Yi people’s traditional scripture literature was created by the Yi people in the long process of social and historical development and has important academic research value. China has clearly defined the values that the country will follow on its way to Chinese dream. Conventionally, they should be divided into values, which are features of state, society and man. The global project «One Belt — One Way» essentially represents the spread of Chinese economic influence into other territories. The latter cannot but cause a feeling of threat to the national sovereignty of not only neighboring states, but also of those states through which this economic path «Belt — Path» is going to pass. It should also be recognized that China’s economic presence on the routes of the Economic Belt is not exclusively economic in nature. The practice of Chinese leadership is aimed at addressing threats using soft power tools, through growing influence of China, by implementing Chinese peace-loving traditions, and using traditional Chinese culture.

Chinese culture has been continuously developing for 5000 years of historical development. Its traditional culture has had an impact on social development, and this traditional culture is rooted in the development of the society. The traditional Chinese culture also has certain significance for the design of modern cultural and creative works, which does not only inject vitality for cultural and creative products, but it also enhances the artistry of cultural and creative products. Therefore, based on this, this paper expounds the concept of traditional Chinese culture with cultural and creative products, analyzes the value of traditional culture in cultural and creative products, and explores how to refine and draw lessons from traditional Chinese cultural elements in the process of cultural and creative product design.

LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract also in English. Tai Chi Soft Ball is a young Chinese sport with distinctive ethnic characteristics. It has profound cultural connotation and philosophy, and blends traditional sport and modern competitive sport into a unity. Deeply rooted in traditional Chinese culture, the sport developed rapidly in the last 20 years, and loved by people all over the world. The aims of this paper are to provide 1) a comprehensive historical and cultural background of Tai Chi Soft Ball and; 2) a solid theoretical foundation for this ancient but young sport and; 3) systematic review on Tai Chi Soft Ball in scientific evidence based research. 太極柔力球是一項由中國人發明的，具有深厚文化內涵和哲理，融傳統(太極)運動方式與現代競技雙重特徵於一體，具有鮮明民族特色的新興體育運動項目。太極柔力球運動的產生正是受到中國傳統文化的深刻影響，才能在短短的20年時間裡成井噴式發展，並為世界各國人民所喜愛。此文章全面研究太極柔力球運動產生的歷史文化背景，以及有系統地回顧世界各地太極柔力球運動的循證研究，為這一既古老又年輕運動的發展尋找更加堅實的理論基礎。

Area studies, as a newly fashionable field of academic research, needs to recognize its less likely precedents if it is going to secure for itself a fresh start. The question of “desire” is relevant here because it indicates the less value-free aspects in its genealogy. As shown in Emma Bovary's embellished representation of Paris at her provincial home, an understanding of an area often reflects the particular needs and desires of the one who understands that area. Such restricted and restricting views of an area repeats itself outside the world of literary fictions, as is shown by the example of Guizot's picture of Europe in which his own country is given a privileged place as the very center of Western civilization itself. An instructive case showing the thin line between the projected desire of one who strives to know a geographical area and the scientific purity of the labor itself is further offered by Napoleon Bonaparte's heavy reliance on Orientalist scholarship in his invasion of Egypt. Moving further east from Egypt to China, we witness the denigrating remarks on China made by the great German thinkers of the past century, Hegel and Weber. Although their characterization of Chinese culture could find echoes in unbiased empirical research, they reveal all the same the trace of Europeans' desire to affirm their superiority over the supposedly inferior and false civilization of the East. Similarly, the Americans who divided the Korean peninsular at the 38th Parallel, with unquestioning confidence in their knowledge of the area and in the justice of their action, rightfully deserve their place in the tradition of Western area studies of serving the needs to dominate, control and exploit an objectified overseas territory. He assumed that words had kept their meaning, that desires still pointed in a single direction, and that ideas retained their logic; and he ignored the fact that the world of speech and desires has known invasions, struggles, plundering, disguises, ploys. From these elements, however, genealogy retrieves an indispensable restraint: it must record the singularity of events outside of any monotonous finality; it must seek them in the most unpromising places, in what we tend to feel is without history—in sentiments, love, conscience, instincts; it must be sensitive to their recurrence, not in order to trace the gradual curve of their evolution, but to isolate the different scenes where they engaged in different roles. — Michel Foucault, “Nietzsche, Genealogy, History” (Foucault 139–40).

The sustainable development culture is a culture aiming to bring culture itself into harmony with the times, promote social all-round progress and human overall and sustainable development. In today’s china, this culture is particularly needed because of the ecological crisis and population pressure we are facing, the present state of Chinese culture and the pressing need of China for construction of cultural soft power. In the construction of sustainable development culture, special attention should be given to cultural selection, education popularization and system guarantee.
