Public Relations of the Bandung Regency Government realizes that its area has a lot of potential for various local wisdom and has a heterogeneous society. This study aims to explore and analyze the values of local knowledge in developing public relations strategies in the government of Bandung Regency, West Java province. This study uses a constructivist interpretive (subjective) paradigm through a case study approach. The results showed that the Bandung Regency Government runs its government based on local wisdom. Bandung Regency Public Relations utilizes local insight and the region's potential to develop a public relations strategy to build and maintain a positive image of Bandung Regency. The impact of this research is expected to become a source of new scientific references in the development of public relations strategies in every region of Indonesia, which is very rich with various philosophies.Humas Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung menyadari wilayahnya memiliki banyak potensi kearifan lokal yang beragam, serta memiliki masyarakatnya yang heterogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali dan menganalisis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam pengembangan strategi kehumasan di pemerintahan Kabupaten Bandung provinsi Jawa Barat.  Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma interpretif (subjektif) konstruktivis melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bandung menjalankan pemerintahannya berlandaskan pada kearifal lokal. Humas Pemkab Bandung memanfaatkan kearifan lokal dan potensi wilayahnya untuk mengembangkan strategi humas dalam membangun dan mempertahankan citra positif Kabupaten Bandung.Dampak penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sumber rujukan ilmiah baru dalam pengembangan strategi kehumasan di setiap daerah Indonesia yang sangat kaya dengan beragam filosofi.

This case study serve as exemplar regarding what can go wrong with the implementation of an electronic document management system. Knowledge agility and knowledge as capital, is outlined against the backdrop of the information society and knowledge economy. The importance of electronic document management and control is sketched thereafter. The literature review is concluded with the impact of human resource management on knowledge agility, which includes references to the learning organisation and complexity theory. The intervention methodology, comprising three phases, follows next. The results of the three phases are presented thereafter. Partial success has been achieved with improving the human efficacy of electronic document management, however the client opted to discontinue the system in use. Opsomming Die gevalle studie dien as voorbeeld van wat kan verkeerd loop met die implementering van ’n elektroniese dokumentbestuur sisteem. Teen die agtergrond van die inligtingsgemeenskap en kennishuishouding word kennissoepelheid en kennis as kapitaal bespreek. Die literatuurstudie word afgesluit met die inpak van menslikehulpbronbestuur op kennissoepelheid, wat ook die verwysings na die leerorganisasie en kompleksietydsteorie insluit. Die metodologie van die intervensie, wat uit drie fases bestaan, volg daarna. Die resultate van die drie fases word vervolgens aangebied. Slegs gedeelte welslae is behaal met die verbetering van die menslike doeltreffendheid ten opsigte van elektroniese dokumentbestuur. Die klient besluit egter om nie voort te gaan om die huidige sisteem te gebruik nie.

Mobile applications, as a very dynamic segment of modern ICT (Information and Communication Technology), are in widespread use in tourism. Tourist destinations are increasingly using mobile applications to manage the development of a destination product, that is, the applications themselves are seen as an important part of the destination product and the overall tourists’ experience. This paper focuses on mobile applications and their use in destination management and the achievement of overall tourist satisfaction. Special attention is paid to the use of mobile applications in the management of tourism development in Belgrade as well as the impact of mobile applications on tourists’ experience of Belgrade as a tourist destination.

This study titled “Crisis Management Public Relations of PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek on Handling KRL Cross Accident September 2015” the problem of the research is the management crisis, crisis management strategy efforts to crisis, the role when crisis that is enforceable by the division of Public Relations PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek (KCJ) in resolving the crisis accident of 2 KRL at Juanda Station. This research uses the Gonzales-Herero and Pratt crises method management who analogous a crisis like the stages of life.This research used qualitative case study research accompanied by descriptive exposure. The data was obtained through direct observation, interviews and literature studies, while the informants in this research was Assistant Communication Manager PT KCJ and Public Relations Manager of the Central Bank Republic of Indonesia West Java Province as the source triangulation.The results of this study shows that crisis management conducted by PT KCJ has been carried out starting from the victims evacuation, evacuation of the damaged wagon train, the recovery location of the accident, to the process of health settlement costs for the victims of accident.  Keywords: Crisis Management, KRL Cross Accident, PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek, Public Relations, Gonzales-Herero and Pratt Method

The crisis in construction industry are deemed a negative event in the security, economic, political, materials, or natural affairs, especially when they occur abruptly, with little or no warning; and it has always caused damage, therefore crisis management is necessary to order not turn crisis into a disaster. The present study focuses on exploring the impact of the crisis in construction projects by offering a review of the literature to identify the various associated crisis and made a case study of ‟Khuzestan province (Iran). First, through a questionnaire survey with construction experts as respondents, the initial list of 222 sub-factors were confined to a list of 174 essential crisis sub factors and were grouped under 20 main crisis factors. Second, the shortlisted 174 essential crisis sub factors conduct a questionnaire-based survey with top experts from ‟Khuzestan province (Iran) construction organization as respondents to obtain the Importance of each sub factors based on the rating of its impact the second list and using CRITIC method to weighting crisis factors. Third, ranking the influential sub crisis factors from the all sub factor list and provide a single list without considering the initial list crisis through WASPAS model. Finally, The result of the crisis effects rating, seen that the most crisis effects rating in the Khuzestan construction industry is the economic crisis, followed by the market and real estate, and then insurance, maintenance, after that respectively, logistics, and materials crises. Identify the crisis is the main part of crisis management; the obtained results help construction crisis managers and all stakeholders to achieve sustainable development in construction projects. Identifying and prioritizing construction-specific crises allow sustainable crisis managers to concentrate to be successful projects.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to understand and show how public relations contributed to enhancing the visibility of Croatian non-profit organization Foundation “Croatia for Children” and its activities within its stakeholders, as well as how public relations contributed to the mobilization of target publics in Foundation’s activities. Design/methodology/approach Using a single case study approach, data were collected over a 12-month period. Quantitative and qualitative media research was applied in order to compare visibility of Foundation in the period before and after the strategic communication campaign. Findings Strategic communication campaign enhanced the visibility of Foundation “Croatia for Children” in national and local Croatian media and positioned it as the primary instance for children without an adequate parental care and children in need. However, local media devoted more attention comparing to the national media. All children wishes (1,000) were fulfilled by mobilizing the target publics. Research limitations/implications The results derived from this case study cannot be generalized since they are based on a single case in one country. Practical implications This study can serve as a starting point for another research about the role and importance that public relations have in enhancing the visibility of non-profit organizations. Originality/value The results of this study point to the role and importance public relations have in the non-profit sector in order to proactively communicate with all stakeholders in society.
