Croatia is one of the major Mediterranean destinations for nautical tourism owing to its countless attractions, indented coastline, numerous islands, climatic and other advantages. An important factor for achieving a full development potential is the availability of infra- and supra-structure, which is reflected through investments in new marinas, anchorages and other facilities. The article analyses accommodation capacities of ports for nautical tourism in Croatia. The authors give an overview of the current situation with an emphasis on the County of Primorje-Gorski Kotar. The purpose of this article is to analyse the growing need for accommodation capacities in nautical tourism ports and to point to the importance of building new marinas and berths, especially for boats long between 12 and 15 meters.

Croatia is one of the well - known Mediterranean destinations for nautical tourism which full development potential is waiting to be used. Cultural attractions, indented coastline, numerous islands, climatic and other advantages are not enough. Croatia needs new infra- and supra-structures, which are reflected through investments in new marinas, anchorages and other facilities. Portugal is an Atlantic country, but with a Mediterranean culture due to its proximity and (potentially) benefiting from its extensive shoreline, two archipelagos, and being located in a geographical position where thousands of yachts pass by each year. The article aims to analyse the accommodation capacities of nautical tourism ports in Croatia and in Portugal. The authors have given an overview of the current situation with an emphasis on the differences and possibilities. The purpose of this article is to analyse the legal objective of nautical tourism and the growing need for accommodation capacities in ports of nautical tourism in both countries. The authors have carried out the research and have analysed data from different years and regions. Although more in Croatia, nautical tourism is a significant part of the national economy in both countries with a strong incentive on the local community. The special goal of this paper is to research into and analyse the economic and ecological impact of nautical tourism through ports of nautical tourism and with a special emphasis on marinas. The issue of protecting critical infrastructure as one of the components of national security is analyzed. The following methods were used in the study: bibliographic, dialectical, empirical, and theoretical, comparative, and legal. The essence of the term "critical infrastructure” is explained both according to the opinions of scientists and from the very position of the authors of the article. The importance of proper protection and proper functioning of infrastructure in Ukraine is well founded. It emphasizes the fact that for many years the issue of the importance of protecting critical infrastructure has been almost forgotten and is not relevant to the governing bodies of the state. In addition, this situation applies to many other countries in the world. The current situation shows that there are countries that, despite being among the most prosperous and innovative, did not pay attention to their situation with their own security infrastructure. It is concluded that, based on a comparative analysis of international experience, in addition to exploring the peculiarities of national realities, the article proposed measures to improve the internal state of protection of critical infrastructure.

Polishness in Komarowszczyzna and its surroundings: history and the present dayThe direct reason for writing this article was a reflection that came to my mind during the fieldwork in July/August 2012, which took place in the north-west part of Belarus, in Miadziolski region of Mińsk district. The issue of Polishness in the researched area has been presented from two perspectives: historical and modern. The former predicts appealing to the memory of pre-war generation, while the latter would entail appealing to the current situation of Polishness in Komarowszczyzna and neighbouring villages, which is shaped by the middle generation (born after WWII) and the young people (born in 1970–1990). A comparative analysis of statements of representatives of these three generations has shown that the attitude towards Polishness has changed significantly. From the perspective of the pre-war and partly of the post-war generation, Polishness (i.e. the sense of Polishness) is on the decline. Nevertheless, it is impossible to state that young people renounce their roots or oppose Polishness. They only draw attention to the need of different actions, searching for new possibilities of ‘protecting’ Polishness.

This study conducts a comparative analysis between Chilean and Spanish reality in regard to the recycling of aggregates and their reuse in road works and urban roads. The current situation of both countries was reviewed through different sources of information such as technical and legal regulation, projects and executed works, to then validate them in Chile by way of interviews to various professionals in the field of urban and interurban road construction, as well as others belonging to government bodies. Spain has extensive experience on this issue, as it has a culture of recycling and reusing aggregates that has produced excellent results, a situation which was taken into account to compare it to Chile’s reality. The conclusion is that currently, in Chile, although the existence of recycled aggregate use is known, this is not the case on a technical level for professionals in the sector. It lacks a specific government body that is in charge of this issue and does not have appropriate infrastructure for its treatment. The materials with a promising future within the construction sector are the production of crushed granular bases and the creation of low-resistance concretes, which cannot be used, as laws that regulate them are still being drafted.

The study discusses the results of the analysis of changes in the management of natural fertilizers in Poland and voivodships. Analysis included changes in: the number and percentage of individual farms using natural fertilizer, fertilized area, and level of consumption of particular fertilizer types. The comparative analysis at a voivodship level concerned the years 2007 and 2016. The current situation with regard to fertilized area and natural fertilizer rates was also assessed on the basis of Statistics Poland data from the years 2018-2019. The results of analyses indicated that the number of farms using natural fertilizers in Poland has clearly decreased. Despite observing an increase in the interest in slurry application, the most popular natural fertilizer applied is still manure, which, in the years 2018-2019, was applied on 18% of utilized agricultural area. In Poland, the average annual rates of applied manure, liquid manure and slurry are, respectively 17 t/ha, 22 m3/ha and 26 m3/ha. An analysis of the organization and intensity of natural fertiliser management in the Podlaskie Voivodeship shows that this is the leading region in this aspect, which confirms its dominant position in livestock production in Poland.
