The research objective was to identify, analyze, and design a procurement information system that was developed by an IT consultant company for their client companies. Data collection techniques used were literature study, field study, document study, learning and trying the existing e-procurement system. Then, it was followed by analysis on general procurement processes using objectoriented analysis with Unified Modeling Language (UML) as tools. The result is a web-based e-procurement application that supports documentation and storage of transaction data. It also generates reports in accordance with company requirements. The main system features are Request Usage Form (RUF), Purchase Request (PR), Purchase Request Summary (PRS), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Quotation, Winner Selection (WS), Purchase Order (PO), and Receive Report (RR). It can be concluded that the developed system can support procurement processes effectively and efficiently, and integrate the inventory and approval system. Integration with inventory system will result in easier stock checking and automated update of goods data in the inventory system. It includes creating item, editing item, and receiving made report document. Integration with approval system will also result in the simpler process of documents approval in the e-procurement system.

<p><em>Abstrak - <strong>Sistem pendidikan dan pelatihan pada PMI Kota Tangerang yang berjalan saat ini masih semi komputerisasi. Pengetesan dan penilaian materi masih manual sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan input nilai peserta, memerlukan proses dan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mengetahui kelulusan peserta diklat yang mengakibatkan terlambatnya laporan panitia kepada Kadiv SDM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis menggunakan metode analisis PIECES. Pemodelan sistem dengan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) untuk menggambarkan secara visualisasi, yang selanjutnya diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL-Server sebagai database. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem aplikasi diklat relawan PMI berbasis web yang terdatabase untuk membantu dalam hal pengelolaan data mulai dari pendaftaran, pemberian materi, keadiran, pengetesan, dan penilaian.</strong></em></p><p><em>Abstract</em> – <strong>The education and training system at the PMI Kota Tangerang that is currently running is still semi-computerized. The testing and evaluation of material are still manual so that there are often input errors in the participants' scores, it requires a long process and time to find out the graduation of the training participants which results in the delay of the committee's report to the Head of HR Division. The research method used consisted of interviews, observation, and literature study. The analytical method uses the PIECES analysis method. Modeling the system using Unified Modeling Language (UML) to visualize, which is then implemented with the PHP programming language with the MySQL-Server database as a database. The results obtained from this study are a web-based PMI volunteer education and training system database that is assisted regarding data management ranging from registration, material delivery, presence, testing, and assessment.</strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords - </em></strong><em>Education and Training, Systems, Volunteers</em></p>

The 4.0 revolution that is taking place also moves, not only about the Revolution in the industrial field but also in the information field. Decision making to regulate the Office Stationery system. Especially the office stationery inventory system plays an important role in the process of procuring office stationery in the RSUP. Dr.Salala in the field of inventory, provides information about inventory reports that are still manual for requests for office stationery. The purpose of this study is to design a system that can provide updated information and make it easier for users to submit requests for goods. In this study, the authors used the PIECES analysis method, the analysis method for the Unified Modeling Language (UML) program, designed using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and with the MySql database. This is the rationale for how the authors analyze the procurement system in RSUP. Dr. Salala can facilitate the inventory of goods requested for effective and efficient reporting.

Absrtak: Tulisan ini merupakan kajian dalam menindaklanjuti saran dari hasil penelitian penulis, tentang perlunya perancangan dan pengembangan model prototipe Sistem Informasi Jabatan Fungsional Dosen berbasis web. Implementasi jabatan fungsional tersebut untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung angka kredit, memudahkan pemasukan dan pencarian data sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang akurat, tepat, dan relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma siklus hidup pengembangan sistem, meliputi tahapan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka; analisis dan perancangan sistem dengan star Unified Modeling Language (UML), relasi antar file, struktur file, struktur program, rancangan masukan, rancangan luaran, dan struktur menu dengan menggunakan pemograman PHP & database Mysql. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya prototipe sistem jabatan fungsional yang dapat dimanfaatkan para dosen dalam memproses pengusulan dan perhitungan angka kredit secara mudah, cepat, dan efektif. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi (negeri/swasta) perlu mendorong pengembangan dan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi tersebut. Begitu pula para dosen perlu membiasakan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi berbasisweb dalam memudahkan mengimplementasikan jabatan fungsional dosen. Kata kunci : Dosen, Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, Jabatan Fungsional Dosen.Abstract: This paper is a study to follow up the recommendation from the result of the writer’s research, which was about the importance of design and development of information system prototype of web based lecturer functional job. The implementation of functional job will facilitate the calculation of credit rate, ease the data entry and searching to bring about accurate, appropriate and relevant information. This research used life cyclus paradigm of system development which include data collection phase via observation, interview and literature study; system analysis and design using star Unified Modeling Language (UML), interrelation among files, file structure, program structure, input design, output design, and menu structure using PHP and database Mysql. This study resulted that there is a prototype of functional job system which can be used by lecturers to proceed the proposal and calculation of credit rate easily, fast, and effectively. That is why colleges (public/private ones) need to encourage the develepment and utilization of such information system. Similarly, lecturers need to familiarize the utilization of web based information system in order to facilitate the implementation of lecturer functional job. In this educational institution in the payroll information system is still using the calculation manually and using MS aids program. Excel. In this study using SWOT method as a method used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and system threats that run today through several stages of interview and literature study. Which produces a payroll information system that can manage computerized payroll, perform absentee calculations, automatically calculate monthly salary, allowances calculation, present salary slips and salary reports required every month or every year and others. System design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool, while in making system program using MySQL tool to design database and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as programming language.

