The purpose of this research is the examination of toy preferences and play skills of 60–72-month-old children according to aggression tendencies. The study group of this research includes 307 people consisting of 60–72-month-old children continuing their kindergarten in Cukurova district of Adana and their parents. As data collection tools, ‘Personal Information Form’, ‘Informed Consent Form’ and ‘Toy Preference Form’ were prepared by the researchers to learn the toy preferences of the children after reviewing the relevant thesis. The ‘Aggression Tendency Scale’ and ‘Play Skill Scale’ were used. In accordance with the studies carried out, it is seen that the play skills of the participants differ according to the aggression tendency levels in all sub-dimensions of the aggression tendency scale and there is a negative interrelation. In addition to this, it is seen that the most preferred toys among the children with a high aggression tendency level in all sub-dimensions of the aggression tendency scale are the war toys. It is suggested to make attempts for the determination of the variables effective on the aggression tendency levels and play skills, realisation of more scientific researches regarding the issue of aggression that might have devastating results in social terms and the development of the play skills of the experts working with the children.   Keywords: Toy preference, play skill, aggression tendency.

This study uses a descriptive methodology with interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation studies. The results showed that of the 17 schools that were established and categorized since 2018 it was found that 37% of the schools did not meet the study group requirements because there were less than 20 students. Then, judging from the communication process, the socialization of the requirements for the establishment of schools has not been carried out properly, information regarding the determination of school conditions is only conveyed to the school establishment committee. The readiness of resources has not been met and the disposition process still needs attention. The bureaucratic structure factor is still not clear, the standard operational procedures of the Batu Bara District Education Office have been guided by Kepmendiknas No. 060/U/2002. Based on the conclusion of this study, it was found that the Education Office of Batu Bara Regency had implemented policies in accordance with the Ministry of National Education. The aim of this study is to determine the opinions of teacher candidates regarding the use of museums in social studies lessons as an educational environment. The study group of the research was determined through purposeful sampling method. The study group consists of 114 teacher candidates studying in the social sciences teaching department at the education faculty of a public university during the 2019-2020 academic year. In this case study, a personal information form and an open-ended question form developed by the researcher were used as data collection tools. The data obtained from the answers given by teacher candidates to the data collection tools were analysed by using content analysis method. When the research results were examined in general, it was seen that Social Studies Teacher Candidates mostly explained the benefits that using museums as an educational environment were “ensuring permanent learning”, “enabling students to learn better by seeing/living” and “providing information about the past”. According to another result obtained from the research, Social Studies Teacher Candidates based the problems that they might face while using museums as an educational environment on “the possibility that students may give harm to historical documents and objects”, “financial impossibilities” and “difficult to control the classroom”.

The purpose of this research is to examine the behaviors of Adanaspor’s and Adana Demirspor’s supporters relevant to fanaticism, and to reveal factors causing partisanship and identification levels of partisanship with psycho-social aspects in the context of football fanaticism and supporter identity. The model of this study is screening. 160 supporters in total, as being 80 Adanaspor’s supporters and 80 Adana Demirspor’s supporters, are constituting the study group. In this study, Football Supporters Fanaticism Scale developed by Taşmektepli et al. (2014) has been used as data collection tool. The analysis of data has been performed by SPSS 22 packaged software. First, percentage and frequency analysis have been performed for age, educational background and profession information of each participant, and distribution (Sample K-S) and homogeneity (ANOVA) analyses have been performed in the determination of difference. As per the results of the research, while they are definitely agreeing with the judgments of “I get very angry at the comments of the speaker during live broadcasts which are against the team”, “I go to the stadium for watching my team’s matches”, “I go to the match with clothing and materials indicating the symbols of my team”, “I join all the cheering at the stadium”, “I try to make the individuals or children—who don’t support a team—the supporters of my team”, they are definitely not agreeing with the judgments of “I may throw foreign bodies to field when I get angry during the match”, “My team should try all the means including exceptions in order to win the match”, “I may sometimes enter the field if the game has gone off the rails”. The comparison of the teams that the supporters support and of their fanaticism attitudes has been made, and significant difference has been determined in favor of Adanaspor in the judgments of “I get very angry at the comments of the speaker during live broadcasts which are against the team” and “I go to the match with clothing and materials indicating the symbols of my team”.

