Executive information system (EIS) has been widely used in enterprises and institutions to help the executives make decisions quickly and accurately for the organization's business needs. A research is conducted to create a marketing executive information system that can produce analytic reports and comparison reports for the executive of Benza Prima. For information search the fact finding techniques is utilized by conducting surveys directly to the company to study the company needs and the running procedures. The executive information system design uses Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodology. The research results in an executive information system that produces report in forms of pivot tables and charts to help the Benza Prima executives make decisions. The marketing executive information system design is expected to provide analytic information that can be used by the Benza Prima executive as an analytic tool in planning marketing strategies.

This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

CV Bambi considers to use IS and IT to get competitive advantage. Thus, CV Bambi needs a system that utilizes IT and records all business transactions, especially in sales, purchasing, and inventory processes so that data redundancy will be minimal. This research creates information system design of sales, purchasing, andinventory processes as well as reports that can be used by the management. Methodology used in this paper is unified process with object-oriented approach. The result is an information system design that can solve problems in data searching since all the data have been stored in a database. When sales or purchasing transaction occurs, the stock in inventory system will be automatically updated. This system will make easy the manager to read reports by using reporting feature.

This study aims to determine the cash sales accounting information system that is suitable for online store applications. Using qualitative methods with the object of research, namely the online stores. Sources of data obtained from several online stores. Data collection methods used are semi-structured interviews, observation, and document analysis. From the analysis and design of the buying and selling cycle information system in online business development, it was found that the development of information systems is a very important stage in the efficiency and effectiveness of the buying and selling cycle. By implementing a good and correct accounting information system design on an online store, it can facilitate the recording and minimize the occurrence of errors/loss of data. In addition, with a good information system design, the division of tasks between various sections becomes clear.

This paper combines the software developing method with the object_oriented technology, uses the object_oriented technology to abstract objects for the information system. And the attribute, method, relationship of Object_Oriented Data Model have been described. The object_oriented data model is more compatibly with real world. And the information system base on object_oriented data model is propitious to be maitained and understood.

Interest in and attention to knowledge management have exploded recently. But integration of knowledge process design with information system design has long been missing from the corresponding literature and practice. The research described in this paper builds upon recent work focused on knowledge management and system design from three integrated perspectives: 1) reengineering process innovation, 2) expert systems knowledge acquisition and representation, and 3) information systems analysis and design. With this work, we now have an integrated framework for knowledge process and system design that covers the gamut of design considerations from the enterprise process in the large, through alternative classes of knowledge in the middle, and on to specific systems in the detail. We illustrate the use and utility of the approach through an extreme enterprise example addressing Navy carrier battle groups in operational theaters, which addresses many factors widely considered important in the knowledge management environment. Using this integrated methodology, the reader can see how to identify, select, compose and integrate the many component applications and technologies required for effective knowledge system and process design.
