This study examines transformational leadership variables and motivation for the success of SME businesses in Bekasi. Transformational leadership is the ability of a leader in working with others to transform. Motivation is an encouragement or reason that becomes the basis of one's enthusiasm for doing something to achieve certain goals. Business success is a situation where the business experiences an increase from the previous results. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation on business success. The sample in this study were 50 respondents from various types of businesses in Bekasi. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, using non-probability sampling methods. The data analysis method used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Smart PLS 3. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on business success, and motivation also has a positive effect on business success.

Previous research revealed that women are more responsible for loan repayment (D'Espallie at all, 2011;AgierandSzafarz, 2013 and BoeheandCruz, 2013). The aim of this research to verification of the results of previous research whether there is a difference between men's and women's responsibilities in terms of loan repayment onSMEs in Indonesia and to find out who is more responsible man or woman. The samples were SMEs in Depok and Bogor as many as 65 people were taken by purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis is Mann Whitney two independent samples. The results howed significant differences in loan repayment responsibilities between men and women. Women are more responsible for repayment than men.

Billions of microorganisms, or “microbiota”, inhabit the gut and affect its homeostasis, influencing, and sometimes causing if altered, a multitude of diseases. The genomes of the microbes that form the gut ecosystem should be summed to the human genome to form the hologenome due to their influence on human physiology; hence the term “microbiome” is commonly used to refer to the genetic make-up and gene–gene interactions of microbes. This review attempts to provide insight into this recently discovered vital organ of the human body, which has yet to be fully explored. We herein discuss the rhythm and shaping of the microbiome at birth and during the first years leading up to adolescence. Furthermore, important issues to consider for conducting a reliable microbiome study including study design, inclusion/exclusion criteria, sample collection, storage, and variability of different sampling methods as well as the basic terminology of molecular approaches, data analysis, and clinical interpretation of results are addressed. This basic knowledge aims to provide the pediatricians with a key tool to avoid data dispersion and pitfalls during child microbiota study.

Research on electroencephalography (EEG) signals and their data analysis have drawn much attention in recent years. Data mining techniques have been extensively applied as efficient solutions for non-invasive brain–computer interface (BCI) research. Previous research has indicated that human brains produce recognizable EEG signals associated with specific activities. This paper proposes an optimized data sampling model to identify the status of the human brain and further discover brain activity patterns. The sampling methods used in the proposed model include the segmented EEG graph using piecewise linear approximation (SEGPA) method, which incorporates optimized data sampling methods; and the EEG-based weighted network for EEG data analysis, which can be used for machinery control. The data sampling and segmentation techniques combine normal distribution approximation (NDA), Poisson distribution approximation (PDA), and related sampling methods. This research also proposes an efficient method for recognizing human thinking and brain signals with entropy-based frequent patterns (FPs). The obtained recognition system provides a foundation that could to be useful in machinery or robot control. The experimental results indicate that the NDA–PDA segments with less than 10% of the original data size can achieve 98% accuracy, as compared with original data sets. The FP method identifies more than 12 common patterns for EEG data analysis based on the optimized sampling methods.