Background and objective: Women have increasingly taken more part in a rather male-dominated sport in recent years: football, so our study's main focus is exploring the acts and behaviors of the female athletes during a football match. The study analyzes the sex-related differences in prosocial and antisocial behaviors between male and female athletes. Materials and methods: A total of 837 players, recruited from various leagues in Turkey, participated in the study. Participants were active female (n = 432) and male (n = 405) football players. The informed consent form and Prosocial and Antisocial Behavior in Sport Scale (PABSS) were utilized as data collection tools. Results: Female football players displayed less prosocial and more antisocial behaviors compared to male football players. Among all the league statuses, both female and male players exhibited the highest prosocial and the lowest antisocial behaviors in the top league status. Additionally, there were statistically significant differences concerning the age variable (p < 0.05). Conclusions: Our study findings indicate that male football players engaged in more prosocial behaviors toward both their teammates and opponents than female football players; moreover, male players engaged in less antisocial behaviors in general. Players reported higher prosocial and lower antisocial behavior scores as league status increased. Lastly, higher prosocial behavior scores were obtained with increasing age.

This study aims to investigate the distance education process during the COVID-19 pandemic from the perspective of parents. It is also aimed to determine the problems regarding children’s education that arose in this period and the educational and social activities parents do with their children. The study is designed as qualitative research. Parents with children studying at a primary school were included in the study group. A total of 20 parents participated in the study. Semi-structured interview forms developed by the researchers were used for data collection. Within the scope of the data obtained in the research, the problems experienced by parents in this period were collected under the categories of “instructional problems, social problems, and technological problems,” and the activities they did with their children were collected under the categories of “health-related activities, educational activities, and social activities.”

This study aimed to investigate the aggression and empathetic tendency levels of the students studying at Mustafa Kemal University by considering the gender and sport education variables. “Personal Information Form” developed by the researchers, the “Aggression scale” developed by Kiper (1984) and the “Empathic Tendency Scale” developed by Dökmen (1988) were used as data collection tools. The aggression and empathic tendency levels of the participants were compared in terms of their genders and whether they were doing sports or not. The study group of the research consisted of 535 participants including 254 women and 281 men who were studying at the Mustafa Kemal University during the 2012-2014 academic year. The scale of the aggression and Empathic tendency scale for non-parametric tests, Mann Whitney U test for binary comparisons is the significance level used is 0.01 and 0.05 level has been tested. When considering the findings it was discovered that according to the gender the destructive aggression and passive aggression levels of the women regardless to their sport educations were significantly higher. Again in terms of gender variable woman who do not get education of sport empathic tendency levels are more higher than man who do not get education of sport. As a result: in terms of the participants of this study according to the sport status the gender variable was not a significant variable in changing the aggression and empathic tendency levels, as well as it could be stated that doing sports was effective to some sub-dimensions. ÖzetBu araştırmada, Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi öğrencilerinin cinsiyet ve spor eğitimi alma durumları dikkate alınarak, saldırganlık ve empatik eğilim düzeylerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, Kiper (1984) tarafından geliştirilen ‘‘Saldırganlık Ölçeği’’ ve Dökmen (1988) tarafından geliştirilen ‘‘Empatik Eğilim Ölçeği’’ kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların saldırganlık ve empatik eğilim düzeyleri, spor yapıp-yapmama ve cinsiyet değişkenleri açısından mukayese edilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2013-2014 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören 254’ü  kadın, 281’i erkek olmak üzere toplamda 535 katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Saldırganlık ölçeği ve Empatik eğilim ölçeklerine yönelik non-parametrik testlerden ikili karşılaştırmalar için Mann Whitney U Testi kullanılmış olup anlamlılık düzeyi 0.01 ve 0.05 düzeyinde sınanmıştır.  Bulgulara bakıldığında katılımcıların cinsiyet değişkenine göre spor eğitimi alan ve almayan kadınların, Yıkıcı saldırganlık ve Edilgen saldırganlık düzeylerinin anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olduğu bulgulanmıştır. Yine cinsiyet değişkeni açısından spor eğitimi almayan kadınların, spor eğitimi almayan erkeklere oranla empatik eğilim düzeylerinin anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir  Sonuç olarak; bu çalışmanın katılımcıları açısından spor yapma durumlarına göre, cinsiyet değişkeninin genel manada saldırganlık ve empatik eğilim düzeylerini değiştirmede belirleyici bir değişken olmadığı, bunun yanı sıra bazı alt boyutlarda spor yapmanın etken olduğu söylenebilir.

