The article theoretically substantiates the purpose of programmes of early prevention to develop children’s social and coping skills, presents the concept of coping with challenges, strategies for overcoming difficulties, which are applied by children, as well as structure, which predetermines efficiency of early prevention programmes. Seeking the analysis of the impact of the programme ‘Zippy’s Friends’ on self-development of children’s social competence and creation of safe emotional environment in educational institutions, the research of several stages is presented: a) content analysis of the Lithuanian Pre-primary Education Curriculum and the programme ‘Zippy’s Friends’, which highlighted the specific contribution of the latter programme to children’s social competence; b) generalisation of the results of the research in the impact of the programme ‘Zippy’s Friends’ on development of children’s social competence; c) identification of the impact of the programme ‘Zippy’s Friends’ on creation of safe emotional environment in an educational institution.

Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana impelementasi kompetensi sosial guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa Smp Negeri 3 Bungin Kec. Bungin Kab. Enrekang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, wawancara dan Angket. Tekhnik Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yang akan diteliti yaitu: Variabel bebas yaitu kompetensi sosial guru dan Variabel terikat yaitu motivasi belajar siswa. Jumlah sampel ialah 22 orang dari 220 populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, wawancara dan Angket. kompetensi sosial guru merupakan seperangkat penguasaan, pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki guru agar dapat melaksanakan tugas-tugas pokok sebagai seorang guru dan  bertanggungjawab dalam mendidik. Cara meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa antara lain Pemberian Nilai pemberian ulangan dan kerja kelompok. Melihat implementasi kompetensi sosial guru untuk meningkatkan  motivasi belajar siswa sudah berhasilan dalam bidang pendidikan, guru diharapkan mampu  menjadi pigur dalam memajukan  lembaga pendidikan agar siswa termotivasi untuk melakukan perubaha-perubahan dalam memajukan lembaganya pendidikan kedepannya.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Sosial, Guru,  Motivasi Belajar SiswaABSTRACTThis study was analyzed with descriptive qualitative is purpose which to give an overview of how the implementation the social competence of teachers to students' motivation Smp Negeri 3 Bungin Kec. Social competences of the future teachers are one of the most important competencies for successfully working in educational institutions. A teacher’s social competences imply empathy, communication skills, tolerance, cooperation and mutual assistance, responsibility to oneself and others, perseverance in carrying out tasks, postponing any satisfactions, controlling violent behaviour, showing a sense of value, uniqueness and a positive self-image. It is essential to encourage communication skills, as the most important element of social communication, with the attendants of the pedagogically – psychological and didactically – methodical education because only the socially competent experts from various fields will be able to master the management of learning and knowledge, and encourage the social competence of students, while working in the educational institutions. The results of the of quantitative research conducted among 179 participants of the pedagogically – psychological and didactically – methodical education in Slavonski Brod, Koprivnica and Zabok show that the attendants have self-evaluated themselves as socially competent with developed communication skills. Analysis of variance and the Post Hoc test have proven that there is no statistically important difference in the assessment of social competence of the participants, regarding sex, number of years of working experience and senior scientific positions, while there is a statistically important partial difference in the assessment of social competence of the participants, regarding the age.

The article considers productive game technology as a pedagogical means focused on a product independently created by a pupil. The modern teacher is faced with the task of comprehensive skills development of children of a certain age group and ensuring the ability to socialize in modern society. It is productive game technology that acts as a reference point for the strategy and tactics of pedagogical activity in the formation of social competence in children of early and preschool age. The purpose of the article is to consider principles which play important role in the formation of preschoolers’ social competence. Material and methods. The methodological base of the study is the work of domestic and foreign scientists and methodologists on the problem of the social competence formation of children of early and preschool age. The system of education and teaching in preschool educational institutions was applied as the material for the study. The object of the study is the process of pupils’ social competence formation by means of productive game technology. During the study the following methods were applied: the method of pedagogical observation, modeling. It is concluded that applying productive game technology, positive changes in children’s social development and their social competence formation can be noticed.

This study seeks to explain the competence of teaching staff/educators in Islamic education, the Khoirul Ummah School, Malang. The benchmark of change and strengthening teaching skills within the scope of Islamic educational institutions is using the competency analysis. The significance of the research lies in the analysis of the integration of modern science and the Islamic one. It used a descriptive qualitative survey research method with a documentary observation pattern and inquiry-based source tracking method. The findings reveal 1) aspects of personality competence, which characterized by moral and moral indicators, leadership and educational figures. In this competency, educators are highly qualified. The reason is that educators have a social competence enlightened by the kiai or cleric 2) aspects of professional competence. Here, family educators get a small scale. Educators master more the subject matter, compared to methods or learning concepts that are appropriate to the goals of the institution. In this aspect, 70% of educators do not understand concepts and methods, especially digital-based methods. 3) Aspects of social competence. In this aspect, educators become a good one if they can communicate and interact with students, guardians and surrounding communities. 60 % of educators are active in social activities and establish friendships with students’ guardians.
