Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan, mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan kesantunan berbahasa dalam interaksi komunikasi di Universitas Bengkulu. Penektian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan anaksis isi. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik penyadapan dengan merekam interaksi komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat (civitas) akademik. Prosedur pengolahan data dilakukan dengan langkah pentransknpsian, pengklasifikasian data ke dalam korpus penelitian, penganaksisan percakapan terpikh dari korpus, dan penyimpulan hasil analisis. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa dalam interaksi komunikasi masyarakat akademik Universitas Bengkulu antara mahasiswa dengan dosen, memenuhi prinsip kesantunan, akan tetapi masih terdapat pelanggaran terhadap prinsip kesantunan tersebut. Strategi yang digunakan menggambarkan strategi positif dan negatif, sedangkan sebagai penanda kesantunan digunakan bentuk menyampaian pertanyaan, terima kasih, memuliakan Tuhan, menyampaikan maaf, mendoakan orang lain, dan menyampaikan kesetujuan. Kata Kunci: pragmatik, interaksi komunikasi, kesantunan berbahasa Abstract The aim of the research is to describe language politeness in interaction comumunication discourse in Bengkulu University. The focus of the research is to determine how to fulfill the maxim, violation the maxim, strategies, markers, andform of direct and indirect speech in language politeness. This research used a qualitative approach by using content analysis methods and inductive procedures. The data collecting technique by recording conversation, noted conversation, classify convertations into research corpus, and selected Conversation unit from research corpus as an anali^ed data unit. The result of research showed in discourse interaction communication at University of Bengkulu, between student and dosen fulfill the principle of maxim, also violation of the principle of language politeness. This research aims to find the type, function, and meaning of any language style contained in the song lyrics of Iwan Fals album 50:50 2007. This study examines each song lyrics contained therein, and grouping them according to the type of language style, as well as studying its function, then knowing the meaning to be conveyed through the lyrics of the song. This study uses a qualitative approach using content analysis methods. The researcher first collected data in the form of song lyrics, then conducted an analysis of the linguistic style of song lyrics by Iwan Fals in the 50:50 2007 album to find the function of the type of language style found, as well as what meaning was contained in it. The research results found by researchers namely in the 50:50 2007 album found 3 types of language style groups, namely: (1) comparative language styles, (2) conflicting language styles, (3) affirmative language styles. Of all the existing language styles, the author is more dominant to use a metaphorical language style in conveying the message to be conveyed through the lyrics of the song. By finding the style of language in the lyrics of the song, the reader can understand the message conveyed. The results found by researchers, the 50:50 album by Iwan Fals is more dominant using the style of the metaphorical language. The use of metaphorical style of language is considered to represent the feelings of the writer to be conveyed to the listener or reader.

Social media is a means of delivering public information. In its use, social media can be used to spread Islamic da'wah. However, social media can also become a hotbed for spreading hoax news from certain circles by using the Al-Qur'an and Hadith as references. From a number of social media, this research focuses on the use of WhatsApp social media. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis methods from personal messages to researchers or through groups or communities that are followed through WhatsApp messages. The results showed that the disseminated content model included messages that were disseminated and linked religious threats to physical and health threats. Though these threats are certainly not found in religions that originate from the Al-Quran or the Prophet's Hadith. A number of messages that are conveyed also have da'wah values, such as the prohibition of dying from prayer, but when it is related to replies and threats that have no evidence in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, these messages are no longer in accordance with Islamic teachings.

