A targeted search for heliotropin (or piperonal) in the flower fragrance of heliotrope and in cured vanilla beans of Tahitian origin is reported. Heliotropin is not detected in the fragrance emitted by heliotrope, using dynamic headspace SBSE sampling, followed by thermal desorption and analysis by conventional GC-MS. Main constituents are anisaldehyde and benzaldehyde, which confirms previous findings. Less than one part per million of heliotropin is accurately detected in authentic Tahitian vanilla bean, in using both GC-MS and LC-MS/MS. This confirms previous observations, which had shown that 4-methoxyaromatic compounds are the characteristic elements in the flavor of Tahitian vanilla, with p-anisaldehyde as the the main aroma donator. We suggest that heliotropin was named after the discovery of piperonal by degradation of piperine, the odor of which was reminiscent of the heliotrope flower. Later, its identification in vanilla extracts was the result of either a wrong interpretation of analytical data, or, much more probably, adulterations of these extracts. As a result, heliotropin should not be cited any longer as a characteristic consituent of Tahitian vanilla.

<em>PT. Ahadnet International, a business Multi Level Marketing (MLM) Syariah, is a MLM business operations based on the principles of syari'ah . The business attracted many people from among Muslims because it offers businesses with marketing Islamic halal products and toyyib. No doubt, many Muslims were later merged into the Ahadnet MITRANIAGA. Nevertheless, the Muslims interests of this business does not mean not raising the issue. Labeling the word “Syariah” is attached to the naming MLM International Syari’ah Ahadnet it needs proper interpretation. Wrong interpretation of the word shariah for the Ahadnet International MLM syari’ah business will bring counterproductive, both for the company, MITRANIAGA and for Islam itself. Seeing this phenomenon, it is through this study, researchers are trying to see how far the understanding of the actors (MITRANIAGA) International Ahadnet the term shari’ah. Their understanding of Shari’ah will affect the way they work on the syariah business in genera,  particularly MLM syari’ah business</em>

AbstractIn the medical field, the analysis of the blood sample of the patient is a critical task. Abnormalities in blood cells are accountable for various health issues. Red blood cells (RBCs) are one of the major components of blood. Classifying the RBC can allow us to diagnose different diseases. The traditional time consuming technique of visualizing RBC manually under the microscope is a tedious task and may lead to wrong interpretation because of the human error. The various health conditions can change the shape, texture, and size of normal RBCs. The proposed method has involved the use of image processing to classify the RBCs with the help of Convolution Neural Networks (CNN). The algorithm can extract the feature of each segmented cell image and classify it in various types as Microcytes, Elliptocytes, Stomatocytes, Macrocytes, Teardrop RBCs, Codocytes, Spherocytes, Sickel cell RBCs and Howell jolly RBCs. Classification is done with respect to the size, shape, and appearance of RBCs. The experiment was conducted on the blood slide collected from the hospital and RBC images were extracted from those blood slide images. The obtained results compared with reports obtained by the pathology lab and realized 98.5% accuracy. The developed system provides accurate and fast results due to which it may save the life of patients.

This article mainly discusses about the regulations and criteria in translating Prophetic Hadith into Malay language. The objective of this paper is to identify the certain regulations and criteria that should be understood and followed by translator before translating Prophetic Hadith into Malay language. This article will also analyze the hadith translation in Riyad al-Salihin of Malay version, published by JAKIM, specifically on its first volume. As a result, the study found that there were some errors in the translation, which involves the addition of the translation, reduction in the translation, alteration of the actual meaning, the wrong interpretation and also inaccurate literal translation.

Although it is many years since a haemodialysis and haemoperfusion over uncoated and later coated charcoal columns have been used for the treatment of intoxicated patients, the clinical efficacy of these extracorporeal techniques in the treatment of severely poisoned patients remains a matter of debate. Some of the reasons for this controversy may be the indiscriminate use of haemoperfusion in any form of intoxication, the lack of well-controlled studies and the wrong interpretation of the high haemoperfusion clearance values sometimes obtained. Simple pharmacokinetic principles are applied to this type of treatment and some practical guidelines as to how and when haemoperfusion should be applied or presented are reviewed. The limited place of haemoperfusion in the treatment of severe poisoning, its further declining use in the future, at least in its present design, and some promising new treatments are emphasized.

