The use of the current methodology of the systematic approach, which differs from the existing ones by the integration of methods for modeling multidirectional processes in construction, as a complex system, tested on the example of a bridge crossing, increases the efficiency of the project and determines the direction of rationalizing organizational and technological solutions. Currently, the most promising companies focus on customer satisfaction within a clearly defined deadline. Failing to complete the planned work on time is an important problem in the transport facilities construction business since it entails additional expenses, which accordingly reduces the organization’s profit. Today, it is important to use alternative methods and approaches that allow for more efficient and quality project management that take into account the real construction stages’ cost and duration. The main study idea is to improve the process companies support to increase management efficiency indicators in the transport facilities construction. The research is based on a systematic approach and software applied to construction processes. Managerial ties combination with correctly selected and used resources, in the presence of innovative technologies, will allow achieving visible results in the implementation of projects. Project management based on a systematic approach, using modern software, is recommended for implementation and use in construction organizations, as this allows you to optimize scheduling and increase economic performance, even in times of uncertainty; allows you to reduce the cost of the resources and, to reduce the construction time; take into account the risks of the project, as well as control and track the actual implementation of projects for the construction of transport infrastructure facilities.

Many factors influence the efficiency and quality of transport works. In particular, consultants and construction contractors of these works play important roles, and critical factors directly affect the quality of traffic works. If the quality of consultancy and construction is good, the project will reduce the total investment; if the contractor is good, the completion time of the new project is guaranteed, thus reducing construction costs. The longer the construction time is, the higher the cost of the project. In this study, the authors used optimal algorithms to evaluate past, present, and future contractors’ technical, technological, and performance effectiveness. Research results show that bidders are divided into three groups: highly effective bidders, stable contractors, and inefficient groups. Research results for this subject will help the government, regulatory agencies, and investors select good contractors as the basis for developing strategies and policies for the development of transport infrastructure.

The main objective of this paper is to prove a theorem according to which a method of successive elimination of unknowns in the solution of systems of linear equations in the semi-rings with iteration gives the really smallest solution of the system. The proof is based on the graph interpretation of the system and establishes a relationship between the method of sequential elimination of unknowns and the method for calculating a cost matrix of a labeled oriented graph using the method of sequential calculation of cost matrices following the paths of increasing ranks. Along with that, and in terms of preparing for the proof of the main theorem, we consider the following important properties of the closed semi-rings and semi-rings with iteration. We prove the properties of an infinite sum (a supremum of the sequence in natural ordering of an idempotent semi-ring). In particular, the proof of the continuity of the addition operation is much simpler than in the known issues, which is the basis for the well-known algorithm for solving a linear equation in a semi-ring with iteration.Next, we prove a theorem on the closeness of semi-rings with iteration with respect to solutions of the systems of linear equations. We also give a detailed proof of the theorem of the cost matrix of an oriented graph labeled above a semi-ring as an iteration of the matrix of arc labels. The concept of an automaton over a semi-ring is introduced, which, unlike the usual labeled oriented graph, has a distinguished "final" vertex with a zero out-degree.All of the foregoing provides a basis for the proof of the main theorem, in which the concept of an automaton over a semi-ring plays the main role. The article's results are scientifically and methodologically valuable. The proposed proof of the main theorem allows us to relate two alternative methods for calculating the cost matrix of a labeled oriented graph, and the proposed proofs of already known statements can be useful in presenting the elements of the theory of semi-rings that plays an important role in mathematical studies of students majoring in software technologies and theoretical computer science.

A study of the quality of the development of estimate documentation on the cost of construction at all stages of the implementation of large projects in the oil and gas industry is conducted. The main problems that arise in construction organizations are indicated. The analysis of the choice of the perfect methodology of mathematical modeling of the investigated business process for improving the activity of budget calculations, conducting quality assessment of estimates and criteria for automation of design estimates is performed.

Abstract Abstract. The paper is composed of two parts. The first part reviews the problem of infiltration of extraneous water in the sanitary sewer systems - its sources, causes and effects are discussed in detail. A systematic approach to the investigation of the problem to pinpoint the sources in an existing system is suggested and outlined. Alternative methods of flow measurements including some recently developed techniques, corrections and remedies of the problem are presented and discussed in detail. The second part deals with the problem in Halifax-Dartmouth area. Results of a number of infiltration studies in this area (some of them were carried out under author's direction) are presented and conclusions drawn.

AbstractHealthcare organizations strive to deliver safe, high-quality, efficient care. These complex systems frequently harbor gaps, which if unmitigated, could result in harm. Systems-focused simulation (SFS) projects, which include systems-focused debriefing (SFD), if well designed and executed, can proactively and comprehensively identify gaps and test and improve systems, enabling institutions to improve safety and quality before patients and staff are placed at risk. The previously published systems-focused debriefing framework, Promoting Excellence and Reflective Learning in Simulation (PEARLS) for Systems Integration (PSI), describes a systematic approach to SFD. It includes an essential “pre-work” phase, encompassing evidence-informed steps that lead up to a SFD. Despite inclusion in the PSI framework, a detailed description of the pre-work phase, and how each component facilitates change management, was limited. The goal of this paper is to elucidate the PSI “Pre-work” phase, everything leading up to the systems-focused simulation and debriefing. It describes how the integration of project and change management principles ensures that a comprehensive collection of safety and quality issues are reliably identified and captured.

Modern economic conditions, due to the high level of competition, lead to the need to search for internal reserves to improve the efficiency of economic entities, one of the solutions to this problem can be considered the application of the management concept “project management”. However, its full implementation is impossible without sufficient information support, which is eliminated as a result of the use of various management accounting tools, one of which is transfer pricing. The article presents the results of a study on the use of transfer education in determining the cost of implementing an agricultural project.

The possibilities for the development of bodywork in the context of the growing level of competition are analyzed in the article. The technological processes of bodywork are considered and the problem of choosing technological equipment is indicated. The statistical data about the efficiency indicators of company body divisions, operating in the body repair market in Krasnoyarsk, are presented. A composite quality index for the equipment of the bodywork department (using the example of body stocks) is proposed and calculated, and on its basis, some recommendations are given for companies which plan to enter the market of body repair services. Keywords: body production, body repair, body equipment, body production efficiency, selection of technological equipment