The purpose of this study was to find and analyze phrasal verb mistake based on surface strategy taxonomy in English essays written by students. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with content analysis methods. The data source of this research is the first semester students of the Accounting Program Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH University in academic year 2019/2020. The data consisted of 24 essays written by students. The results of this study indicate that there are 76 errors from four categories of errors including: obmission, misformation, addition, and misordering. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the highest error is found in misformation namely 30 times (86%). Causing a misperception between the writer and the reader. Therefore phrasal verb is indispensable in writing essays in English.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai karakter pada buku pegangan guru, nilai-nilai karakter pada buku pegangan siswa, dan kesesuaian nilai-nilai karakter pada buku teks Kurikulum 2013 pegangan guru dan buku pegangan siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis konten dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui empat tahap, yaitu pengadaan data, reduksi data, inferensi, dan analisis data. Sumber data penelitian adalah buku teks Kurikulum 2013 pegangan guru dan pegangan siswa kelas I semester 1 yang terdiri atas empat tema, yaitu tema “Diriku”, “Kegemaranku”, “Kegiatanku”, dan “Keluargaku”. Unit analisis adalah nilai-nilai karakter yang terkandung dalam buku teks. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) buku pegangan guru mengembangkan semua nilai karakter yang dianalisis; (2) buku pegangan siswa pada tema diriku dan keluargaku tidak mengembangkan nilai kejujuran, pada tema “Kegemaranku” dan “Kegiatanku” tidak mengembangkan nilai tanggung jawab; (3) nilai karakter pada buku pegangan guru dan pegangan siswa tema “Diriku” dan “Kegemaranku” telah sesuai, sedangkan pada tema “Kegiatanku” dan “Keluargaku” masih terdapat nilai karakter yang belum sesuai. Kata kunci: nilai-nilai karakter, buku teks kurikulum 2013, sekolah dasar AN ANALYSIS OF CHARACTER VALUES CONTENT IN THE 2013 CURRICULUM COURSE-BOOK OF TEACHER HANDBOOK AND STUDENTS HANDBOOK Abstract: This research aims to describe (1) the caracter value in teacher handbook content; (2) the character value in student handbook content; (3) the suitability of the character value in course-bookcurriculum 2013 teacher handbook and student handbook. This research was a content analysis using the qualitative approach with four procedure (1) data collecting (unitizing, sampling, recording); (2) reducing; (3) inferring; 4) data analysis. The subject used in this study was course-book of curriculum 2013 teacher handbook and student handbook of the first grade of elementary school in the first semester, namely myself theme, my hobby theme, my activities theme, and my family theme. The unit analysis of this research is the character contained in the course-book. The result of this study are (1) teacher handbook within each theme has been developing all the character value; (2) handbook student on the theme of my self and my familiy did not develop the values of honesty, while the theme of my passion and my activities did not develop the values of responsibility; (3) character value of handbook teacher and handbook student on the my self and my hobby theme has been appropriate, while the my activities and my family theme still there character of value was not corresponding. The song Anoman Obong by Ranto Edi Gudel is a song that uses Javanese. The song was arranged into a choir format by V. Mangunsongs. The arrangement by V. Mangunsongs in the song Anoman Obong is unique, one of which is the combination of story and tragedy in the form of a SATB choir. This study aims to describe the form of the arrangement of the Anoman Obong song composed by Ranto Edi Gudel arranged for the choir by V. Mangunsongs. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interview and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted with competent speakers in this field as well as the aranger of Anoman Obong's song, namely V. Mangunsongs aka Eko Agus Kandung. The stages in analyzing data are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The validity of the data was obtained through the data source triangulation technique. Overall, the Anoman Obong song composed by Ranto Edi Gudel arranged for the choir by V. Mangunsongs has 111 bar rooms. The form of this arrangement is including free or group forms with Introductions (bar 1-24) - Part A (bar 25-35) - Part A '(bar 35-43) - Part B (bar 44-58) - Interlude (bar 58 -66) - Transition (bar 67-86) - Part B '(bar 87-101) - Postlude (bar 101-111). In this work, there are many changes in tempo and dynamic signs to support the atmosphere of Anoman Obong's story and tragedy. The results show that this work can transform a previously simple vocal song into a more complex choir.

Background/aims The skills and attributes that facilitate the transition from student to professional (also known as work readiness) have not been fully explored in rehabilitation medicine. The aim of this study was to develop a model of work readiness for new rehabilitation medicine professionals that allows for a successful transition to the workplace. Methods A qualitative approach was used to explore the perspectives of 26 clinicians, regulators and employers about work readiness in rehabilitation disciplines. Transcripts were coded and analysed using content analysis methods. Results At the core of work readiness for rehabilitation medicine professionals were three complex endeavours that were framed as professional challenges. Each endeavour integrated one or more foundational skills and could improve context-bound applied skills. Conclusions Work readiness in rehabilitation requires active and ongoing commitment from students, post-secondary programmes and employers.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em>Based on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to determine the background of the establishment of the AhmadSastra.com website and what kind of da’wah content is contained in it. The focus of this research in on the da’wah content presented in the AhmadSastra.com Actual Opinion Rubric as a source of information. The research method used by researchers in this study is a qualitative approach with content analysis methods and Teun Van Dijk discourse analysis theory. During the research, researchers directly observed this website quite intensively. This is done in order to know and understand more closely what kinds of content are usually contained in AhmadSastra.com actual opinion rubric. The result of this research is that the da’wah contents are dominated by the message of faith and sharia. Moral messages are found only as reinforcement in his articles. Based on the research results, the conten of the da’wah in this rubric is not only about worship. More than that, according to the background of the founding of this website, the message of the author is about invitation messages, appeals, orders, criticism, and quick responses to publicity issues with language that is straightforward, firm, hard, and sometimes leaves spicy messages</em><em>.</em></p><p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em></em><strong>Abs</strong><strong>trak</strong></p><p>Berdasarkan rumusan masalah, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui latar belakang berdirinya website AhmadSastra.com dan konten-konten dakwah seperti yang apa yang termuat di dalamnya. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah pada konten dakwah yang tersaji dalam Rubrik Opini Aktual AhmadSastra.com. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi dan teori analisis wacana Teun Van Dijk. Selama penelitian berlangung,  peneliti  mengamati langsung website ini dengan cukup intens.  Hal ini dilakukan agar mengetahui  dan memahami dengan lebih dekat tentang  konten-konten  yang seperti  apa saja   yang biasa tertuang dalam rubrik opini aktual AhmadSasra.com  ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu konten-konten dakwah didominasi oleh pesan akidah dan syariah. Pesan akhlak didapati hanya menjadi penguat atau penghias dalam artikel-artikel rubrik opini AhmadSastra.com. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, konten-konten dakwah pada rubrik ini, bukan hanya berisikan tentang pesan peribadatan saja. Lebih dari itu, sesuai dengan latar belakang berdirinya website ini, pesan dakwah yang disampaikan penulis adalah tentang pesan-pesan ajakan, himbauan, perintah, kritikan, dan respon cepat atas isu-isu keummatan dengan bahasa yang lugas, tegas, keras, dan terkadang berkesan pedas.</p>

