This study aims to provide an overview of how the use of the Museum of the Indonesian Army as a source of history learning in history lesson. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the technique of collecting or collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research concluded that: (1) The Museum of the Indonesian Army can be used as a source of history learning because the museum has relevance to Indonesian history lesson in class X basic competencies 3.6 and 3.8, while class XI basic competency 3.2. (2) The obstacles faced in using the museum as a source of historical learning, namely the lack of human resources that affect the managerial aspects of service and management of the museum is less than the maximum. The lack of museum operational funds. The difficulty of the difficult permission from the school bureaucracy. There is no museum visit program. Lack of attention and socialization from the museum manager. (3) Educational programs carried out by the Museum of the Indonesian Army can help improve the existence of museums and optimize the function of museums as a source of historical learning.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran bagaimana pemanfaatan museum keprajuritan Indonesia sebagai sumber belajar sejarah pada mata pelajaran sejarah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dan teknik pengambilan atau mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Museum Keprajuritan Indonesia dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar sejarah karena museum tersebut memiliki relevansi dengan mata pelajaran sejarah Indonesia kelas X kompetensi dasar 3.6 dan 3.8, sedangkan kelas XI kompetensi dasar 3.2. (2) kendala yang dihadapi dalam memanfaatkan museum sebagai sumber belajar sejarah, yaitu Kurangnya SDM yang mempengaruhi aspek manajerial pelayanan dan pengelolaan museum menjadi kurang maksimal. Minimnya dana operasional museum. Sulitnya perijinan yang sulit dari birokrasi sekolah. Tidak adanya program kunjungan ke museum. Kurangnya perhatian dan sosialiasasi dari pengelola museum. (3) Program edukasi yang dilaksanakan oleh Museum Keprajuritan Indonesia dapat membantu meningkatkan eksistensi museum dan mengoptimalkan fungsi museum sebagai sumber belajar sejarah.

Library in University have important role in “Tri dharma Perguruan Tinggi”. Its provide all type of sourch of information, both of printed and electronic to fulfill the civitas academica’s necessary. So that, they can achieve as “the hearts of educational programs”. Library have a big challenge to serve their user especially to fulfill the high expectation user about availability of source information. Its happen to almost all of library of Islamic University in Jawa Barat such as” UIN Sunan Gunung Jati Bandung IAIN Syeh Nurjati Cirebon”. That’s all the background of this research to find network model library in Jawa Barat. This research method is mix method or collaboration method to alternative single method. The result of the research are collection sourch information in Islamic University based on quantities and qualities was limited. They got all collection from donation and purchased. They want to make a network with the others university in Jawa Barat to fulfill their collection. They need collaboration such as sourch information exchange, improve the human resources and collaboration at acsess information at each library.

Human resources management is one that is needed in the era of globalization. Every organizational goal always expects resources that are able to work effectively and so that the company can be achieved. Human Resources is a central factor in an organization. The research objective is to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Kopitiam Cafe and Restaurant partially and simultaneously. Research method with associative method then using a quantitative descriptive approach. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis technique. The results of this study are as follows: The more disciplined an employee is in working, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive . The more an employee is motivated to be enthusiastic about work, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive. The more disciplined an employee is in working and the more motivated an employee is to be enthusiastic at work when combined simultaneously, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive.

This study aims to determine the benefits of e-commerce for creative economic actors, especially to market their products. The research method uses is qualitative with an analytical and explorative descriptive approach. From the research conducted, the results shows that the use of e-commerce has a positive impact on both producers and consumers. While the benefits for producers are that promotional costs can be reduced so that the selling price can be more competitive. However, the limited ability of human resources to utilize information technology and capital is a major obstacle for micro-entrepreneurs. The role of the regional government, especially the related institutions, is expected to be able to provide guidance and solutions for the development of the creative economy in the region.

