The article considers the problem of formation of professional competence of future primary teachers. The regulatory framework governing the professional activities of teachers in Ukraine (“Concept of development of Pedagogical Education”, “Professional Standard “Primary School Teacher of Secondary Education”) is analyzed. The urgency of the problem of future schoolteachers' professional training for the modern school, which is being studied within the framework of the project “New Ukrainian School – New Teacher” is proved. The definitions of “competence”, “professional competence”, “professionalism” of both national and international scientists are analyzed.It is proved that professional competence is an integrative characteristic of business and personal qualities of a specialist, reflects the level of knowledge, skills and experience required to achieve the goal of a certain type of professional activity, as well as the moral position of a specialist.The article presents modern methods of training future primary school teachers: “design-thinking” as a creative way of thinking, aimed at creating non-standard solutions and innovations for the formation of professional competence of future teachers of primary education (stages of “design- thinking”: empathy, focusing, ideas generation, prototyping,  testing); interactive teaching methods (“lotus blossoming”, mixed media, jury, presentations, etc.), focus group research.The article proves the idea that the formation of key competences of students in the New Ukrainian School, competitiveness and ability to enter the world global space depend on the professional competence of the teacher.

The prerequisite for ensuring the professional training of masters in the specialty "The Primary Education" in Ukraine is the formation of their professional competence to teach in the higher education institutions. After all, in addition to qualifying as a primary school teacher, they are also qualified as the teacher of pedagogy. Accordingly, the preparation of the modern primary school teacher requires the organization of the educational process in higher education on a scientific humanistic basis which provides purposeful systematic provision of psychological and pedagogical training of scientific and pedagogical staff for the higher education institutions of different levels of accreditation for their interaction with students. This article summarizes the author's experience of studying the teaching methods of the disciplines "Fundamentals of Pedagogy", "Didactics", "Theory and Methods of Education", "Socio-pedagogical Fundamentals of Educational Management" and "History of Pedagogy". In particular, theoretical and aspects of students' methodical activity are revealed: active listening, participation in dialogue and discussion during lectures, observation of pedagogical classes from different sections (basics of pedagogy, didactics, theory of education, history of pedagogy), development of the text of lectures on separate topics, micro-teaching and analysis of pedagogical situations, their modeling, execution of creative tasks, production of visual material. Preparation of the masters for teaching of pedagogical disciplines in the institutions of higher pedagogical education facilitates their mastery of the basic concepts and categories of pedagogy, historical aspects of the formation of pedagogy as a science, current trends in education; the content of pedagogical disciplines in the institutions of higher pedagogical education; features of the education process, its regularities and principles, the methods and organizational forms, etc. Also, in the process of studying the methodology of teaching pedagogical disciplines, the masters have the ability to prepare curricula for disciplines; to plan and conduct various types of training (lectures, seminars and practical classes); to control and diagnose students' educational achievements; to organize various types of cognitive work with students, etc.

In this article it was investigated the diskurson the one hand for understanding the modern state of problem`s articulation of continuous primary school teacher training made on the basis of a review of normative documents and literature and inclusive education on the other hand. It was analyzed the evolution of views on (1) education of children with special educational needs and (2) approaches to understanding the teacher training to work in inclusive classes with projection on continuous professional development and conception of continuous education. The analysis of normative international and domestic documents, literature of continuous training of teachers and professional activity in terms of inclusive education, practical implementation in Ukraine, new demands to professional competence of modern teacher allowed us to show a sequence of contradictions. In conclusion, the sphere of inclusive education is developing rapidly in Ukraine in the last 10 years which resulted in development of the law and development in science researches in the field of inclusion. Only teacher who is integrated to the system of continuous training and is interested in self-development can integrate principles of inclusive education.

The teacher is a significant figure in the formation and development of the student's personality. In this regard, the task of preparing a primary school teacher of a new type is relevant. This article discusses such a topic of educational development in the Russian Federation as conditions for increasing the professional competence of an elementary school teacher. The urgency of the problem is caused by the strengthening of the requirements in all spheres of labor activity for professional training in the conditions of a market economy. The author dwells on the analysis of those qualities that are necessary for a modern primary school teacher to meet the needs of society in bringing up an adaptive, highly intelligent and free individual with basic competences and capable of subsequent adequate self-determination in the professional sphere. The teacher’s figure in the work is viewed as a tutor and facilitator.

The authors investigate the leading problem of the formation of future primary school teachers’ special competences in the process of professional training. This study was conducted to identify the initial level of special competences the future primary school teachers of Karaganda Buketov University have. The results of the study have shown that the students demonstrate a generally low level of formation of special competences, which can significantly complicate the process of improving the quality of training a future primary school teacher of a new type for the pedagogical activity in the 21st century. The study has revealed that the first-year students with low academic performance and lack of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for future pedagogical activity have a low level of formation of the components of future primary school teachers’ special competences, which confirms our hypothesis. The article argues that the low level of special competencies of students cannot contribute to the successful formation of the professional competence of graduates of higher educational institutions

