The experience of virtual training programme use in Latin classes for medical students is summarized. Development of professional culture is sure to enrich the man’s inner world, as well as to contribute to his (her) professional development and personal self-improvement. Any person reveals himself (herself) most vividly while interacting with the others in performing professional duties, the outcomes often depending on the proper conduct, speaking, hearing, and language.     Training of future medical professionals is an element of professional education and is aimed at providing specialists with a certain level of professional skills alongside with the formation of proper professional qualities and development of general personal culture. Medical educational institutions are supposed to provide future specialists with adequate amount of knowledge, necessary for the work in their field and to make them aware of their professional perspectives and able to influence the process actively and effectively. It is in this aspect that the professional culture is involved, that is demeanour, speaking, hearing, and language matching the generally accepted standards and principles, primarily moral, and the requirements set to the particular profession. Professional culture of the future medical workers is not the sum of professional knowledge, abilities, and skills only, but a part of general spiritual culture that manifests itself in professional competence, readiness for analysis and evaluation of professional and ethical issues, decision-making, communicative skills, as well as conscious striving for self-education, self-development, and constant professional self-perfection. Formation of medical students’ professional culture is a “teacher-student” indissoluble connection based on humanism, creative activity, and common search for new goals and tasks, which increase future specialists’ motivation to attain new peaks in the professional activity.

The main provisions of the concept of professional self-determination of students by means of the discipline “Mathematics” are given. There are three main stages of the self-determination process. It is argued that at each stage of mathematics is inherent in the ability to indirectly promote professional self-determination in various fields of activity, and the means of realizing such opportunities is task-oriented material of a practice-oriented and professionally-oriented nature. It is proposed to consider these problems in the context of the process of mathematical modeling. The tasks of the “pre-professional” orientation were analyzed and recommended for use, corresponding to each of the stages of self-determination and stimulating interest in such areas of professional activity as construction, economics, medicine, jurisprudence, etc.

Ovcharova; Karpov's method to determine the levels of development of reflexivity; the technique «Differential Type of Reflexion» by D.A. Leontiev and the essay «The Role of the Past, Present, and Future in My Life». Against the background of social changes in the last decade, the increasing priority of the role of a child in relation to the role of an adult, modern adolescents are faced with a choice of growing-up strategies, which is accompanied by an internal conflict of this process, a contradiction between the laws of development, including social and modern cultural imperatives. This urgent problem is in the focus of the presented research. The process of modern Russian adolescents growing-up in the context of their professional self-determination is analyzed. Professional self-determination is considered as a factor of positive growing-up acceptance due to certain value orientations. It is assumed that the choice of a future profession made by adolescents (i.e., their professional self-determination) increases their self-assessment of adulthood, and value orientations can act as its predictors as determining the meaning of growing up for them. The study involved 302 male teenagers aged 14-17 years, including: 148 cadets of the Suvorov School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and 154 students of secondary schools. The study used the questionnaire method, modified Dembo - Rubinstein Self-Assessment Methods and Schwartz Value Survey. Statistical processing was based on a comparative ( F -tests and the Mann -Whitney U test), variance ( F ), and regression ( B ) analyses. The results of the study show that the professional self-determination of adolescents increases their self-assessment of adulthood. The professional self-determination of adolescents is associated with the factor of primary professional socialization, namely, the conditions of the educational environment in which they grow up. The value orientations of adolescents are predictors of their self-assessment of adulthood, and are mediated by group, gender, and social stereotypes in the image of an adult and the role of an adult.

The article presents proposals for the organization of targeted selection of personnel for their subsequent training for enterprises of the mineral resource cluster of the region. Special emphasis is placed on training future specialists who are potentially positioned to solve engineering problems and master mining technologies in the context of digital transformation of the economy. The relevance is confirmed by the processes of digitalization of the economy, active use of social networks and network services by young people, which requires changes in conceptual certainty and correction of the validity of professional self- determination and professional orientation. The main task is to develop technological mechanisms for the implementation of professional self- determination and professional orientation of young people in the conditions of digital modernization of the economy. A new model of complex professional orientation and professional self-determination of young people in the educational territorial ecosystem created on the basis of professional connections, acting on the basis of the results of data analysis obtained during the processing of digital user profiles, is proposed. Expected results are the following: the concept of expanding a multi-level intelligent IT platform for a geographically distributed model of professional orientation and professional self-determination of young people; principles of modeling psychological, physiological and cognitive features of a social network user (potential University applicants) based on their digital footprint for solving problems of individualization of the learning process; algorithm for working with the data obtained to form an individual trajectory of personal development. Such approaches will allow changing the idea of professional self-determination as a temporary process at a certain stage of personal development, prolonging activities for the formation and change of career for the entire professional activity of the individual, and ensure the reproduction of highly qualified personnel for the mining industry in the region.

The current situation in the education system requires a revision of the content of work with such a non-standard category as gifted children. Many scientists are aware of the importance of gifted and talented children as the future scientific elite and the engine of the country's progress. Most studies identify a number of difficulties in the social development of the gifted, including the difficulties of communicating with peers and adults, the complexity of personal self-determination, and often the difficulty of professional self-determination. In this regard, the study of issues of professional selfdetermination is seen as an urgent problem that requires psychological and pedagogical consideration. As practice shows, most organizations of additional education have successful and interesting experience in working with gifted children, who later turn out to be prize-winners and winners of the olympic and competitive movement. In 2019– 2020 we conducted a study in which 156 students of senior school age took part. With the help of a questionnaire, we studied and identified the features of professional selfdetermination of gifted high school students in the conditions of additional education organizations in the city of Kostroma (Multi-subject school for the gifted) and St. Petersburg (Academy of talents). In addition, we have revealed some influence of the chosen programs of additional education on the professional choice of young people. The results of the study have shown that additional education plays an important role in the professional self-determination of gifted students, and there is a certain relationship between the profile of future professional activity and the choice of a particular association in organizing additional education.
