ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Kata Kunci : Farmasi, Analisis SWOT ABSTRACT The hospital is an institution health care providers, Regional General Hospital Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy. AbstractObjective:This paper describes a conceptual framework and associated intelligence requirements for problem-based workforce development for public health nutrition.Methods:A conceptual framework for public health nutrition workforce development was constructed based on a review of the literature and consideration of the intelligence needs to inform workforce development planning.Results:A cyclical conceptual framework including five intelligence-linked components including public health nutrition problems and priorities, solutions and best buys, work needed, capacity to do the work and workforce development needs. This framework applied to the Australian situation illustrates its applications in workforce development research and planning. Although the existing availability of workforce development intelligence in each of these components varies, the framework does provide a systematic approach for workforce development research and planning directly related to public health nutrition problem resolution.Conclusions:This framework highlights deficiencies in the existing public health nutrition workforce development intelligence and the need for further research to inform workforce development strategy planning.

The main objective of this research is to analyze the strategy of developing the footwear business. Case studies were carried out at CV Hikmah Shoes Bogor. The initial analysis was carried out by identifying the business of the ongoing CV Hikmah Shoe model and analyzing the external and internal scope to identify problems that occurred in the company. The descriptive method used to identify CV Hikmah Shoes Bogor using, Internal Factor Matrix (IFE) and External Evaluation Factor (EFE) used to analyze internal and external factors at CV Hikmah Shoesr. SWOT matrix selected to determine the strategy to be implemented and Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM) is used as a process to determine strategic priorities for the company. The results of the SWOT Matrix in this study produced six alternative strategies that were chosen as development strategies at CV Hikmah Shoes, Bogor. results The best strategy taken in developing the footwear business is to maximize promotion and marketing using social media or e-commerce and to continue with the improvement business.

The increasing complexity of processes and operational functions cause arises the need for an integrated information system across all functional areas to reach the highest point of effectiveness and efficiency, and relying on the information in making decisions, ie ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). The objective of writing this journal is to analyze and determine a SAP system development strategy planning at Human Capital and Legal of Education Institution XYZ. In collecting data, the author collected the datas by making an interview with the sources, data observation, and SAP system exploration. Current architecture datas that were collected and anylized to design the planning strategy in developing system architecture. The conclusion of this journal writing is that planning with some methodologies could maximize the using of IS or IT in an organization and can achieve its goals.

Introduction. Strategic planning is a type of management activity, the content of which is to define and substantiate development goals and priorities for the long term and to develop mechanisms to achieve them, which will allow to ensure the effective functioning of the system (organization, sector / sector, region, national economy) on the basis of its adaptation to the changing conditions of the external and internal environment. Due to the fact that the processes of regional development in most territories of the country today are significantly influenced by the development of particular industries, where the agricultural sector occupies a prominent place, it is necessary to investigate the peculiarities of the formation of their development strategy. The purpose of this article is the research of peculiarities of strategy formation of agrosphere development in regions of Ukraine. Results. The general trend of agrosphere development in the Ukrainian regions is related to changes in the structure of agricultural production. Further development requires resolving existing contradictions and conflicts of goals, a revision of the regions’ specialization, which can solve the common problems of the agrosphere. The system of methods for managing the formation and implementation of the development strategy of the regional agrosphere includes: organizational and economic methods, administrative and managerial methods, socio-psychological methods and regulatory legal methods. The methodology for strategic management of the regional agrosphere development should be based on the principles of improving interaction between the region, administrative regions and the agrosphere. The role of local authorities at the level of administrative districts in choosing strategic directions for the development of the agrosphere should be enhanced, and national and regional authorities should move to framework management methods. Conclusions. It is substantiated that the formation of agrosphere development strategy should be based on the study of patterns of regional development, specialization and functions of the region in the national system of division of labor, key external factors influencing the processes of socio-economic development of the region. The basic principles for the formation and implementation of a regional strategy for the agrosphere development, allowing for many scenario planning are as follows: the team of developers in terms of quantity and quality depends on the level of strategy: for the territory / region, for the authorities, for the agro-sphere; the main way of organizing planned work: administrative, partner, outsourcing; nature and content of participation of regional authorities: propaganda, affirmative, full; a way of financing the development of the strategy: internal reserves, budgetary funds, grant, mixed financing.