An office stationery inventory system that is accurate and up to date is needed by the company. In the process of stationery inventory of the Tirta Kerta Raharja District Office in Tangerang Regency, which is done at this time is still manual so it is less effective, because the warehouse sub-section utilizes office stationery inventory documents in the form of submission forms and inputs office stationery inventory data manually so that the monitoring process is difficult and vulnerable to loss or damage to documents. Therefore, it is necessary to design a computerized web-based office stationery inventory information system in order to facilitate its users. With the computerized web- based office stationery inventory system can facilitate the warehouse subsection in inputting data so that inventory monitoring is carried out regularly to make it more accurate and optimal. Data collection methods are done by observation, interviews, and literature studies from various studies, while the system analysis method is done using the PIECES method and the design method uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) and PHP programming language and MysQL as a database. This is the rationale for how researchers analyze the existing office stationery inventory system at the Tirta Kerta Raharja Public Corporation in the District of Tangeran so that it can facilitate the performance to be more effective, efficient and accurate.

Currently the system that is running still has many shortcomings and weaknesses causing the company's performance to be hampered and has not been able to support all the needs that the company wants such as the report preparation that is long enough so that the owner waits long to get it. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based inventory system that can present the information needed. Operations that run on this system are: check goods, input sales data, input purchase data, convection data input, purchase reports, and sales reports. The use of this system is divided into two accesses, namely for employees and owners so that they can easily manage goods data. The development tools used in this study use the CI, PHP framework as a programming language and phpMyAdmin 4.7.9 as the MySQL DBMS interface. Design and design an inventory system for TransitCo Bandung goods using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method as its modeling tool. This Inventory system is web and mobile based so it is more dynamic and can be used easily and user friendly. The official departure activities of PNS (Civil Employee) and Members of the DPRD of the Province of Bali are one of the programs of activities that are often carried out. Filing in official travel activities that while still running is considered vulnerable to problems in filing and searching because it is still manual and archiving is still using paper so that it is easily lost. In order to help the administrative staff who take care of official travel, therefore this research was made. This study uses the waterfall method in the development of the system which includes stages of analysis and definition, system design, implementation and unit testing, system integration and testing, operation and maintenance. While the data collection is done by observation and manual data collection. System modeling used is the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling language and is web-based with the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and mysql database. The results of this study can facilitate all parts related to official travel activities both in storing data on notes and assignment letters, warrants, reports on control of official travel orders control.

Monitoring of warehouse inventory data processing is an important thing for companies. PT Talaga mulya indah is still manual using paper media, causing problems that have an effect on existing information, namely: problems with data processing of incoming and outgoing goods. And the difference between data on the amount of stock of goods available with physical data, often occurs inputting data more than once for the same item, searching for available data, and making reports so that it impedes companies in monitoring inventory of existing stock of goods. Which aims to create a system that can provide updated information to facilitate the warehouse admin in making inventory reports, and reduce errors in input by means of integrated control. In this study, the authors used the data collection method used in this analysis using the method of observation, interviews, and literature review (literature study). For analysis using the PIECES analysis method. Furthermore, the system design used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are expected to produce the right data in the process of monitoring inventory data processing, also can provide the right information and make it easier to control the overall availability of goods.

The public service administration system at the government offices of the Kemiri village office in the Kemiri District currently does not have a computerized and integrated system. Because the system runs, residents who submit letters for administrative completeness, still use the Ms.Word / Ms.Excel application. of course has many weaknesses including human error, not neat in file storage, resulting in the lengthy process of searching and making a cover letter and required reports. The analytical method used in this study is to use PIECES (Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) analysis, the design of the model uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are web-based letter information systems at the Office of the Village Chief of Kemiri that can accessed using a local computer browser. Thus the information letter needed by the Kemiri Village community and more effective and efficient in making the letter.
