The paper analyzes changes in job opportunities of older workers in Russia in the period 2005—2017. The study uses the data from the Russian Labor Force Survey conducted by Rosstat. Changes in the occupational and industrial composition of elderly workers follow the trends pursued by other age groups: employment shifts from low- to high-skilled occupations, from physical to intellectual labor, and from material production to the service sector. We find a stronger polarization among older workers as their occupational structure is biased in favor of, on the one hand, the most and, on the other hand, the least qualified types of jobs. Employment of the elderly has fallen sharply in agriculture and manufacturing with a significant increase in trade, education, and health. Although the employment structure of older workers is generally more “traditionalist”, recent decades have witnessed its transformation in “progressive” directions, similarly to other age groups. These findings suggest that the legislated increase in the state retirement age is not likely to give rise to sizeable unemployment among the elderly. Most of them will be able to work in the occupations and industries previously dominated by young and prime-age workers.

The Trade Education and Training Center (Pusdiklat Perdagangan) participates in the development of competencies and skills of the Indonesian people. One of contribution is organizing webinars through the learning management system (LMS) Kudagang. As an education and training center that organizes infographic webinars, Pusdiklat Perdagangan hopes to provide the best service. Therefore, evaluation is a mandatory thing that must be done. The infographic became a webinar topic that was given to participants, both academics and professionals. To provide optimal service, Pusdiklat Perdagangan evaluates webinar activities through participant suggestions. The purpose of this study is to identify things that need to be addressed and improved in the implementation of future webinars so that the quality of services provided is optimal and identify topics and webinar materials that are really needed by the community. Suggestions from participants in the form of text are processed and analyzed using text mining. The data analysis consisted of two parts: (1) analysis of suggestions regarding the webinar activities; (2) suggestions for the next webinar topic. The results of the analysis of participant suggestions indicate several things that need to be improved in the implementation of the webinar, including the audio quality, the practice duration, the technique in delivering material, and the role of the host in guiding the webinar activities. The webinar topic suggestions given by the participants to Pusdiklat Perdagangan are advanced infographics, social media management, public speaking, effective communication, and how to write scientific articles

The subject and purpose of this study is to examine the new type of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), which has turned into a global epidemic, with an economic-political approach. There are twin crises in the form of a health crisis (high human deaths) and an economic crisis (recession). Trillion-dollar aid packages from governments and international financial organizations also show that this global public health crisis has created an economic crisis. In the context of these crises, G-20 countries that did not intervene in their transmission channels in a timely manner showed the worst situations. This epidemic, calculated with the SIR model, is global, but the measures are local. What makes a clean, masked, and socially distant life obligatory against the risk of contamination is that this epidemic locks or restricts the whole economy, especially trade, education, and tourism. Measures called “new normalization” have started to relax in order to prevent further increase in unemployment and poverty.

Plant leaf capability identification to absorb Pb in three sections of Denpasar city streets. Plant as a softelement on landscape’s road, can also function as a pollutant absorber. Plants ability to absorb pollutants, depending on their characters, especially leaves morphology and its environment. Gajah Mada, P. B. Sudirmanand Letda Tantular are three roads in Denpasar City which have highly activity of human and vehicle based ontheir location in center of trade, education and government area. Humans in this area potentially risk ofexposure to lead (Pb) of motor vehicle emissions. One solution to minimize Pb exposure to humans is to useplants that can absorb dust and Pb along those roads. Survey's result shows that the dominant plants in LetdaTantular roadside are Lagerstroemia speciosae and Samanea saman, while Plumeria rubra and Callistemonviminalis are dominant in Gajah Mada, at P. B. Sudirman, Cerbera manghas and Polyalthia longifolia are dominating. The leaf of those plants then analyzed to know their capability in accumulate dust and Pbabsorption. Laboratory test showed that Lagerstroemia speciosae leaves have the best ability to absorb dust(5.80472 mg/cm2) and absorb Pb (5.04133 mg/kg). Morphology’s character of Lagerstroemia speciosae leavesis stiff, with a rough surface but not hairy. Lagerstroemia speciosae has row and dense canopies with moderateplant height, this plant roots also didn't damage roads. Therefore, Lagerstroemia speciosae is one of the properplant to use as pollutant absorber especially on fairly large roads with dense human activities.
