This study aims to know there is a relationship between headmastersinterpersonal communication with teachers performance at Vocational High SchoolNorth Bogor District, Bogor City. This research use quantitative with two variables therein, namely: (X) interpersonal communication as independent variable and (Y) teachersperformance as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with theresults of the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study are teachersat vocational high school in North Bogor District, Bogor City, there are 580 teachers.Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The technique is basedon the sample size used in this study as many as 85 teachers. Data collection for thevariable (X) interpersonal communication and variable (Y) teachers performance using aquestionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by using product moment correlation formulaand getting the correlation coefficient (r) value = 0,58892 and based on the results ofhypothesis testing by using t-test obtained t for 6,639 ˃ 1,671 t-tables. By this research,we get a positive relation between interpersonal communication with teachersperformance at Vocational High School North Bogor District, Bogor City.

This study aims to know there is a relationship between job satisfaction with teacher OCB at Vocational High School Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta Administration. This research use quantitative with two variables there in, namely: (X) job satisfaction as independent variables and (Y) OCB as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with the results of the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study are teacher’s at vocational high school in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta there is 275 teachers. Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The technique is based on the sample size used in this study as many as 73 teachers. Data collection for the variable (X) job satisfaction and variable (Y) OCB using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done using product moment correlation formula in can correlation coefficient (r) = 0,45283 and based on the results of hypothesis testing using t-test obtained t for 4.280 > 1.994 t-table. From this research, we get there’s positive relation between job satisfaction with OCB at Vocational High School Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta Administration. The contributions made by teachers job satisfaction on OCB, amounted to 20.51%.

Bandung is one of the cities which has many potentials in shopping tourism. Year after years the number of the shopping center in Bandung is increasing. Although shopping tourism in Bandung become the main destination for shopper but the customer loyalty is in a low state of condition. The customer more interest to try something new. So many new products that the competitors offered has caused the customers difficult to be loyal. By Creating the store attribute strategy is expected could increase the customer loyalty and could be more understand the shopper motives. This study is a descriptive and verificative and used explanatory survey method and cross sectional approach. The number of sample in this study were 111 respondents, those are the tourists who shopped in Bandung. The sampling technique that is used was simple random sampling. The Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The independent variable in this research is the store attribute (X) which has three dimensions, those are store atmosphere (X1), convenience (X2), merchandise (X3), promotion (X4), interpersonal communication (X5), while the dependent variable is the loyalty (Y). Tourist’s responses to store attribute and loyalty considered sufficiently high, the majority of tourist has a hedonic shopping motives.  Based on the result of this study, it shows that store attribute is influencing the tourist’s loyalty controlled by shopping motives.

The research aims to determine the effect of learning intensity and social capital to result of learning of students at state vocational high school 2 of Pariaman in academic year 2019/2020. The population in this research was all students of class XI until XII. The sample use are 107 with proportional random sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 20 program. This research use asosiatif method with deskriptive analysis. The data is analyted by using multiple regression. The result show that 1) There were a learning intensity and social capital to results of  learning of students (F sig = 0,000 < dari 0,05). 2) There was a effect between learning intensity to result of  learning (sig = 0,001< 0,05). 3) There was a effect between social capital to result of  learning (sig = 0,000< 0,05).   Keywords: intensity of learning, social capital, result of learning

This study determined the effect of Visionary Leadership and orgazitional culture on the performance of Vocational High School Teacher in Prabumulih City. This research uses quentitative approach with Survey Method. This study population of 125 people, namely vocational High School teacher in Prabumulih city. The research sample of 30 people. The sampling technique in this study is random sampling. Data collectional technique using documentational and questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple regression techniques and Multiple regression techniques. The result showed that: (1) visionary leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City; (2) organization culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City, and (3) visionary leadership and Organization culture jointly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City.

This paper examines specifically about interpersonal communication teacher’s as factors that influence the effectiveness of the powerful alleged learning students. Based on the results of data analysis by using simple regression where data collected through survey method using question form answers to the 51 students in vocational high school in Bandung as the respondent. The results of the analysis of data indicates that interpersonal communications teacher had an impact on the effectiveness of learning of students. The results of this research can provide implications towards the learning process. the results showed teacher’s interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect against the effectiveness of learning of students. Thus the effectiveness of student learning can be enchanced through improved interpersonal communication teachers.ABSTRAKArtikel ini mengkaji secara khusus tentang komunikasi interpersonal guru sebagai faktor yang diduga kuat mempengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi sederhanadimana data yang dikumpulkan melalui metode survey dengan menggunakan angket jawaban terhadap 51 siswa pada salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Bandung sebagai responden. Hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal guru mempunyai pengaruh terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan implikasi terhadap proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi interpersonal guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Dengan demikian efektivitas pembelajaran siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan komunikasi interpersonal guru.