The article provides a theoretical analysis of the scientific achievements of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the essence of professional subjectivity and its role in the formation of motivation for professional activity in future primary school teachers. The purpose of the study is to reveal the essence of professional subjectivity as a factor in the formation of motivation for professional activity in future primary school teachers. The characteristics of the influence of professional subjectivity on motivation for professional activity are highlighted. The methodological basis of the study is a subjective approach to the formation of motivation for professional activity in future primary school teachers as subjects of cognitive and educational-professional activities in higher education institutions.The meaning of the concepts “subjectivity”, “professional subjectivity”, “professional subjectivity of an elementary school teacher”, “motivation for professional activity” are revealed. The professional subjectivity of a primary school teacher is interpreted as an integrative quality of personality, that is manifested in a conscious and active attitude to oneself, junior schoolchildren and professional activity. It allows teachers to transform one’s abilities into professionally meaningful personal qualities and carry out successful self-realization and self-fulfillment in various spheres of professional activity. The psychological and pedagogical principles of the formation of professional subjectivity of future primary school teachers are analyzed. The relationship between the motivation for professional activity of students and the level of their professional subjectivity is revealed. It was found that the level of development of professional subjectivity depends on the formation of motivation for professional activity, the success of mastering the profession of a primary school teacher and the productivity of the pedagogical activity. The article highlights the problem of effective education of adults receiving the second graduate degree in Pedagogy. The importance of this problem is related to the specifics of the formation of the contingent of part-time students majoring in 013 Primary education, which is heterogeneous in age, basic education, and professional activity. The study used the method of questionnaires, interviews, observation of the educational process, methods of quantitative mathematical analysis of data processing. The normative-legal base in the context of the research is analyzed; the comparative analysis of the system of teacher training in a number of European countries is carried out. It was found that in the process of professional training of primary school teachers in the second graduate degree should take into account the following factors: age of students, their needs, social status, the availability of main education, and work due to the specialty. This determines the selection of methods and techniques of teaching, technologies that provide quality practical training, taking into account their professional and life experience, intrinsic motivation and a strong desire for self-realization. The study identified the most important principles of andragogy, which should be based on professional training of students receiving second graduate degree in pedagogic, specifically: priorities of self-study, organization of group work, use of professional experience as a source of new knowledge, relevance of knowledge and experience, self-motivation. This made it possible to identify the priority forms of organization of the educational process, to provide a practical component of the formation of subject and methodological competencies of the modern primary school teacher.

The main components that make up the professional activity of a teacher are professional knowledge and skills, didactic, communicative, organizational, research and creative abilities. Among the mentioned components of the pedagogical activity, one of the most significant is creative, because today society needs a specialist who has not only a functional readiness for professional activity but also develops as a creative person with clear goals. The new Ukrainian school needs a primary school teacher, who is creative in his work with junior schoolchildren. The effectiveness of the activities largely depends on how creative their pedagogical position will be, the formation of which takes place in the higher education environment of the university. The article analyses pedagogical creativity as a significant component in the process of professional training of future primary school teachers. The concept of “creativity”, “pedagogical creativity” in the context of professional training of future primary school teachers of higher education institutions is considered. The paper reveals that the formation of pedagogical creativity is facilitated by the introduction of technological elements of personality-oriented learning in lectures, seminars and practical classes. The author emphasized that the foundation for the formation of pedagogical creativity of future primary school teachers is pedagogical interaction, in which the teacher and the applicant are subjects of the educational environment of the pedagogical institution of higher education, the formation of cognitive interests and needs of students, control and self-control. It was found that pedagogical creativity is a significant component in the professional activity of primary school teachers, and hence in the training of future primary school teachers in higher education, as it is a necessary condition for the educational process, which gives teachers the opportunity to act original and creative in different situations that optimizes the learning process of junior students. Reforming the current sphere of primary education predetermines the need to modernize the process of training future teachers in pedagogical universities. In particular, there is an urgent need to adapt the traditionally established system of training future specialists in general secondary education institutions in the regulatory and organizational changes in the field of higher education, to the prospects for the development of the profession and the expectations of society. The article analyzes the studies that reveal the content and features of the formation of professional competence of a future primary school teacher in the context of today's educational realities. The results of research are presented, substantiating various approaches to defining the essence of this integrated concept. The conditions for the effective formation of professional competence are disclosed, in particular, the effectiveness of the educational environment for the professional training of a future primary school teacher.

Modern reality and the demands of society put forward new requirements not only for the content of the future primary school teachers professional training (timely updates, variety of information, etc.), but also for the forms of the educational process organization. The variety and number of forms and methods that were used in the educational process during the training process of a future primary school teacher will definitely have a positive effect on the tools that the teacher himself/ herself will use in the practice activity. This article makes an attempt to present the forms of the primary school teachers-to-be educational processorganisation during the professional training course in educational institutions in PR China. Forms that are actively used and have a long historical and pedagogical tradition (mainly collective ones) as well as the ones that have not yet become widespread and are only being tested by the Chinese pedagogical practice are analyzed. The article presents the problem of forming the lexicographical competence in the system of professional training of the future teacher at the lessons of the philological cycle. By way of studying and analyzing scientific and technical literature the author defines the main directions of native electronic linguodidactics in general and the development and implementation of electronic lexicographical works for educational purposes in particular. To form the lexicographical competence the authors offer to use the informational technology, in particular the system of exercises and tasks of work with electronic dictionaries. The formed lexicographical competence indicates the high level of the future specialists’ language competence, defines the proper level of the development of the students’ lexicographical culture. The relevance of the work is conditioned by the need of forming the lexicographic competence that defines the level of language culture of the future primary school teacher.
