Abstract: Previous research said that environmental sensitivity in students and adult give effect toforming citizenship behavior. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship betweenenvironmental education and local wisdom that is taught to the children in shaping the environmentalsensitivity of sasak tribe of Desa Sasak Ende Lombok West Nusa Tenggara. The research wasconducted quantitatively by using questionnaires to 10 respondents representing 30 heads ofhouseholds. Based on the results obtained pearson r value of 0.868 with Sig. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antaraenvironmental sensitivity denganperilaku pelestarian kearifan lokal pada anak usia dini yang diajarkan di keluargamasyarakat sukusasak Desa Sasak Ende Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif denganmenggunakan kuesioner terhadap 10 responden yang mewakili 30 keluarga. Berdasarkan hasildiperoleh nilai r Pearson sebesar 0,868 dengan Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 atau kurang dari 0,05sehingga ada hubungan positif antaraenvironmental sensitivity dengan perilaku pelestarian kearifanlokal pada anak usia dini. Abstract In this research on the one hand we analyzed the relationship that exists in terms of motivational persistence and the Big Five dimensions and, on the other hand, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The results show that the conscientiousness has been identified as being in a significant positive relationship with OCB. This result is consistent with the data provided by previous researchers. The results also indicate that three conscientiousness facets are in a positive relationship with OCB. These three conscientiousness facets are self-efficacy, cautiousness and orderliness. Agreeableness was not identified as being associated with OCB. At the level of the relationship between motivational persistence factors and OCB, we have identified a significant positive relationship with only one factor: current purpose pursuing. The OCB model has two variables that work best as predictors: high scores with regard to current purpose in terms of the pursuing-motivational persistence factor, and low scores in terms of the imagination-facet of openness to experience.

INTISARI    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. ITRASAL yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian metode asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian  survey  yang akan mengungkapkan hubungan dua variabel, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan Produktivitas sebagai variabel terikat. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bagian Liquid Departemen Produksi PT ITRASAL, dan hasil diskusi dengan karyawan bagian tersebut. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi linear. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,557 dan nilai t adalah 8.951. Nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi adalah 0,278 dan nilai t adalah 5,022. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi. Nilai r untuk variabel Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,377 dan nilai t adalah 6,251. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Produktivitas karyawan  ABSTRACT  This study aims to identify the relationship of leadership style to employee productivity PT. ITRASAL is mediated by work motivation. This research uses the research design of associative method with the type of survey research that will reveal the relationship of two variables, namely Leadership Style as independent variable and productivity as dependent variable. Primary data comes from a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Liquid Department of Production Department of PT ITRASAL, and the results of discussions with employees of that section. Further data obtained were analyzed using correlation and linear regression method. From this research, the result that r value for leadership style variable to productivity is 0,557 and t value is 8,951. The r value for the leadership style variable for motivation is 0.278 and the t value is 5.022. There is a positive relationship between leadership style on productivity and leadership style have a positive effect on motivation. The r value for the Motivation variable on productivity is 0.377 and the t value is 6.251. There is a positive relationship between motivation to productivity. Disposing of litter into the river has become a habit for people living around the banks of rivers, rivers, rivers, rivers, and so on. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between prevailing norms and spending on littering housewives around the banks of the Cidepit river. This research was conducted in the area of RW 07, Semplak Village, Bogor City in May-June 2018 with a survey method using quantitative. The numbers of samples in this study were 116 people, variables consisting of, and intentions of garbage, and types of data. The second variable is primary data obtained through questionnaires by respondents. Based on the results obtained Pearson r value of 0.319 with Sig. (2-tailed) equal to 0,000 or less than 0.05 Is there a positive relationship between subjective norms (subjective norms) and intentions of intentions in housewives around the banks of Cidepit River, RW 07, Semplak Village, Bogor city.

