PT Cahaya Buana Furindotama is a company incorporated in the Olympic Group. This company is a manufacturingcompany which produces furniture and household-wares made from plastic material. Problems en countered were rawmaterial shortage and production delay, though the company already had a partnership with several suppliers because ofthe un-integrated data and there was a “human error” in data entry. Results of the problem were the company could losemarket share and threatened with competitors’ position. Based on the problems which arose, it was proposed to use an e-SCMapplication system at the company because e-SCM application system could help the company to manage flow of raw materialbetter and strengthen the company’s relationship between suppliers and distributors. The methods used were Porter’s FiveForces to analyze the company’s position in market and SWOT Method to determine a strategy could be used by the company.Based on the internal matrix (IFE), the result obtained was 3:08. Whereas, the external matrix (EFE), the result obtained was3:34. Based on both results, it can be concluded that the company is in a strong position in matrix IE. Whereas, the strategyused is Strengths-Opportunity (SO) which is in SWOT matrix. It is expected that the SO strategy and e-SCM applicationsystem, the company can be more strength its position in the market.Keywords: e-SCM, SWOT, internal matrix, external matrix

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kajian analisis SWOT karena, mempermudah suatu perusahaan  untuk mengkombinasikan strategi yang tepat dikembangkan untuk menjalankan perusahaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal serta menyusun dan merekomendasikan strategi pengembangan agrowisata di Soewan Garden Desa Pancasari. Penelitian ini mengambil data dari penyebaran kuisioner yang dibagi menjadi 2, yaitu kuisioner internal ( pemilik dan pengunjung agrowisata), dan kuisioner eksternal (Pakar dan usaha sejenis yang sudah berkembang). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 3 kekuatan, 6 kelemahan, 4 peluang, dan 3 ancaman. Hasil pembobotan dan rating menunjukan bahwa nilai terbobot untuk matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) adalah 3,02 dan matriks Eksternal Factor Evaluation (EFE) adalah 2.65. Nilai ini menunjukan posisi yang kuat pada matriks Internal Eksternal (IE) dengan strategi yang harus dilakukan adalah strategi intensif dan integratif. Sedangkan berdasarkan Analisis matriks SWOT terdapat 8 alternatif strategi yang dapat disusun untuk mengembangkan usaha agrowisata Soewan Garden. ABSTRACT This research was conducted with a SWOT analysis study for a decision-maker in a company to combine the right strategies to run the company. This study aims to analyze internal and external conditions and recommend development strategies in the agrotourism Soewan Garden at Pancasari village. This study took data from the distribution of questionnaires which were divided into 2, namely internal commissioners (agro-tourism owners and visitors) and external commissioners (experts and similar businesses that have developed). The results showed that there were 3 strengths, 6 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. The weighting and assessment results show that the weighted value for the Internal Factor Evaluation matrix (IFE) is 3,02 and the External Factor Evaluation matrix (EFE) is 2,65. This value indicates a strong position in the Internal External Matrix (IE) with a strategy that must be done is an intensive and integrative strategy. Meanwhile, based on the SWOT matrix analysis there are 8 alternative strategies that can be developed to develop Soewan Gardenagro-tourism.

In an effort to improve electricity services to customers, there needs to be a balance between the supply of electricity and revenue. Payment methods made by the Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) use Postpaid and Prepaid methods. Because services with postpaid methods better meet customer satisfaction, this method is chosen. Sales Accounting Information System is an information technology-based accounting application to support financial transactions in a company to run faster, more precisely and accurately at a reasonable cost. In its operation, it takes competent human resources to not be a source of problems (human error) and adequate infrastructure. To overcome the obstacles that will arise, whether triggered by the application or by the human resources themselves, it is necessary to control both aspects. Based on this research it shows that the application  of  Sales Accounting Information Systems and existing human resources is sufficiently supportive  and  reliable  in  supporting the creation of good control as it is proven that the level of acceptance of sales targets is realized effectively and efficiently.

The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

Participants filled 42 orders on a task designed to simulate components of filling prescriptions. Task factors included objective workload of 70- versus 80-min. to complete the task and perceptions of workload dimensions using the NASA Task Load Index. The proportion and pattern of data-entry, counting, and product-selection errors were compatible with those found in pharmacy field-sites. Significant other relationship stress, field-dependence, and an 80-min. workpace predicted data-entry errors. Mistakes in product selection were associated with low GPA, high social stress, the NASA Task Load Index dimension of less concern with performing well, and a 70-min. workpace. Relationship of data to corresponding information in the pharmacy literarure and to assumptions of a cognitive-systems performance model was discussed.

Occupational health and safety is very important point for a company. CV. XYZ is a company that produces paving and have problem about the occupational accident. There are 4 production procceses that can be couse occupational accidents, which is taking raw materials procces, stirring batter, forming and drying. This case must be analyzed using HEART and JSA method as evaluating effort for occupational accident. The results of HEART method analysing imply that HEP value 0,8632is the most dangerous occupational, that is forpicking gravel from cement mixer machine. After known the value of HEP afterward analyzed using JSA method. The goal is as improvement to occupational accident in the production process in order can be reduced. The result of JSA method analysing are improvement suggestion such us levying mask, hat, design of additional components for machine, additional equipment for pallet and hand pallet, and assigning standart operational procedure.