SUMMARYA new model for the construction of a sonar map in a specular environment has been developed and implemented. In a real world, where most of the object surfaces are specular ones, a sonar sensor surfers from a multipath effect which results in a wrong interpretation of an object's location. To reduce this effect and hence to construct a reliable map of a robot's surroundings, a probabilistic approach based on Bayesian reasoning is adopted to both evaluation of object orientations and estimation of an occupancy probability of a cell by an object. The usefulness of this approach is illustrated with the results produced by our mobile robot equipped with ultrasonic sensors.

This research aims to showing how accommodating the differences of two traditions ideologically and socially can create tolerance and peace in a plural society. The plurality of Muncar such ethnicity, religion, culture and class-economy could protect the conflict. They more choose the public interest than personal interest. The social reality of Muncar is showing with ritual Petik Laut which combines between Islamic and Osing tradition. Cosmologically both of them are different, Islam believes in the singular God and the Osing believes in the plural God. The main problem of this research is how the ideological and social accommodation between the Islamic and Osing tradition can work. So my conceptual framework of research that syncretism is the accommodation of differences which can create society to be peaceful. And the ritual collective is the combining media of how the differences because the ritual has the collective goal which is reached by society as the actors.This research shows that the differences of religion and ideology in the multi-ethnical and cultural society have potentials for conflict. But the conflict can be protected by involving the social agents of society like santri and kejawen  in order to avoid riot. The ideological problem is significant and sensitive and it is easy to create raise strong emotions among the fishermen. The wrong interpretation of ideology can be fatal. However the coastal society generally is known as less temperamental and open-minded person and permissive for the religious and ideological plurality. Their attitudes which want to show ‘dignity’ (jati diri) are the characteristic of the coastal society. This attitude manifests in the petik laut ritual by involving the symbols of religions, cultures and ethnicities in Kedungrejo.The Kedungrejo society majority is Islam but they believe in Ratu Reja Mina as the fish Queen although it is the Osing belief. The honor for the Sayid Yusuf as the historical figure of the Petik Laut history is done together by them. These beliefs complete the Islamic belief for Prophet Hidir. The coastal cosmology of Kedungrejo is the result of accommodating between Islam and Osing. So it became the local ideology which can avoid the conflict. Because left one of two ideologies can create the ideological conflict in society. They are still doing the process for the survival society life peacefully although they have the different interpretation about ritual petik laut. The conflict of economy as the consequence of the work system between jaragan and pandiga, and the environmental conflict between fabric and society can assimilate in this ritual because the social function of petik laut can accommodate all of the elements of society even religion to include in this ritual. So the person who has the certain conflict became the ritual as the mediation for building up the social cohesion (silaturohmi) among the fishermen community, religious institution and the organization of the pesantren’s alumni. From the social accommodation, the social cohesion came back to unity so that peace can return to Kedungrejo.

CISG and arbitration are connected with each other. They may work through a combined or parallel procedure. Globalization of trade desires uniformity in trade. For uniformity of trade, we require uniform law. The arbitration may not work to make it uniform, but choosing any uniform law (i.e. CISG), it may lead to deal a particular arbitration in the international standard. The international standard may be maintained while considering the uniform law. Choosing uniform law (i.e. CISG), it may minimize the risk of wrong interpretation and put the arbitral parties on “equal footing”. Parties may consider CISG as the applicable law in their arbitral agreements. As of 13 February 2021, 94 states signed the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods 1980 (CISG). The frontline trading states like the USA, Australia, Israel, Canada, China, Germany, France, Russia, and Japan are contracting states of CISG. This research emphasizes providing guidelines as to how parties may apply CISG into their arbitral agreements by maintaining the international standard.
