The article analyses the pedagogues’ experience in applying the model of integrated assistance to the child in school. The research involved 15 teachers responsible for coordination of the assistance to a specific child; the teachers represented three Lithuanian schools which have implemented the developed model. The pedagogues, as case coordinators, recorded the experience of implementation of the integrated assistance model in schools in their reflections. They’ve written down the reflections once per week in the form of a semi-structural electronic pedagogical diary. According to the analysis of the research data, in applying the integrated assistance model one of the major changes is the change in the learning motivation. The changes in learning motivation are related to changes in pupils’ learning outcomes, their involvement in the learning process, and school attendance. Pursuant to the research, self-esteem building is especially important for personality changes in children, and this ensured the increase of self-confidence. Improved relations between the child and his/her family and between the teachers and pupils were noticed in the relationship with the others. It is to be assumed that coordination of common actions of children, parents, teachers and other concerned assistance institutions had impact on the occurrence of these changes, as well as individualization of the assistance and anticipation of personal responsibility for a specific case management.

Self Regulated Learning (X1) and learning motivation (X2) research data were taken by filling in the research instrument containing a questionnaire and the Learning Outcomes (Y) research data was taken from the grades of class XII UAS students on electric power installation subjects. The data is stated validity and reliability, then the data are analyzed through normality test, linearity test, regression analysis, coefficient analysis, and significance test with t-test and f-test with a significance level of 5%. The conclusions between X1 and Y obtained coefficient ryx1 analysis = 0.599, significance coefficient obtained tcount (3.95)> ttable (2.05) with a contribution of 35.8%, while between X2 and Y obtained coefficient ryx2 analysis = 0.519, test significance coefficient obtained tcount (3.20)> ttable (2.05) with a contribution of 26.9%. and for the relationship X1 X2 and Y, the value of ryx1x2 = 0.618 is obtained, then the value of fcount = 8.34> ftabel = 3.35, which means fcount> ftabel, so it can be broadcast related to a positive and significant relationship. <p>This research is aimed to improve students' motivation and learning outcomes. The action used in improving the two things is the learning process with STAD technique. This study uses three stages: Pre Cycle, Cycle I, and Cycle II, each cycle using two meetings. Research data were obtained from a student questionnaire and test with multiple choice questions. Questionnaire to know the development of learning motivation, while the test with multiple choice questions to know the development of learning outcomes. The research data is analyzed descriptively-qualitative. The results of the study explain that the implementation of learning with STAD techniques can improve student's motivation and achievement. Learning motivation in Pre Cycle obtained an average of 23.47 (medium category). While in Cycle I the average learning motivation increased to 26.57 (medium category). Percentage of students achieved high category score of 4 students (13%). Furthermore, in cycle II the average learning motivation of 33.87 (high category). Percentage of students obtained a great and very high category score of 22 students (73.3%). Thus until the end of Cycle II, learning motivation has increased. While the results of learning on the Precycle obtained an average of 61.93 (enough category), in the first cycle increased to 69.53 (enough class), in Cycle II obtained an average of 78.77 (right type). Furthermore, it is known that the percentage of learning mastery in the Pre Cycle of 3%, Cycle I of 31%, then in cycle II the rate of learning mastery increased to 86.66%. Kata  kunci: motivasi, belajar, pemahaman, konsep, fisika ABSTRACT Knowing the relationship between learning motivation and understanding students' MAN Baraka concepts is the aim of this study. This research was included in product-moment research, where there were two variables that wanted to know the relationship and direction needed, and used quantitative research. The subjects of this study were all students of class X MIA MAN Baraka with a total of 121 students. Data collection used two types of instruments namely non-test and each test to determine learning motivation with a total of 37 answers, each of which had 5 answer choices and students' understanding of concepts with a total of 26 items, each of which had five alternative answers. By using product evaluation analysis when the results of significance 0.008 <0.05 which mean that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between learning and learning with the understanding of MAN Baraka students' concepts and the direction of correlation is positive. With this, the teacher when going to learn, it is better to provide motivation in advance to students so that they are motivated. When students are motivated, students will be excited and allow them to easily understand the concepts of the lesson so that they will get better learning outcomes. Keywords: motivation, learning, understanding, concepts, physics

Research  results.  Results  showed  a  weak  correlation  between  bullying  and  self-esteem  levels  (γ =  0.24; p > 0.05). We found a weak adverse relationship between initiating bullying and self-assessment levels (γ = –0.16; p > 0.05), weak adverse correlation between experienced bullying and self-confidence levels (γ = –0.15; p > 0.05) and a weak linear relationship between initiating bullying and self-confidence (γ = 0.20; p > 0.05).Discussion and conclusions. Contrary to what we expected, we observed that athlete adolescents with the high levels of self-esteem suffered from bullying sometimes and often. Research findings suggest that adolescents who tend to initiate bullying demonstrated moderate and low levels of self-esteem. Most of athlete adolescents admitted that that did not initiate bullying or if they did, that was done only occasionally. It was found that adolescents with high and moderate self-confidence levels experienced bullying occasionally or not at all. Some athletes with low self-confidence levels professed that they suffered from bullying more often, and they also admitted that they often initiated bullying themselves. In our research we were unable failed to provide evidence which would prove that sports activities impacted or influenced adolescents’ bullying initiatives or experiences; therefore further research is needed to determine whether self-esteem and other internal personality qualities could affect the expression of bullying among non-athlete adolescents. Keywords: aggression, adolescents’ self- assessment, self-confidence.
