved vegetative growth of coffee plants better than other farmyard manure, similar with the effect of NPK fertilizers. Up to 4 years old plants, the PM-added farmyard manure application did not affect the weight of fresh berries.</em>

A field experiment was carried out at Agricultural Research Station, Vizianagaram, during Kharif, 2016 under rainfed conditions to know the fertilizer responsiveness of promising finger millet varieties to graded doses of NPK fertilizers. Twenty treatment combinations were tested in split- plot design with three replications. Experimental results revealed that with 125% RDF grain yield increase was 10%, 27% and 48% higher than 100% RDF, 75% RDF and 50% RDF respectively. Among the finger millet genotypes, grain yield of VL-379(2037 kg/ha) and VL-352(1989 kg/ha) was significantly high and was at par with national check variety VR-708(1959 kg/ha). Both the test varieties (VL-379 and VL-352) were far superior to local check variety in terms of growth and yield characteristics. Higher net monetary returns and B:C ratio were obtained with VL-379, followed by VR-708 and VL-352 at 125% RDF.

THis investigation aimed to study the effect of foliar application with zinc alone or in combination with salicylic acid on vegetative growth, yield, physical and chemical properties of Halawani grapevine cultivar during two successive seasons (2017 and 2018). Zinc was used at concentration of 2 and 4 g.L-1 in a chelated form and salicylic acid at concentration of (50, 100 and 150 mg. L-1) in addition to control treatment for each of them. The result obtained proved that all parameters such as leaf area, total chlorophyll, number and weight of cluster, yield, berries size and weight, as soon as TSS, total sugar, juice percentage and density, β-carotenes, Zn, N. proline content of leaves were increased significantly as compared with control, while total acidity and total phenols were decreased by all treatments as compared with control. Furthermore, combination between high concentration of zinc and salicylic acid improved all parameters in comparison with the control.

The aim of this study was to find the effect of planting distances and spraying with different concentrations of leaf fertilizer with micronate15 on some vegetative growth traits and yield of pea variety Green Canada in non-heated greenhouses, by using three planting distance (factor A) which includes:  A1:20, A2: 30, and A3:40 cm and four spray concentrations as foliar application (factor B) which includes: B0: zero, B1: 0.5, b2: 1.5 and b3: 2.5 liter of water). According to the results of this study the highest plant (124.82cm), number of branches (4.58), fresh weight,(95.94 g) and the total yield (142.41 g)were observed in the distance of planting (30 cm), while the highest value of the pod length was observed from the distance planting in 40 cm which is 8.39 cm. The concentration of 1.5 mL / liter of micronate15 gave the highest values of branches 4.53 branches, fresh weight 97.47 g, number of pods 36.73 pods, number of seeds 8.55 oats, length of the pod 8.83 cm and the total yield 150.78 g. The highest values of the number of branches 5.14 branch, fresh weight 105.72 g, the number of seeds 8.90 seed and the total yield 159.78 g were observed from the interaction between the planting distance of 30 cm and 1.5 mL / liter of nutrient micronate15. Also, the interaction between   20 cm distance and foliar application with 2.5 mL l of micronate15 gave the highest value in the number of leaves which is 53.36.
