Background and Study Aim. The inclusion of beach volleyball in the program of the Olympic Games gave some impetus to the development of scientific research on various problems of training athletes. Most of the research results are presented in journals included in the Web of Science Core Collection. However, the publication of research results in journals from national databases remains outside the scope of this database. The aim of this study is to systematically review the scientific literature on various beach volleyball issues in Russian-language scientific resources. Material and Methods. The sources of information were the authoritative database Web of Science Core Collection, Russian Science Citation Index, Scientific Electronic Library eLIBRARY.RU (Russia), National Repositary of Academic Texts (Ukraine). Data extraction from these databases was carried out using the keywords “volleyball” / “beach”. A total of 1,875 documents were found for the keyword “volleyball”. Of these, the keyword “beach” - 273 documents. Further analysis was carried out on 273 documents. The search query results were recorded in the form of tables and a special text file, which were processed in the VOSviewer 1.6.17 program. Results. The most significant and more popular subject categories, journals, authors, articles, keywords have been identified. The relationship between keywords and individual groups of publications has been established. A method for extracting data from the Scientific Electronic Library eLIBRARY.RU in a semiautomatic mode is presented. The trends in the development of beach volleyball in various aspects of the training of elite athletes and the sports reserve, the health-improving function of beach volleyball for youth are shown. Conclusions. Differences in the content of research between Russian-language and English-language resources are a good complement to each other. This fact may contribute to solving the problems of beach volleyball and international cooperation of researchers.

Post-assessment of pipeline research project assesses the project implementation process and the subsequent effect of the project application. The former assesses the realization of the research goals, the quality of the project implementation, the conformity to the research plan, and the ability of the project manager, while the latter attaches more importance on the long-term application and achievement of the technology developed by the research project after it has been accepted by the administrative department for one year or more. Post-assessment of pipeline research project provides a reference for scientific and technological administrative department in decision-making to improve project quality and investment efficiency of research activities, upgrade the management level. PetroChina Pipeline Company (PPC) used two years to set up the index system, choose the weight factors and build the assessment modeling of the post-assessment method. After that, a large number of research projects had been assessed by project managers and management staff to test the post-assessment method in order to modify the assessment software. This paper will: • Demonstrate the characteristics of the post-assessment of pipeline research project • Describe the scope and content of the post-assessment • Illustrate the process of the post-assessment • Identify required index system and calculation modeling • Discuss advantages of post-assessment in enhancing pipeline research project management

The construction of mobile cloud service platform is innovative complex project. This paper analyzed service innovation behavior based on the four-dimensional model of service innovation, and to study the implementation process of mobile cloud service platform for rural leisure tourism based on WBS method multi-dimensional description, to propose a rolling, flow-based work breakdown structure design idea. The research results show that by properly setting the WBS and monitoring points, it is possible to detect and prevent the deviation of the progress cost correlation in time and to ensure the quality of the platform. Research results can provide the basis for decision making by relevant industry managers.

In order to survey the attitudes towards the different social participants of intelligent collaboration program on linguistic landscape in Chinese university language resources and university technology resources, find effective methods and applied path to develop new management mode in Chinese university language education and professional training quality of foreign language majors, this article is to carry out attitude survey towards new management mode, namely Government-Industry-University-Research management mode, which can solve the dissatisfied responses for service competence of foreign major students in their real profession field and the implementation difficulty of Standards which issued for the translation revision program on linguistic landscape for local city images construction. Based on the perspective of intelligent diagnosis and intelligent collaboration, this article explores the applied path model on quality monitoring system of linguistic landscape in the aspects of target orientation, content index, implementation process and intelligent collaboration system, which has an important enlightenment and reference role for improving the national quality monitoring system of linguistic landscape by the mix research of qualitative and quantitative methods. And it describes the hierarchical comprehensive evaluation index for the construction of quality monitoring system on linguistic landscape with two steps: 1) the first step is to use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to decompose the quality monitoring of linguistic landscape into multi-level and multi-dimensional index system, model and quantify the implementation process of quality monitoring, and to construct the first and second-class index system to solve the current problems of quality monitoring and quality improvement; 2) the second step is to use decision tree(DA) analysis to view the evaluation and suggestions of participants in relevant fields on various indicators at all levels from collect feedback results, ensure scientific and reasonable determination of quality monitoring indicators through supplement and scientific revision. The conclusion is that: 1) The new management mode of linguistic landscape programs will benefit the education quality of foreign language majors and improve their service function for the society development. 2) The new management mode will benefit the government department on language technology resources, linguistic technology platform, intelligent collaboration and talents mapping of local city development.

</p><p class="Abstrak"> </p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p class="Abstract"><em>Previous studies have documented failures in various information and communication technology for development (ICT4D) projects. One of the main challenges in ICT4D project is gaining the trust of the community and ensuring its sustainability. This paper presents stories from ICT4D project implementation through the lens of Actor Network Theory (ANT). The case is a village called "Kampung Cyber" in Yogyakarta. This study employs a qualitative approach using data gathered from interviews with the main actors and observations in Kampung Cyber. Details from the findings may be adapted as a reference to ICT4D project implementation in similar context. The finding unveil that the theory is very useful to explain the implementation process along with involved actors. The study also finds that the role of the leading actor (i.e. the head of neighborhood unit)) diminishes over time and the dominant role is taken over by the community.    </em></p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>