Abstract: The limited human resources that has bbeen a problem in the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/ National Land Agency was resolved by involving the community through the mechanism of Community-Based Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL+PM). a PTSL+PM program had been carried out at the Land Office of Ngawi Regency before the technical guidelines were issued, so this raised a question on whether the implementation was in accordance with the regulation in the technical guidelines. The objectives of this study are to (1) Find out the information about the implementation and comparing the activity PTSL+PM in Ngawi Regency to PTSL+PM technical guidelines; (2) Evaluate PTSL+PM in Ngawi Regency. To achieve those objectives, a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach was used. This method described and reviewed each PTSL+PM implementation process in Ngawi Regency so that it could be used to evaluated PTSL+PM technical guidelines to be more effective to be implemented in all regions in Indonesa. The result of this study shows that there are several elements of PTSL+PM implementation in Ngawi Regency that are not in accordance with the technical guidelines, including work maps, measurenments by land data collectors, and criteria and mechanism for forming land data collectors. Ngawi Land Office implemented the PTSL+PM program with the established community participation and is administratively going to follow the technical guidelines of PTSL+PM. Keywords: Land Registration, Community Participation, Technical Guidelines, Work Map  Intisari: Keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang selama ini menjadi kendala di Kementerian ATR/BPN diselesaikan dengan pelibatan masyarakat melalui mekanisme Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap Berbasis Partisipasi Masyarakat (PTSL+PM). Pelaksanaan program PTSL+PM di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Ngawi telah dilaksanakan sebelum Juknis PTSL+PM terbit sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan apakah pelaksanaannya telah sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Juknis PTSl+PM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan dan membandingkan kegiatan PTSL+PM di Kabupaten Ngawi dengan Juknis PTSL+PM; (2) Mengevaluasi PTSL+PM di Kabupaten Ngawi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif guna menggambarkan dan mengkaji setiap proses pelaksanaan PTSL+PM di Kabupaten Ngawi sehingga dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi Juknis PTSL+PM agar lebih efektif dijalankan di seluruh daerah di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya beberapa unsur pelaksanaan PTSL+PM di Kabupaten Ngawi yang tidak sesuai dengan Juknis meliputi peta kerja, pengukuran oleh Puldatan, kriteria dan mekanisme pembentukan Puldatan. Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Ngawi melaksanakan program PTSL+PM dengan partisipasi masyarakat yang sudah terbentuk dan secara adminsitrasi akan mengikuti ketentuan Juknis PTSL+PM.

This research article aims to analyze the effectiveness of learning activities implemented by MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, namely online and offline. Of course, these two learning systems have similarities and differences, strengths and weaknesses both in the learning process and the effectiveness to be achieved. Qualitative research method with a descriptive approach based on field facts, namely a comparative study of offline and online learning. The results of the study and discussion show that there are differences between online and offline learning in terms of methods, media, and learning processes that complement each other in achieving basic competencies. There are several obstacles in the learning activities of these two systems, such as limited learning time because learning time is reduced so that the material presented is not optimal. If it is presented its effectiveness is only about 70%. That is why teachers and parents collaborate with each other to motivate students by giving interesting and fun assignments and all teachers make a video to provide energy and motivation for students even though they are only learning at home.

Curriculum development from Competency-Based Curriculum (KBK 2004) to Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP 2006) and Curriculum 2013 occurred in a relatively short period. In short, the timespan of this kind of development then gives rise to various responses from Education practitioners. This study aims to explain how teachers can take steps to develop the materials of the Islamic Cultural History subject in the Islamic Senior High School’s 2013 Curriculum. This type of study is a literature study. The development of learning materials starts with making a mapping or mutual relationship between one Basic Competency with other Basic competencies. The results of the mapping have implications for the emergence of the formulation of the Main Materials. The next step is to develop indicators of Competency Achievement based on Knowledge Basic Competencies and Skills. Based on Competency Achievement Indicators, they are formulated into learning materials, which are the scope of the primary materials. Thus, there will be harmony between learning materials with competence. Further, this harmony leads to the formulation of attitudes or values achieved after learning the Learning materials. The results of this study will facilitate teachers in the preparation of the Syllabus to the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP).