Abstrak  :  The  Relationship  Between  the  Ability  of  Teachers  in  Managing  the Learning  Environment  to  Early  Childhood  Learning  Motivation. This  study  aims to determine the  relationship between the ability of teachers in managing the learning environment to early childhood learning motivation.  This research using correlational. The  study  subjects  were  13  teachers.  Data  collection  techniques  in  this  research thorough  a  questionnaire  containing  the  ability  of  techers  in  managing  the  laerning environment  and  a  questionnaire  about  the  child’s  learning  motivation.  The  data analisys  technique  used  quantitative  desciptive  data  analysis  with  several  stages including  the  validation  peocess,  realibilitas,  correlation  analysis  and  conclusion.  The results showed a 100%  ability of techers in managing the learning environment in both categories.  Both  the  magnitude  of  correlation  0,584  so  it  can  be  concluded  there  is  a positive  relationship  between  the  ability  of  teachers  in  managing  the  learning environment to the children’s learning motivation. Recommendations given to teachers, teachers  are  expected  to  further  enhance  their  ability  to  manage  the  learning environment  because  it  is  not  directly  the  ability  of  techers  in  managing  the  learning environment influence the creation of early childhood’s learning motivation.Abstrak:  Hubungan  Antara  Kemampuan  Guru  dalam  Melakukan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Belajar dengan Motivasi Belajar Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  hubungan  antara  kemampuan  guru dalam melakukan pengelolaan lingkungan belajar dengan motivasi belajar anak usia  dini.  penelitian  ini  menggunakan  metode  korelasional.  Subjek  penelitian berjumlah 13 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu melalui  angket  yang  berisi  kemampuan  guru  dalam  melakukan  pengelolaan lingkungan  belajar  dan  angket  mengenai  motivasi  belajar  anak.  teknik  analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dengan beberapa tahapan  diantaranya  adalah  proses  validasi,  reliabilitas,  analisis  korelasi,  dan penarikan  kesimpulan.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  100%  kemampuan  guru dalam  melakukan  pengelolaan  lingkungan  belajar  dalam  kategori  baik,  dan 100%  motivasi  belajar  anak  usia  dini  dalam  kategori  baik.  Besarnya  korelasi keduanya    yaitu  sebesar  0,854    sehingga  dapat  disimpulkan  terdapat  hubungan yang positif  antara kemampuan guru dalam melakukan pengelolaan lingkungan belajar  dengan  motivasi  belajar  anak.  Rekomendasi  yang  diberikan  untuk  guru yaitu  guru  diharapkan  lebih  meningkatkan  lagi  kemampuan  guru  dalam melakukan  pengelolaan  lingkungan  belajar  karena  secara  tidak  langsung kemampuan  guru  dalam  melakukan  pengelolaan  lingkungan  belajar  ikut mempengaruhi terciptanya motivasi belajar anak.

 This study is a correlational study seeing the relationship between work condition and teacher’s performance in teaching. The study uses 61 respondents in SDs of Kesamben. Product Moment correlation was used to analyze the data. The findings of the study indicated that a significant correlation was obtained.  Statistical testing showed that the work condition (X) has positive relationship to the teacher’s performance (Y) at p=0.005 and df = 16.  Relying on the r-value 0.803, Ho of this study was rejected since r-table was lower (0.254). This means work condicition has significant relationship to teacher’s performance, implying that the better the work atmosphere is the better the teacher performance at school.

