The isopod hepatopancreas, as exemplified by Oniscus ascellus. is comprised of four blind-ending diverticula. The regenerative cells at the tip of each diverticula differentiate into either club-shaped B-cells, which serve a secretory function, or into conoid S-cells, which serve in the absorption and storage of nutrients. The glandular B-cells begin producing secretory material with the development of rough endoplasmic reticulum during their process of maturation from the undifferentiated regenerative cells. Cytochemical and morphological data indicate that the hepatopancreas sequentially produces two types of secretory material within the large club-shaped cells. The production of the carbohydrate-like secretory product in immature cells seems to be phased out as the production of the osmiophilic secretion was phased in as the cell matured.

AbstractFunctionality and appearance are key aspects of good footwear. Developments in recent science and technology offer a wider scope of innovations, contributing to diversity and higher complexity of the production concept of footwear. Contemporary industrial footwear market offers a practically limitless number of new design and fashion solutions, often of quite similar appearance, but with significant differences in quality level, both regarding manufacture, raw material content, durability, and in some special functional finishes. The materials for footwear manufacture are functionalized for functional protective purposes, such as antimicrobial, waterproofing, fire resistant, wear and tear resistant, and recently for some therapeutical purposes. Novelties in material functionalization for the materials built in the footwear are most often promoted and presented on tags and labels and are used as advertisement issues, while some functionalities have become a logo for some brands.

The amendment of the Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 positioned the Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat no longer as the highest state institution and the highest sovereign of the people. This has implications for the authority of the Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat to have a strategic position, namely to UUD 1945, to stipulate GBHN, to elect the president and vice president through amendment of its authority to be very limited and weak. This paper examines jurisdictionally how to restore the privileges possessed by the Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat through the amendment of the UUD 1945. A normative legal research method with statute approach and conceptual approach is used to analyze this problem. The results of the study indicate that the MPR's repatriation in the main and vital position in the Indonesian state administration system is very important, namely through amendments to the material content of the UUD 1945 which must be implemented on an ongoing basis.

The main reason for the use of returnable material, or recycled alloys, is a cost reduction while maintaining the final properties of the casting. The casting resulting quality is directly related to the correct ratio of commercial grade alloy and alloy made by remelting the returnable material in the batch. The casting quality is also affected by the purity of the secondary raw materials used, the shape complexity and the use of the casting itself. The presented article focuses on the effect of increasing the returnable material content in the batch on the hot tearing susceptibility of AlSi9Cu3 alloy. Hot tears are a complex phenomenon that combines metallurgical and thermo-mechanical interactions of the cast metal. Hot tearing susceptibility was evaluated on the basis of quantitative (HTS — hot tearing susceptibility index) and qualitative evaluation. The negative effect of returnable material in the batch was already manifested at a 20% content in the batch. The critical proportion of the returnable alloy in the batch can be stated as 50%. The alloy with a 50% returnable material content manifested insufficient results of the HTS index and qualitative evaluation, which means increased sensitivity to tearing. The negative effect of returnable material and the increased sensitivity were also confirmed in the evaluation of the fracture surface and hot tear profile. The microstructure of alloys with 50% and higher proportion of returnable material was characterized by a higher amount of iron phases (mainly Al5FeSi), whose sharp ends acted as critical regions of hot tearing and subsequent hot tear propagation, which had a major impact on the increase in hot tearing susceptibility.

Some properties of paper sludge were analyzed, including water content, organic material content, pH value, fiber content, ash content ,C, H, S, N content and metal content of sludge in three sedimentation tanks.Besides,COD,SS, sludge concentration were analyzed and optical microscope photoes of sludge were got.The results showed that water content was high, organic material content was high, pH value of three sludges was alkalescent, metal elements were varied, lots of bacteria in wet sludge. From the first tank to the third one,COD and SS are gradually diminishing The research of sludge’s properties may be helpful to sludge treatment.

AbstractTheories have been put forward on the etiology of sialoliths; however, a comprehensive understanding of their growth mechanisms is lacking. In an attempt to fill this gap, the current study has evaluated the internal architecture and growth patterns of a set of 30 independent specimens of sialoliths characterized at different scales by computed microtomography and electron microscopy. Tomography reconstructions showed cores in most of the sialoliths. The cores were surrounded by concentric or irregular patterns with variable degrees of mineralization. Regardless of the patterns, at finer scales the sialoliths consisted of banded and globular structures. The distribution of precipitates in the banded structures is compatible with a Liesegang–Ostwald phenomenon. On the other hand, the globular structures appear to arise from surface tension effects and to develop self-similar features as a result of a viscous fingering process. Electron diffraction patterns demonstrated that Ca- and P-based electrolytes crystallize in a structure close to that of hydroxyapatite. The organic matter contained sulfur with apparent origin from sulfated components of secretory material. These results cast new light on the mechanisms involved in the formation of sialoliths.

<p><em>The problems examined in this paper are: How is the material content of the exoneration clause in the lease standard agreement that causes losses for consumers of PT. Dipo Star Finance branch of Padang and how the judges consider in deciding the principal case of leasing based on Decision Number 4/Pdt.G/2017/PN.Pdg. In this study, the method used is normative juridical which is descriptive where the datas are sourced from primary and secondary data obtained based on the study of documents analyzed qualitatively. From this research, it can be concluded that at the time of making the finance lease agreement there is a will of disability regarding article 29 of the lease agreement and is an exoneration clause that is very detrimental to the consumer. Lesse does not know that collateral for other agreements is a guarantee of the object of the agreement that has paid off. Based on the judgment of the judge and the statement from the witness of the agreement law, article 29 of the lease agreement binds both parties based on the principle of pacta sunt servanda, but no statement or word is found which confirms that the guarantee for the agreement that has ended is a guarantee against other agreements, so that the guarantee becomes multi-interpretation. Article provisions relating to agreement one with other agreements in the agreement is very detrimental to consumers and contrary to article 10 letter (c) of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection.</em></p>
