The conditions for the functioning of the modern economy, which are characterized by fierce competition, require the management of companies to constantly modernize the business processes of the enterprise, the use of innovative tools and technologies in general and marketing in particular. This study is devoted to the generalization and substantiation of the essence of modern innovative marketing tools for business development. Thus, the paper reveals the essence of the most common marketing tools on the Internet, namely SEO (search engine optimization), contextual advertising, email marketing, SMM (promotion on social networks), event marketing (event marketing) and chatbots. It should be noted that in recent years, modern business is very active in its marketing activities of mobile devices. Therefore, the article also provides an analysis of recent studies to assess the impact of mobile devices on the world economy. It is concluded that mobile traffic is rapidly displacing desktop traffic, and companies need to take this into account when formulating a strategy. It was noted that the most modern example of this in Ukraine is an experimental draft concept in the field of electronic administrative services, which was announced by the 6th President of Ukraine - Volodymyr Zelensky - "State in a smartphone". The generalization of the use of chatbots by modern enterprises as one of the effective innovative tools has made it possible to identify the main advantages and disadvantages of their use. Recommendations for the formation of an effective marketing strategy of a modern enterprise were also offered. Among which were identified: 1.The use of marketing tools in the enterprise should be expanded and modernized. It is necessary to use modern innovative technologies, especially Internet technologies. 2. Business needs to focus on people. Almost all successful companies and brands in the long run are those that successfully satisfy the desires and needs of people. 3. It is advisable for marketers to focus on those tools that are most important for this business. The focus should be on more rational tools than using the budget to try to apply most of them.

The purpose of the article is to study the key features of modern business processes and outsourcing. The subject-matter of the study is the methodological and conceptual foundations of the development process of modern business and outsourcing activities. Methodology. The research is based on a set of well-known general scientific and special methods of research in economics. In particular, the method of scientific abstraction, the method of systematic analysis, economic and mathematical modeling were used in the article. Conclusion. Many types of modern work can be outsourced. Thus, this will eventually lead to a confrontation between protected freelancers and freelancers whose employment is not regulated at the legislative level. The world is changing much faster, the labor market is undeniably affected when most jobs are simplified by technology; one of the consequences is a departure from the usual regulated labor relations and structures. The work environment and the environment are changing radically today. New forms of cooperation can take legal relations beyond legal regulation in those countries that fail to adapt their legislation in time to new rapidly evolving business strategies, which often lack the concept of territorial boundaries and mostly demand talent for effective solutions. With the help of constructed multifactor regression models, which are adequate to the available statistical and calculated data and have high degrees of significance of the estimated parameters, it is possible to predict changes in the simulated economic phenomenon as a result of changes in one or more factors. It should be noted that such models today are not sustainable in the long run, as in the Ukrainian and global economies, the external environment and its conditions change quite often. Therefore, in the future it is advisable to calculate new parameters of regression models based on the presented methods and make predictions according to the obtained data. In authors’ opinion, the main reason for the increase in the share of outsourcing in Europe in the coming years is the strengthening of competition in the world market and the growth of the euro. It is believed that traditionally vertically integrated business processes will be broken into fragments and partially outsourced. This will allow European companies to increase their revenues and production volumes.

Abstract A structure is defined as a combination of organizational units and business processes by technological, organizational, hierarchical and other bonds. It is one of the management tools. Mining companies are characterized by a dynamic and static structure. A dynamic structure includes technological processes, which are determined by mining technology, the organization of mining works and a work system. The static structure consists of technological processes infrastructure and includes a group of organizational units connected by the specific standards and processes of their operation. The type of the structure, particularly in its static part, is defined considering the hierarchy and organizational units classification. Taking the hierarchy into account, we distinguish: linear, functional, linear-staff and matrix structures. Considering organizational units classification, we distinguish: functional, divisional, processing and mixed structures. Each structure can be described by the following features: specialization, hierarchization, centralization and formalization. The features mentioned above have a significant impact on the mining company activity. The dynamic structure of a mining company, considering basic and support technological processes, is described in the paper. Concerning static structures, special attention was paid to functional structures in the one-unit mining company, as well as on divisional structures of the multi-unit mining enterprise. Analyses of organizational structures of selected mining companies indicate that functional structures are suitable for small or one-unit mines. In the case of large mining companies, which through the dynamic development become the global operators of several mines/projects localized in different geographical regions or countries, their organizational structure should change from functional toward divisional.

This paper investigates the broad subject of project management organizations as they enter a new era of organizational arrangements. Practitioners and academics often refer to these arrangements as globally dispersed or as virtual project enterprises. This paper focuses on four related areas of virtual project organizations and their project teams. The paper presents a brief history about approaches to project management theory and practice and defines virtual project organizations. The paper addresses challenges concerning communication and technology for virtual project organizations. The paper then summarizes four key organizational structures that form the basis of project-based organizations. This context is necessary in showing why some of the problems in understanding organizational structures are related to how well this information is communicated through models. An evolution of management approaches necessitates a modification in the types of project management models and communication tools. The paper introduces a new model that is capable of educating practitioners about the importance of focusing on people-centered project management tools for virtual project organizations. The final section of the paper examines one strategic and operational planning and communication tool: the roundtable road-mapping method. The tool is simple yet it is important in understanding the level of personal involvement that may be required for successful communication and planning in nontraditional virtual project structures. The following paper is the winner of the 1997 International Student Paper Award. Sponsored by the PMI Educational Foundation, the International Student Paper Award recognizes excellence in student development of original concepts in project management. Mrs. Guss was presented the award at PMI '97 in Chicago, Illinois.
