ABSTRACT -  Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) also known as UMKM is growing rapidly and has become one of many sectors to support the Indonesian Economy. The lack of ability to have NPWP has been a problem for UMKM and also people. The same problem also found at UMKM in Kangkung Village. The purpose of this community service is to train the entrepreneurs about preparing and register oneself to get a NPWP. This community service is consist of four steps which started by survey of service location then collecting data on village potentials and the role of the community , Preparation for the implementation of assistance and training and training activities. After participating in the training, the entrepreneurs become more understanding and can register NPWP. This community service is expected to be held continuously for the UMKM in Kangkung village Keywords: Small and Medium Enterprises, UMKM, NPWP

This paper is concerned with the attempts of the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME Bank) to move towards becoming a technology bank to support the generation of new businesses and innovations. Being the bank for technology-based businesses to increase the nation's innovation capacity is the great challenge for SME Bank, as it needs to garner integrated financial and entrepreneurial support as well as a network of alliances. The paper proposes a model based on venture capital management for changing the innovative environment to create a technology economy. These innovative initiatives at SME Bank would be useful for economies in other developing countries to launch programmes supporting the diffusion and commercialization of innovations.

Increasing the number of Micro Small and Medium Enterprise local government of Bandung is a potential source of income from the local tax sector to increase development an economic city of Bandung. This research is to describe the role of tax payer compliance rate on Micro Small and Medium Enterprise to increase the Gross Regional Domestic Product as measured by the increase government expenditures of finance development of Bandung city during period 2013 – 2016. The method of study is descriptive verificatif by using the analytical tool Two Stage Least Square. The result of the analysis indicates that compliance of micro enterprise tax payers will impact to increase the gross regional domestic product through the increased government expenditures sourced from local tax revenues.

One of theCorporate Social Responsibility program in BUMN is the Partnership Program. Partnership Program is a program designed specifically for Micro, Small and medium enterprise development to be sustainable, self sufficient and have competitive power using funds benefit from BUMN profits. The purpose of this reasearch are to describe effectiveness of BUMN partnership program that have been implemented by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII. The type of this research is descriptive by using qualitatif approaching. Analyse effectiveness of Partnership Program which contain of two indicators: first accuracy of implementation BUMN Partnership Program and the second is micro, small and medium enterprise growth, with nine informan, they are four people from PKBL staff of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII, Unit Usaha Rejosari branch and five people from micro, small and medium enterprise Partnership Program. According to the result of research done by using interview, observation and documentation so the researcher can conclude that Effectivenees of Partnership Program in the micro, small and medium enterprise growth has runs effectively and accordance with the objectives of the Partnership Program, all can be proved from the conclusions from each indicator of the effectiveness. The recommendation for Partnership Program PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII is to evaluate the results of the Partnership training program that has been given for development of micro, small and medium enterprise Pertnership Program, micro, small and medium enterprise also need to be trained formastery of information technology not only management training, and micro, small and medium enterprise Partnership Program must provide monthly financial reports to PT.