Kajian ini bertitik tolak daripada pengamatan terhadap korpus ilmiah yang cenderung mengaitkan Dikir Al-Burdah di Sarawak dengan Islam. Dalam konteks perkaitan ini, kajian ini turut mendapati bahawa kegiatan Dikir Al-Burdah yang dijalankan di Kampung Melango Baru, Daerah Saratok, Sarawak sehingga kini dan sepanjang yang diketahui, masih belum lagi diteliti serta dicatatkan secara ilmiah. Dengan latar belakang ini, kajian ini diusahakan bagi merealisasikan tiga objektif. Pertama, mencatatkan perkembangan semasa dalam kegiatan Dikir Al-Burdah di Kampung Melango Baru, Daerah Saratok, Sarawak. Kedua, menganalisis tema dalam lirik lagu Dikir Al-Burdah. Ketiga, merumuskan soal kesejajaran antara Dikir Al-Burdah di Sarawak dengan Islam. Kajian ini mengguna pakai pendekatan kualitatif secara khusus iaitu kaedah wawancara dan kaedah analisis isi kandungan. Pengamatan mendapati bahawa kegiatan Dikir Al-Burdah di Kampung Melango Baru, Daerah Saratok, Sarawak yang pada masa kini giat dijalankan oleh Pertubuhan An-Nur. Analisis mendapati bahawa lirik lagu Dikir Al-Burdah yang dikaji menggarap tema kewajiban solat dan tema taubat. Kedua-dua tema ini didapati seiring dengan ajaran Islam sebagaimana yang terkandung dalam Al-Quran dan Al-Hadis. Dengan dapatan-dapatan ini, kajian ini merumuskan bahawa seni persembahan Dikir Al-Burdah di Sarawak yang dikaji menyerlahkan ciri-ciri keislaman.   This study is based on observations of the scientific corpus which tends to link Dikir Al-Burdah in Sarawak with Islam. In this context, this study found that Dikir Al-Burdah's activities carried out at Kampung Melango Baru, Saratok District, Sarawak until now have not yet been recorded and scientifically studied. With this information, three objectives was constructed. Firstly, record the current developments in Dikir Al-Burdah's activities in Kampung Melango Baru, Saratok District, Sarawak. Secondly, analyze the theme in the lyrics of Dikir Al-Burdah. Third, summarizes the relevance of Dikir Al-Burdah in Sarawak with Islam. This study employs a qualitative approach specifically, namely interview methods and content analysis methods. Observation found that the activities of Dikir Al-Burdah in Kampung Melango Baru, Saratok District, Sarawak are currently underway by the An-Nur Organization. The analysis found that the lyric of the Dikir Al-Burdah song studied the theme of prayer obligations and taubat theme. Both themes are found in line with the teachings of Islam as contained in the Quran and Al-Hadith. With these findings, the study concludes that the performing arts of Dikir Al-Burdah in Sarawak examined the characteristics of Islam.

The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out how reward and punishment according to Irawati certainly does not conflict with the value of Islamic education. This is a library research the data of which were taken from several works of Irawati Istadi and direct interviews with her. The researcher also took some data from several researchers who discussed Irawati Istadi's thoughts and from Islamic education figures whose thoughts had relevance to the research theme. Content analysis methods is applied to draw conclusions. From this research, it can be concluded that the concept of reward and punishment according to Irawati Istadi turns out to be compatible with the Islamic education. However, in Irawati's thought, there are also some differences shows the development of thoughts from previous figures of Islamic education and certainly did not conflict with the values of Islamic education.