The research aims at finding the correlation between family environment, school environment, teachers role, school environment with motivation of learning of the students in Grade XI of Mechanical Expertise Program of State Vocational High School 2 of Karanganyar. This research is correlational. The population of this research is all off the students as many as 102 in Grade XI of Mechanical Expertise Program of State Vocational High School 2 of Karanganyar. The sample of research were taken by using the simple random sampling technique and consist of  80 students. The variables of research consisted of three independent variables: family environment, school environment and teacher role in learning process, and one dependent variable that is learning motivation. Methods of data collection using questionnaire method. Questionnaire method used to collect data of family environment variable, school environment, role of teacher in learning process and motivation learning. The questionnaire test was conducted on 30 students. Validity and reliability test using SPSS version 21.0. The results showed, there are significanly corelation between two element.

This article aimed to determine the implementation of classroom management on students’ learning discipline. The research method used Expalanatory Survey method with data collection technique used questionnaire. Respondents are 80 students grade eleventh from Office Administration major of a vocational high school in Lembang, selected by used sampling technique. Data were analyzed using regression. The result of the research revealed that: (1) the classroom management is in the quite effective category, (2) the students' learning discipline is in the moderate category, and (3) there is a significant influence of classroom management on students’ learning discipline. Therefore, students’ learning discipline can be improved through increased classroom management by teachers.ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan manajemen kelas dan disiplin belajar siswa serta ada tidaknya pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap disiplin belajar siswa pada sebuah SMK di Lembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ekspalanatory Survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Respondennya berjumlah 80 orang siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) manajemen kelas berada pada kategori cukup efektif, (2) disiplin belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan manajemen kelas terhadap disiplin belajar siswa, artinya disiplin belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui manajemen kelas yang dilakukan oleh guru.

The purpose of this study is: To determine the quality of service route permits by DLLAJ Bogor. The method used in this study is a survey method, whereas other types of research using descriptive method of research was conducted to determine the value of an independent variable, either one or more variables (independent) without making comparisons, or connect with other variables. The population in this study is the number of recipients of route permits issued by DLLAJ Bogor district of 72 tracks with as many as 6699 route. The sampling technique that uses Simple Random Sampling method. Analysis of the data in this study is a quantitative analysis using Likert Scale and Weight Means Score analysis formula. The results showed that the public perception of the effectiveness of service of route permits by DLLAJ Bogor Regency has been performing well, with a total score of 3.45. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the role of academic supervision and interpersonal communication. research place at public elementary schools in the administrative city of South Jakarta. This study used a survey method with path analysis techniques and a causal quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 81 teachers who were taken using simple random sampling technique or simple random sampling and the teachers who were the object of the research were determined using the sample technique formula from Slovin. The data analysis technique was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics by first doing the prerequisite analysis, namely population normality and regression analysis. The findings from the study that academic supervision activities and smooth interpersonal communication play a major role in improving teacher performance. Professional teachers will be able to manage learning activities well and will be able to provide motivation to students so that the goals of learning will be achieved and produce students who excel in their respective fields.

The decision to select the students to study in Sepuluh November vocational high school is due to the promotion done by the school in attracting prospective students. This study aims to determine the effect of the promotion toward the student's decision in choosing Sepuluh November vocational school of Sidoarjo. The variables in this study are the promotion of schools as independent variable and the decision to choose as the dependent variable. The subjects were 94 students of Sepuluh November vocational high school selected using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Promotions and informed choice are measured using school promotion scale and the choosing decisions scale compiled by the researcher. From the results of the data analysis using regression analysis techniques aided by SPSS 16.0 for Windows, it was obtained that (thitung = 3.060; ρ = 0.003; ρ <0.05), the alternative hypothesis accepted that there was an effect of school promotion on the decision of the students tochoose Sepuluh November vocational high school. Based on the value of R square = 0.092 / 9.2% of students decisions is affected by the school promotional activities, while the remaining percentage influenced by other factors. Based on the value of multiple correlation (R) it is obtained at 0.304, it can be seen from the table below where it shows that relations campaign against the decision of the school students in choosing Sepuluh November vocational high school of Sidoarjo classified in the range of 0.20 to 0.39 points, which means that the level of relationship is low but definite.