Abstrak Sistem informasi akuntansi merupakan jantung bagi sebuah perusahaan. Sistem informasi akuntansi membuat sebuah perusahaan mampu melakukan pengendalian dan memudahkan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Salah satu bagian dari sistem informasi akuntansi adalah sistem penjualan dan piutang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan distributor yang bergerak di bidang penjualan alat-alat elektrikal, mekanikal, dan telekomunikasi. Perusahaan tersebut sedang berkembang pesat dengan jumlah transaksi penjualan yang cukup banyak dan kompleks setiap harinya, namun masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien. Maka dari itu penulis mengangkat judul prancangan system e-accounting pada PT. Mandiri Agung Lubuklinggau.  Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan perancangan system menggunakan United modeling language (UML) dan pada penelitian ini penulis mengunakan metode deskriptif dimana penggunaan metode dimaksudkan agar kebenaran yang diungkapkan benar-benar berdasarkan bukti ilmiah yang kuat adapun hasil dari penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan dengan adanya system e-accounting ini memperbaiki kelemahan yang ada pada sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dan piutang yang sedang berjalan. Serta meningkatkan pengendalian intern perusahaan serta meminimalisir kecurangan dan human error yang dilakukan karyawan. Kata kunci—PHP,Akuntansi, E-Accounting   Abstract  Accounting information systems are the heart of a company. Accounting information systems make a company capable of controlling and making it easier for companies to improve their performance. One part of the accounting information system is the sales and accounts receivable system.This research was conducted at a distributor company engaged in the sale of electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications equipment. The company is growing rapidly with a number of sales transactions that are quite numerous and complex every day, but still use the manual system so that it is less effective and efficient. Therefore the author raised the title of the design of e-accounting system at PT. Mandiri Agung Lubuklinggau.In this study the author uses the system design using the United modeling language (UML) and in this study the author uses descriptive methods where the use of the method is intended so that the truth revealed is really based on strong scientific evidence while the results of this study can be concluded with the existence of system e -accounting fixes weaknesses that exist in the current sales and accounts receivable accounting information system. To improve the quality of service at BSA Project companies, it is necessary to survey how the results of the performance of BSA Project employees in serving customers, so that the results of the survey can be a company benchmark in evaluating and correcting if an error occurs. Making an Online Survey Application System Via Telegram at the BSA Project Surabaya Company which can be one of the benchmarks for companies to monitor and evaluate the performance of employees for service to customers. Supporting subjects in making this application are all employees in the Surabaya BSA Project Company. The application of the online survey application can be implemented using a php server. This online survey web application can also be connected to the telegram application, and the results can be displayed in real time. Testing the basic functions of the system that is done directly can be concluded that this application program can run as expected, then the results of the user acceptance test that has been tested on 20 employees can be known that the percentage for agreed responses is between 80% to 100 %, then the choice to disagree is between 0% to 20%, for that it can be concluded that the majority of user responses in using this application program are agreed and this application program can be well received by BSA Project Surabaya employees

<p class="Abstrak">Pengelolaan data perusahaan merupakan suatu hal utama dan krusial dalam memasuki persaingan industri era sekarang. Selain mudah dan aman, sistem manajemen yang telah terkomputerisasi dapat meminimalisir risiko <em>human error.</em> Dalam perancangan sistem informasi manajemen sendiri terdapat banyak metode yang dapat dipakai, salah satunya adalah metode <em>prototype</em>. Metode <em>prototype</em> memudahkan <em>client</em> untuk melihat dan mengevaluasi <em>prototype</em> secara bertahap seiring program dibangun. <em>Prototype</em> dapat ditambah maupun dikurangi sesuai berjalannya proses pengembangan. Metodologi <em>prototype</em> memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu, <em>communication</em>, <em>quick planning</em>, <em>quick Modelling</em>, <em>construction</em> hingga <em>deployment</em>. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini ialah melakukan perancangan sistem informasi manajemen perusahaan untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnis serta pengelolaan data perusahaan. Sistem informasi manajemen yang akan dibangun pada perusahaan ini meliputi komputerisasi seluruh proses bisnis, desain sistem pada setiap divisi, hingga perancangan <em>database</em> perusahaan. Perancangan sistem informasi ini dimulai dari pengumpulan data-data yang diperlukan menggunakan metode diskusi dan wawancara, penerjemahan data kedalam UML diagram, implementasi kode sistem, hingga <em>testing.</em></p><p class="Abstrak"><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p><p class="Abstrak"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p class="Abstract"><em>Management of company data is a major and crucial thing in entering today's industrial competition. Apart from being easy and safe, a computerized management system can minimize the risk of human error. In designing the management information system itself, there are many methods that can be used, one of which is the prototype method. The prototype method makes it easy for clients to see and evaluate the prototype in stages as the program is built. Prototypes can be added or subtracted according to the development process. The stages in the prototype methodology include communication, quick planning, quick modelling, construction and deployment. The purpose of this research is to design a company management information system to support business activities and company data management. The management information system that will be built in this company includes computerization of all business processes, system design in each division, to designing company databases. The design of this information system starts from collecting the necessary data using discussion and interview methods, translating data into UML diagrams, implementing system code, to testing.</em></p><p class="Abstrak"><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p>

E-Inventory Information System at PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera. PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera is a company engaged in  cleaning  services  that  serve  cleaning  at  apartments  /  hotels,  restaurants,  hospitals,  universities,  schools, supermarkets,  villas,  factories,  offices,  government  offices  or  national  private  and  other  places.  Constraints faced by PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera in carrying out existing projects is still using the manual process in inventorying / stocking of goods in and out of the warehouse so that it is difficult to find data and control the in and out of inventory / stock of goods in warehouses for ongoing projects or those that have been finished. Because of that the author proposes a intranet  web-based e-inventory application that is made to overcome and minimize the problem.  Broadly speaking, the application designed or developed consists of the process of recording data of goods, goods entering and leaving the warehouse, inventory of goods, and inventory reports. The results of this study produce an e-inventory application system  that  provides  convenience  for  warehouse  staff  and  administrators  to  manage  and  control  inventory  in  the warehouse