This study aimed to describe the value of cohesion and coherence contained in the translation of the Qur'an surah Al Zalzalah. This study was a qualitative descriptive research, research data collection techniques using three techniques namely, inventory, rading and understanding, and record keeping. The data analysis used the coding of data, classification data, and the determination of the data. The results showed that the cohesion markers used in the translation of surah Al Zalzalah discourse are: 1) reference, 2) pronouns, ie pronouns second person, and third, the relative pronoun, the pronoun pointer, pen pronouns and pronouns owner, 3 ) conjunctions, namely temporal conjunctions, coordinating conjunctions, subordinating conjunctions, and conjunctions koorelatif, and 4) a causal ellipsis. It mean that there was a coherence in the translation of surah Al Zalzalah discourse are: the addition or addition, pronouns, repetition or repetition, match words or synonyms, in whole or in part, a comparison or ratio of conclusions or results. Keywords: Cohesion, Coherence, sura Al Zalzalah AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai kohesi dan koherensi yang terdapat dalam terjemahan Al-Qur’an surah Al Zalzalah. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tiga teknik yakni, inventarisasi, baca simak, dan pencatatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengodean data, pengklasifikasian data, dan penentuan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemarkah kohesi yang digunakan dalam wacana terjemahan surah Al Zalzalah adalah: 1) referensi, 2) pronomina, yaitu kata ganti orang kedua, dan ketiga, kata ganti penghubung, kata ganti penunjuk, kata ganti penanya dan kata ganti empunya, 3) konjungsi, yaitu konjungsi temporal, konjungsi koordinatif, konjungsi subordinatif, dan konjungsi koorelatif, dan 4) elipsis kausal. Sarana koherensi yang terdapat di dalam wacana terjemahan surah Al Zalzalah adalah: penambahan atau adisi, pronomina, pengulangan atau repetisi, padan kata atau sinonim, keseluruhan atau bagian, komparasi atau perbandingan simpulan atau hasil.Kata Kunci: Kohesi, Koherensi, surah Al Zalzalah

One of the non-invasive methods for treating discoloration of hard tooth tissues is teeth whitening. The aim of this work is to assess the dynamics of changes in the acid resistance of enamel and hard tissues of teeth and the rate of its remineralization after the procedure of office teeth whitening. The study involved 123 patients aged 18 to 35 years with discoloration of various origins, with the color of hard tooth tissues on the Vita Classic A2 scale and darker. Before performing the office, teeth whitening procedure, all patients gave their written voluntary informed consent to participate in this study, as well as consent to the processing of personal data. Depending on the chosen method of office teeth whitening, patients were divided into 3 groups. The resistance of hard tooth tissues was judged based on the determination of TOER and CASRE tests. These indicators were determined at various times (5 days before the office teeth whitening procedure, 5 days after it, after 14, 30 days and 6 months). Regardless of the chosen whitening system, the office teeth whitening procedure is accompanied by a decrease in the enamel's resistance to acids and a decrease in the rate of its remineralization. The remineralizing function of oral fluid promotes the positive dynamics of the studied parameters after 14 days and after 30 days values increased due to the appointment of remineralizing therapy to all patients in 2 weeks after the teeth whitening procedure. After 6 months, all patients had high enamel resistance and the rate of its remineralization.

The purpose of this researchment is to ascertain how wide the farming of species Saccharun Edule Hasskarl (terubuk) in sub district Tosa, district of East Tidore of Tidore Island through the indicator of the value revenue, production and selling prices so that the farmers will achieve The Break Event Point (BEP). The research method was used a quantitative method with the number of samples of 30 people. The determination of the sample method is using the census method or involving all members of the population into a sample of researchment. The secondary data collection was done by using library literature in the form of document review and relevant references to research object while primary data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data is using equation R /C Ratio, BEP Revenue, BEP Price, and BEP Production. Therefore from the results of the researchment it can be explained that the two of the thirty farmers come through the break event point, while the other twenty-eight farmers declared having a business that worth to be develop or experiencing profit, because the R/C ratio is above 1.0 with average profit reach Rp. 989.000, - per production / farmer.
