The purposes of this research are to prevent jockey in exams, reduce the occurrence of error in attendance record at practicum or exams, and reduce error in filling students' attendance status to the attendance system. Three main parts of software development method are used; analysis, design, and literature method. Current system survey, analysis of the survey findings, identify the information, and identifying system requirements are implemented in analysis method. The design method that is used in this research is Unified Modeling Language (UML). The using of attendance recording system that uses Java Card-based application makes students identity card has a new function as the tool to make attendance. Conclusion of the research has shown that it can prevent identity fraud, minimize the time wasted in attendance system, reduce the printing paper, and reduce tagging errors eligibility status exam of students.

Recommendations are application models from previous measurement of data and information. To process data that is quite a lot is used the right method. Association rules are one technique that can be used in associating indirect data from a data. The purpose of this study is to create a system that can be used to provide information on goods in accordance with consumer combinations. The method used is direct interviews with staff to get information in the form of sales data and system requirements. The design model uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), namely Analysis, Design, Construction, Implementation, and Testing. The system design method used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The system used is an algorithm that is made web-based using the language PHP and MySQL as databases. The results used in this study are to stop at the specified 2-item iteration and two rules that meet minimum 30% support rules and a minimum confidence of 70%, namely Cofemix → Sugar and Sugar → Sugar.

The increasing need for property in Tanjungpinang City is very growing, especially in the housing sector. Selection of property based on location and facilities and infrastructure is always a consideration for the community in making decisions to buy a property. Difficulty finding property location information in a certain area often occurs, resulting in people not getting references about the properties offered in Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the distribution of the number of properties on offer, especially in Tanjungpinang City using a web-based mapping approach. In the development of Property GIS the author uses the Waterfall method and in the analysis of system requirements it is modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQLI database. It is hoped that the results of making this property's geographic information system can help the public to find out information about the distribution of properties offered, such as the location of property coordinates, addresses, prices, property photos, property specification data and property developer data.

The need for information in life has transformed into basic needs. As an impact, this will cause problems when not handled properly. The Garuda Cooperative is one of the Employee Cooperatives in Sragen with complex managerial data but its management is still manual. To support its business process, a management information system is needed to handle data quickly and accurately. This study aims to develop a management information system for Garuda Cooperatives. The flow of research used is analysis, design, implementation, testing, and conclusion. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in the form of a use case diagram and statechart diagram. The programming language used is Delphi with PostgreSQL as database management. The information system produced includes processing savings and loan business units, processing membership data and reports. The results of the system testing on 8 respondents showed that the system was running well to meet needs, had an attractive appearance, and was easy to use.

Information technology is rapidly developing all existing activities or activities become very important in determining the progress of the company, both in operational and non-operational activities, one of which is the procurement report which must produce accurate and accurate reports. PT Instaprint Jaya Primatama is a company engaged in the field of digital printing while those who do not yet have a system that uses stock of goods, the current system still has problems such as requiring a long time to find the amount needed Every day and making reports still using Ms. Excel so there is a delay in the company's performance. This study aims to create a system that can support the process of reporting needs that can be done effectively, the design process uses the PIECES method, system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to use visualization, which can be used by using the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language (PHP ) with a MySQL-Server database as a database. And to collect data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. With the system of preparation of goods, can make it easier for inventory administrators to produce accurate reports with a fast time can be made in order to produce effective and efficient.

Bahasa Jepang merupakan salah satu bahasa yang banyak digemari dan dipelajari. Meskipun sangat digemari, banyak orang yang tetap merasa kesulitan mempelajari bahasa Jepang karena bentuk tulisannya yang rumit dan tata bahasanya sangat jauh berbeda dengan bahasa Indonesia. Salah satu pengembangan media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu pemula dalam belajar bahasa Jepang adalah game edukasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Game Edukasi Nihongo Benkyou Berbasis Android. (2) untuk mengetahui respon pengguna terhadap Game Edukasi Nihongo Benkyou Berbasis Android. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluations ). Perancangan aplikasi Game Edukasi Nihongo Benkyou Berbasis Android telah berhasil dilakukan dengan menggunakan model fungsional berupa UML (Unified Modeling Languange), yaitu dengan menggunakan use case diagram dan activity diagram. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi yang diimplementasikan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# dengan editor Unity. Fitur yang terdapat pada Game Edukasi Nihongo Benkyou meliputi fitur belajar dan bermain. Dalam fitur belajar terdapat materi pengenalan huruf, kosakata, serta pola percakapan sedangkan pada fitur bermain, materi yang dipelajari diujikan dalam mode permainan. Seluruh fitur yang terdapat pada Game Edukasi Nihongo Benkyou ini sudah berjalan dengan baik. Respon pengguna terhadap Game Edukasi Nihongo Benkyou masuk dalam rentangan sangat baik.Kata Kunci : Bahasa Jepang, Game Edukasi, Nihongo Benkyou, ADDIE, Android Japanese is one of the most favorite and popular language learned by many people in the world. Even though it is popular, many people feel that it is difficult to learn Japanese because of its complicated written text and grammar which are too much different from Indonesian. One of the educational media that can be developed to help the beginners learning Japanese is an Educational Game. This research was aimed: (1) to design and implement Nihongo Benkyou Educational Game based on Android (2) to find out the user’s respond to Nihongo Benkyou Educational Game based on Android. The method used in this study was research and development. Nihongo Benkyou Educational Game based on Android was developed by using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluations ) model. The design of this Nihongo Benkyou Educational Game has been successfully created by using functional model named UML (Unified Modeling Language), which is by using use case and activity diagram. Meanwhile, there were two features in this Nihongo Benkyou Educational Game, they were learning and playing features. In the learning features, there were knowledge about Japanese characters introduction, as well as vocabulary and grammar. Then in playing feature, the knowledge were tested in form of game mode. The result of this study was an application which is implemented by using C# programming language with Unity editor. All the fitures contained in Nihongo Benkyou Educational Game were running well. This paper develops an SECS Communication Module, which conforms to SEMI standard, using the Object-oriented Analysis/Design (OOA/D) method. The two main features of SECS Communication Module are Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Design Patterns for developing flexible and reusable software architecture and JAVA program language for implementing SECS Communication Module. The developed SECS communication module can not only be integrated into cluster tool control but can also run stand-alone in a communication equipment.

