In this paper,we analyzed the problems and challenges that US Army tactical data link system encountered when meeting the needs of network-centric warfare. On the basis of this, we put forward a new battlefield-oriented, demand-based, real-time serviced networking data link system---the joint data link system based on cloud computing, and discussed the key techniques in constructing the system. Simulation results show that the use of cloud technology in Joined Data Links can improve the system service level markedly.

<p style='text-indent:20px;'>This paper aims to study the evolution mechanism of the third-party platform ecosystem. A multi-value chain network ecosystem composed of multiple manufacturers, multiple suppliers, several logistics providers and a third-party platform for manufacturing is considered. The system dynamics method is used to build the model, and this paper collects relevant industry and platform data to simulate the evolution of user scale and participants' revenues. Furthermore, the influence of platform subsidy and matching service level on the evolution is studied. The results show that the platform's evolution can be divided into four stages: emergence, growth, maturity and upgrade. This paper also finds that, at the emergence stage and the growth stage, the augmentation of the subsidies to manufacturers makes the manufacturers' scale expand but let their revenues decline. Meanwhile, the platform's revenues reduce at the emergence stage while increase at the growth stage. When the subsidy amount is high and continues to augment, its positive effect on the user scale is weakened while its negative effect on manufacturers' revenues is enhanced. Besides, improving the matching service level is not conducive to the platform's revenues at the emergence stage, but after entering the growth stage, it can increase user scale and the platform's revenues simultaneously.</p>

Berdasarkan peraturan pemerintah bahwa pelaku usaha, tidak terkecuali usaha industri otomotif diwajibkan melaksanakan layanan purna jual. PT XYZ sebagai perusahaan industri komponen otomotif yaitu service part diharuskan tetap memproduksi komponen tersebut. Kurangnya pengelolaan produk service part hingga menimbulkan produk mengalami stockout mengakibatkan rendahnya service level pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini melibatkan produk service part sebanyak 81 part number dengan permintaan berdistribusi normal. Penerapan kebijakan periodic review (R,s,S) system dan periodic review (R,S) system pada sistem persediaan mampu menghasilkan tingkat service level yang lebih tinggi dari kondisi eksisting serta menghasilkan total biaya persediaan yang lebih rendah dengan menekan backorder dan jumlah pemesanan. Dengan parameter persediaan hasil perhitungan periodic review (R,s,S) system dan periodic review (R,S) system service level mampu naik sebesar 11,44% dan biaya total persediaan mampu ditekan sebesar 36% lebih rendah.

This research was investigated to conduct an audit operational IT service management. Service has become a special key in forming a good organizational environment, there have been many studies that prove that a good level of service is directly proportional to loyalty, productivity, etc. from end users. In this study focused on the operational processes of the information system services provided by the company to all stakeholders of the information system users, because the operational side is the spearhead of the service process that is reached by stakeholders. The researcher conducted a literature study, interviews, observations, questionnaires, examined documents and analyzed the results of questionnaires and document checks to obtain factual data from the field which would later be used as risk analysis and recommendations for solutions to be provided by researchers. The researcher himself uses the ITIL v3 framework which focuses on the Service Operation which will be matched with the information system service commitments contained in the Service Level Agreement.

In order to meet the requirements of multiple data links cooperative combat in network centric battle field, we analyzed the problems and challenges that US Army tactical data link system encountered when meeting the needs of network-centric warfare, and elaborated the turning point that the ideas of cloud computing service mode construct the networking data link system in network-centric battle field. On the basis of this, we put forward a new battlefield-oriented, demand-based, real-time serviced networking data link system---the joint data link system based on cloud computing, and proved that the use of cloud technology in Joined Data Links can improve the system service level markedly.

Indonesia as an archipelago country with 2nd longest coastal line in the world mostly has routine disaster such as flood. Jakarta as capital and economic center of Indonesia has flooding problem every year. To minimalize the impact, the government of DKI Jakarta already constructed 36 polder systems since 1973. In the future there are 11 polders planned to construct. Those 36 built up polders need maintenance to keep its function. Budgeting system of polder’s maintenance cost not yet available, so to allocating budget for polder’s maintenance based on previous amount and it found ineffective. This research analyzes indicators that can be used for indexing the service of polders as an initial research. As an object of this research, 8 polders in DKI Jakarta are chosen, they are Polder Grogol, Polder Teluk Gong, Polder Melati, Polder West Setiabudi, Polder South Sunter, Polder Tomang, Polder North Sunter, and Polder Pulomas. Probably indicator affecting polder’s capacity analyze using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and resulted there are 24 indicators that can be used for analyzing polder system service level. Those indicators are separated into 2 aspects, technical and non-technical aspects

With the development of technology, shared autonomous vehicles may become one of the main traffic modes in the future. Especially, shared autonomous vehicle reservation system, commuting, and other trips with fixed departure time mostly submit their travel requests in advance. Therefore, it is important to reasonably match shared autonomous vehicles and reservation demands. In this paper, reservation requests are divided into short-term and long-term requests by inputting requests in a more realistic way. An integer linear programming model considering operator scheduling cost and system service level is established. A detailed scheme considering rolling horizon continuity and ridesharing is used to improve the dispatching result. Based on traffic data in Delft, the Netherlands, 164 scenarios are tested in which the parking cost, fuel cost, ridesharing effect, service level, and network size are analyzed. The results show that a better relocation and ridesharing matching scheme can be obtained when the rolling horizon is small, while the overall effect is better when the rolling horizon is large. Moreover, the buffer time, distance, and travel time limit for vehicle relocation should be selected according to the request quantity and the calculation time requirement. The result can provide a suggestion for the dispatching of shared autonomous vehicle reservation system with ridesharing.