Museum merupakan salah satu sumber belajar penting dalam Pendidikan Sejarah. Kota Lubuklinggau memiliki Museum SUBKOSS untuk pembelajaran sejarah. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah  bagaimana sejarah dan pemanfaatan Museum SUBKOOS di Lubuklinggau. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan latar belakang berdirinya Museum SUBKOSS dan pemanfaatan museum SUBKOSS sebagai sumber belajar sejarah di Lubuklinggau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dimana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah guru sejarah di sekolah menegah dalam lingkup Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Lubuklinggau. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdirinya Museum SUBKOSS dilatarbelakangi tempat tersebut merupakan rumah pejabat Belanda yang selanjutnya dijadikan tempat tinggal pejabat Jepang setelah Indonesia dikuasai Jepang. Kedua Museum SUBKOSS dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran di luar kelas dengan cara mendatanginya, di mana hal tersebut dapat menumbuhkan rasa cinta tanah air dan jiwa nasionalisme.Kata kunci: Pemanfaaatan, Museum SUBKOSS, Sumber BelajarThe museum is one of the important learning resources in Historical Education. The city of Lubuklinggau has a SUBKOSS Museum for history learning. The problem in this study is how the history and utilization of the SUBKOOS Museum in Lubuklinggau. The purpose of this study is to describe the background of the establishment of the SUBKOSS Museum and the use of the SUBKOSS Museum as a source of historical learning in Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, in which data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample in this study was a history teacher in a secondary school within the scope of the Education and Culture Office of Lubuklinggau City. The results of this study indicate that the establishment of the SUBKOSS Museum is based on the place that is the home of a Dutch official who is then used as a residence for Japanese officials after Indonesia was conquered by Japan. Both SUBKOSS Museums can be alternatives to learning outside the classroom by visiting them, where they can foster a sense of patriotism and the spirit of nationalism.Keywords: Utilization, SUBKOSS Museum, Learning Resources

Previously, Indonesia only issued Identity Cards for citizens who had reached the age of 17 years. However, after the presence of a new policy from the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia contained in the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 concerning Child Identity Cards, now Indonesian citizens who are less than 17 years old can have an identity card in the form of a Child Identity Card. The main problem in this research are the limitations of blanks and need additional personnel to improve services, especially in the context of issuing child Identity Cards. Besides, the realization of the issuance of child identity cards still far from the target and socialization to the public has not been conveyed in its entirety.. This study aims to examine how the implementation of Child Identity card in Bandung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive approach. This research is presented by using a narrative that discusses the implementation of child identity card policies in Bandung Regency. The focus of this research emphasizes the implementation model of Edward III covering communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This research is entitled as "Anecdotal Text in the Oral Story of Yong Dollah Inheritance of Malays as Alternative Choice for Indonesian Language Teaching Materials". It is inspired by the collection of Yong Dollah stories as the inheritance of Malays in Bengkalis Regency which contain of humor elements. In addition, the stories have the same characteristics with anecdotal text, so that it can be applied as teaching material for Indonesia Language subject in the school. This research method was content analysis of descriptive approach. This research was conducted during six months. The technique used to collect data were documentation and interview. The data of this study were the entire generic structure and language features of anecdotal texts contained in a collection of Yong Dollah stories which consisted of 11 stories. The result showed that as following. First, there are five texts contain of complete generic structures and six texts contain of incomplete generic structure which is coda part for data 2, 3, 5, 8, and 1. Second, about language features, there are four data contains of all language features of Anecdote text, but on the other side, there are seven incomplete language features in the texts. Third, the consideration of choosing Yong Dollah as alternative material for Indonesia Language subject refers to eight indicators that are conveyed based on teachers’ perception toward Anecdote text Yong Dolla. 55 % of number of teachers claim that these texts suitable to be implemented as teaching material, but 44% of them claim neutral, and 1% claim disagree on it.
