The paper presents the main topics of research in the field of workplace spirituality in the context of human resource management (HRM). The study is based on a literature review and bibliometric analysis of publications in order to determine the main topics undertaken in this field and their importance for human resource management. In total, 123 publications from the Web of Science database from the years 1999–2020 were analyzed using cluster analysis applying the VOSviewer method. The paper provides definitions and dimensions of workplace spirituality, and considers the significance of spirituality in human resource management. The contribution of the research is to shed light on the concept of a spiritual workplace in HRM and to indicate directions for future research in this field.

Data in practice are often of high dimension and multivariate in nature. Detection of outliers has been one of the problems in multivariate analysis. Detecting outliers in multivariate data is difficult and it is not sufficient by using only graphical inspection. In this paper, a nontechnical and brief outlier detection method for multivariate data which are projection pursuit method, methods based on robust distance and cluster analysis are reviewed. The strengths and weaknesses of each method are briefly discussed.

Enhanced knowledge warehouse (eKW) is an extension of the enhanced data warehouse (eDW) system (Abramowicz, 2002). eKW is a Web services-based system that allows the automatic filtering of information from the Web to the data warehouse and automatic retrieval through the data warehouse. Web services technology extends eKW beyond the organization. It makes the system open and allows utilization of external software components, thus enabling the creation of distributed applications.

With the emergence of the web, traditional learning has changed significantly. Hence, a huge number of ‘e-learning systems' with the advantages of time and space have been created. Currently, many e-learning systems are being used by a large number of academic institutions worldwide which allow different users of the system to perform various tasks based on their goals. However, most of these systems follow a ‘one size fits all' approach where same resources are offered to learners irrespective of their unique learning requirements. Therefore, personalization is required as a part of e-learning systems which offers resources to learners based on their profile. This research aims to perform cluster analyses in order to validate clusters created through a k-means algorithm. The clusters will be used to classify a new learner into its appropriate class and recommend relevant courses. Finally, the accuracy of the recommendation is evaluated using various evaluation metrics. The proposed recommendation system helps learners to improve their academic performance and hence overall learning process as well.

ABSTRACT Green Building Construction (GBC) is considered as an advancement towards sustainable development and providing a balance among health, economics, and social problems. Many countries have adopted various policies for GBC according to their conditions and regulations, including incentives and deterring programs. This study reviews a scientometric analysis of some published articles on the policies, incentives, and barriers to GBC from 1990 to 2019. The required data has been collected from the Web of Science (WoS) database, and then analyzed using Histcite, CiteSpace, and VOSviewer software. To accomplish this study, many items have been identified and ranked such as top journals, keyword co-occurrence networks, cluster analysis, the strongest citation burst, co-citation articles, most citations per year, and countries’ contribution to publishing, for the last three decades. Examining the trend of changes in publication of the related papers and interpretations of the analyses can be used for future research in each of the components, in addition to the creation of a knowledge-based view of past studies.