The main purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between word of mouth (WOM) communication and brand equity of sport products among consumers in Kuantan, Pahang. Four hundred and sixty-one consumers from Kuantan, Pahang participated in the study. Participants completed WOM communication questionnaires originally designed by Uslu et al. (2013), and the brand equity questionnaire originally designed by Yoo and Donthu (2001) and Lassar et al. (1995). The results showed high level of WOM communication of mean of 3.56 and (SD= .72) and the brand equity dimensions indicated highest mean on “perceived quality” 3.73 with (SD= .63). The r-value was (p<.487) and it indicated a significant positive relationship between WOM communication and brand equity. The findings of the study provide theory and understanding for marketers in influencing consumers to have positive WOM communication and brand equity towards sports brands. Int. J. Soc. Sc. Manage. ORGANIZATION CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR TEACHERS CAN BE ENHANCED WITH SPIRITUAL ORGANIZATION AND INTELLIGENCE COMMITMENTSThe research aimed to find the relationship between organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence with Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The method used in this research was a correlational descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The population in this research took 136 the non-permanent teachers who work seperatelly at 14 private junior high schools located in the district of Jonggol Bogor Regency. The sampling technique was using proportional random sampling in Slovin formula with 5% margin error with a sample amount of 102 teachers. This study resulted in a conclusion; 1) there was a positive relationship between the organizational commitment with OCB. The strength of the relationship between organizational commitment (X1) and OCB (Y) was demonstrated by the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0848 and the organizational commitment contributed 71.9% to the OCB, 2) There was a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence with OCB. The strength of the relationship between Spiritual Intelligence (X2) and OCB (Y) was demonstrated by the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0,786 and Spiritual Intelligence contributed 61.8% to the OCB, 3) There was a positive relationship between the organizational commitment (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2) jointly with the OCB (Y) shown with the correlation coefficient ry12 = 0.848 and the organizational and intelligence commitments Spiritual collectively contributed 71.9% to the OCB. Based on the findings, the OCB of teachers can be improved through organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship of altruistic and egoistic motives with person- and organization-oriented citizenship behaviors as mediated by affective commitment. The author hypothesized that altruistic motives are positively associated with person-oriented citizenship behavior and affective commitment while egoistic motives are positively associated with organization-oriented citizenship behavior and negatively associated with affective commitment. Design/methodology/approach – The data were collected from 248 middle and senior managers from 20 different locations of a power generation organization in India. Self- and other reported method were used to collect the data by administering the questionnaires. Findings – Results of structural equation analysis have supported, with some exception, the hypotheses. Affective commitment has mediated the relationship between motives and both forms of citizenship behavior. However, altruistic motives had shown a negative relationship with affective commitment and had a positive relationship with person-oriented citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, egoistic motives had a positive relationship with affective commitment and organization-oriented citizenship behavior. Practical implications – Results suggest that organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) per se is not important rather motives play an important role during the performance appraisal process. Further there is a differential impact of altruistic and egoistic motives on employees’ attitude and behavior, and both can coexist in this process. Originality/value – This is the first study on the relationship of motives, affective commitment and OCBs in India.

This study aims to examine the relationship between employee engagement, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. With the help of literature, current study developed two hypotheses regarding employee engagement, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Educational sector was selected for the conducting of this study. Structured closed ended questionnaire was used for the collection of data. Using correlation and regression analysis, the study results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and organizational commitment and furthermore confirmed that there is a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. This study provided beneficial insights about employee engagement in the education sector of Pakistan. The study concludes by discussing limitations and future research directions.

The results of the preliminary study in RA Al-Wafi's group showed that, there were several problems related to the use of gadgets with language development including many parents who relied on gadgets to make their children become "calm" or not fussy by tipping video shows or opening youtube. The purpose of this study is to find out the use of gadgets; language development and the relationship between the use of gadgets and the development of early childhood language. The method used is quantitative correlation. Data collection techniques in this study were through interviews / conversations and observations. The results of calculations on variable X obtained an average value of 1.76. This value is in the interval 1.1 - 2.0 with sufficient categories. Whereas, the Y variable obtained an average value of 2.66. This value is in the interval 2.1 - 3.0 in the good category. The relationship between the use of gadgets and the development of early childhood language is obtained by the correlation coefficient of 0.08. This correlation coefficient number is included in the very weak category because it is in the interval 0,000 - 0,199. The results of the significance test obtained the price of tcount = 0.54 smaller than the price of t table = 2.012. This means that Ho is accepted, in other words there is no significant positive relationship between the use of gadgets and the development of early childhood language. The amount of contribution / influence of the use of gadgets to the development of the language of early childhood is only 0.64%. This shows that 99.36% of language development in early childhood is influenced by other factors.
