The network system of data exchange between the various components is an inherent element of every car. Because of the specific and different requirements for data transfer between specific devices, currently used communication protocols have different properties of performance, security, and degree of determinism. The paper presents the increasing complexity of the data exchange system based on the example of the latest requirements for digital tachographs. The article describes also the data transmission initialization methods in the context of network data exchange organization. The hybrid use of time triggering and event triggering mechanisms has been presented in relation to the operation of the CAN network under increased real-time conditions requirements implemented as TTCAN (time triggered CAN).

Abstract In the paper, the measurement and simulation results of the VDES (VHF Data Exchange System) terrestrial component are discussed. It is anticipated that VDES will be one of the major solutions for maritime communications in the VHF band and its performance will be sufficient to fulfill the requirements of the e-navigation applications. The process of the VDES standardization (ITU R, IALA) has not been officially completed yet, but substantial amount of technical information about the future system’s terrestrial component (VDE-TER) is already available. The paper is divided into three general parts: (a) theoretical presentation of the system’s physical layer and the radio channels applicable to VDES, (b) simulation results (BER, BLER, channel delay between two propagation paths and its influence on bit rates) and (c) measurement results (useful ranges, BER). It turned out that in real maritime conditions, the VDES system can offer ranges between 25 and 38 km for the configurations assumed during the measurement campaign. Those results are generally compliant with the theoretical data in the line-of-sight conditions. In the NLOS scenarios, where fading becomes the dominant phenomenon, the discrepancies between the measurements and the theoretical results were more significant. The obtained results confirmed that VDES provides a large coding gain, which significantly improves the performance of data transmission and increases the bit rate compared to the existing maritime radiocommunication solutions. It should be noted that the results presented in the article were used by the IALA while developing the current version of the VDES specification.

Cloud acts as a data storage and also used for data transfer from one cloud to other. Here data exchange takes place among cloud centers of organizations. At each cloud center huge amount of data was stored, which interns hard to store and retrieve information from it. While migrating the data there are some issues like low data transfer rate, end to end latency issues and data storage issues will occur. As data was distributed among so many cloud centers from single source, will reduces the speed of migration. In distributed cloud computing it is very difficult to transfer the data fast and securely. This paper explores MapReduce within the distributed cloud architecture where MapReduce assists at each cloud. It strengthens the data migration process with the help of HDFS. Compared to existing cloud migration approach the proposed approach gives accurate results interns of speed, time and efficiency.

The objective of the research is to develop a network system based on PLC RS-485T, to monitor a mechatronic equipment called Assembly of Parts, in the Industrial Automation Laboratory of the School of Systems Engineering of the Polytechnic School of Chimborazo. The research was developed based on the scientific method, and two Twido 20DTK PLCs were used, one PLC as Master and another PLC as Slave. The software for the monitoring of the network was carried out in the software called Labview version 7.1 and the TwidoSoft version 3.5 for the PLC coding. The communication between the different Twido 20DTK PLCs was obtained under the Labview 7.1 monitoring graphical interface; applying the data transfer in the RS-485T PLC network, improving the data transmission speed and avoiding that they are lost during the transmission, obtaining 70% the Ethernet network and 95% the industrial network, checking the reliability 75% in the Ethernet network and 100% in the industrial network, the speed in 75% in the Ethernet network and 100% in the industrial network and prevents the loss of information by 50% in the Ethernet network and the 100% in the industrial network; demonstrating the values obtained in an RS-485 Ethernet network. The developed system is applied sequentially, each time the sensor detects movement of an object (piece of the pallet) during the assembly, which was reflected in the user interface, changing color. In addition to the use of Modbus technology, the integration and communication of the PLC's was achieved, thus improving learning by observing in the computer the process of assembling parts.

<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">To explore the wireless sensor network data exchange model, an addressing strategy is applied to the Internet of Things, and the real-time communication between the underlying wireless sensor network and the Internet based on the IEEE 802.15.4 protocol is realized. In addition, Hierarchical address auto configuration strategy is adopted. First of all, inside the bottom network, it allows nodes to use link local address derived by 16-bit short address for data packet transmission. Secondly, Sink node in each underlying network accesses to the global routing prefix through the upper IP router, and combined with interface identifier, it forms Sink node global address, and realizes wireless sensor network and Internet data exchange. The research results show that the strategy has certain superiority in network cost, throughput, energy consumption and other performances. In summary, the proposed addressing strategy has the characteristics of effectively integrating heterogeneous networks, reducing system energy consumption, increasing network throughput and ensuring real-time system performance for the future Internet of things.</span></span></p>

LonWorks technology is a complete development platform used in monitoring network system. In order to improve the real-time of LonWorks node, its master processor AT89C2051 and slave processor MC143150 will realize data exchange each other in Slave A parallel mode. Data transfer mechanism using virtual token passing can solve the issue of master and slave processor seizing the data bus. PLT-22 transceiver featuring a dual carrier and narrow band frequency can complete data communication on LonWorks power line network, the transceiver can overcome the drawbacks of noise sources, attenuation, distortion. Experiments show that LonWorks node achieving power communication based on Slave A parallel mode has good communication and high real-time performance.

Use of CAN BUS for data transmission in Real-Time mode with Simulink on control objects is considered (6-DoF a platform). It is revealed that software of CAN_ API.dll adapters, created in the Microsoft Visual Studio (MVS) does not work with TDM-GCC-64 Matlab/Simulink because of different approach in names of the dll functions according to the standard C ++ 11/17. Recompile by the developer of the adapter of its software (dll) in the TDM-GCC-64 environment under Windows is required. It is established that CAN BUS considerably reduces modeling speed by 4.5 times. The way of information compression and fall forward of exchange twice due to byte-by-byte entering of two float values in the data field is offered. Use of identical values of identifiers is applied to two cylinders 6-DoF of a platform and the subsequent their division in the program microcontrollers of cylinders. For implementation of a Real-Time mode in addition to compression it is offered to transfer data with the smaller frequency (quantization) by what a modeling clock period. It was considered that 6-DoF platforms reproduce frequency band to 10–12 Hz. The program of transfer/data exchange with Simulink on stand control devices with quantization is developed. Influence of parameter of quantization for the period of modeling is investigated. It is established that the Real-Time mode of modeling is provided in the range of parameters of quantization (chc=1/350–1/1000). Frequency of exchange with 6 cylinders at the same time corresponds to 230, 150 Hz.