The purposes of this research are to design and implementation of laboratory information systems (LIS) at the Laboratory of Cancer Hospital Dharmais (Dharmais Cancer Hospital). The methods used are the method of analysis, design methodology using Total Architecture Synthesis (TAS) and database design methods. Methods include analysis of the survey directly into the clinical laboratory Dharmais Cancer Hospital, and interviews with users who running the current system in Dharmais Cancer Hospital Clinical Laboratory. The design method using TAS. The results of this study is a single integrated Laboratory Information System applications with other systems that exist in Dharmais Cancer Hospital and also the delivery of feature inspection results by using text service and email, in addition to be taken directly to Dharmais Cancer Hospital and sent to the address. The conclusions from this study are all the transactions contained in Dharmais Cancer Hospital Clinical Laboratory have been computerized and integrated.

The research purpose is to analyze and design the Accounting Information Systems sales and inventory system that runs as well as identifying the needs and requirements of the new system that is made to fix the weaknesses in systems and sales. The research method used is the method of analysis and design methods. Methods of analysis by analyzing the problems in the current system, identify information needs and system requirements. The design method used is the database design, form and appearance of the screen. The results to be achieved is to produce a draft of Accounting Information Systems sales and inventory system that can find solutions to existing systems with computerized systems that can help the company deal with the problems in the system is running. Conclusions obtained are that the Information System Accounting Information and the sale of inventories, which were given suggestions and solutions for computerized systems can assist company management in the decision making process because it can generate reports more accurate and faster than less efficient systems. Abstract— Final project is one of the requirements that must be passed by students to complete their education. In the process of making the final project there is a guidance stage for the work of lecturers. The construction of the final assignment guidance scheduling system using the Relational Unfied Proccess (RUP) method aims to meet between lecturers and students, it is difficult to determine the schedule of meetings. In the RUP process there are 4 stages that must be passed in building a system. Inception at this stage the search for system requirements. Conducted by conducting interviews with students obtained a schedule for system development, 5 main functional needs of the system and 3 actors contained in the system. Elaboration is done by designing a system using the Unified Modeling Language. Beginning with the design with a use case diagram, proceed to the activity diagram and finally use the class diagram. The construction phase of the system is built based on the web using the programming languages ??PHP, HTML and CSS. Finally, in the transition phase the implementation at the construction stage will be tested using the blackbox method to test the functional system. In testing conducted on the login, submission of guidance, complaints and confirmation of submission obtained valid results for testing.

The need of information and services quickly, accurately, and satisfy the modern era like today, felt increasingly required by each agency. Especially RSIA Selaras engaged in health services and services at any time is always in touch with the community or customer. Problems that occur in the institution are particularly RSIA Selaras outpatient care system that is not good because it is still an error occurs in the search for patient data, preparation of reports, the accumulated cost of service and does not support the use of information technology in this case the client server. With the construction of the optimal system would minimize the problems that often occur in patient care and the system can run smoothly. Designing the information system of computerized patient care will be able to ensure the provision of time to generate information and can control the opinion of the hospital automatically because most of the data stored in the file as well as the support of the computerized system. Information system design services outpatient designed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, using a MySQL database. It is expected the system he designed outpatient care information might help solve the problems faced RSIA Selaras. To obtain the data needed for the study, the authors used several methods, among others: interviews, observation, and literature. The data obtained and analyzed and described using UML (Unified Modeling Language), and design method by analyzing the running system to detect problems. Hence the need for a data processing and semi-manual system to a computerized data processing system by using a programming outpatient services in order to facilitate the process of outpatient services.
