ABSTRACTThe MOCVD technique is being used increasingly for the deposition of electronic ceramics such as Pb(Zr,Ti)O3, Ta2O5 and TiO2. For the mil potential of MOCVD to be realised, it is sometimes necessary to modify existing precursors so that process parameters in the MOCVD process are optimised. In this paper we describe our approach to “molecular design” and discuss how the substitution of simple alkoxide groups by β-diketonates or donor-functionalised ligands can result in precursors with improved physical properties and optimum MOCVD characteristics.

In this paper adopting the orthogonal method, self-developed compound formulation had tested, and the relationship between the physical properties of vulcanized rubber and rectangular synchronous rotor mixer parameters had researched. The results showed that when the fill factor was 0.6, the rotor speed was 70r/min, cooling water temperature was 45 °C, pressure on the top bolt was 0.8Mpa, the physical properties of the vulcanized rubber was best.

In order to research effects of storage conditions on physical properties of cut tobacco, storage temperature, storage humidity and storage time were studied by uniform design method in this paper. Intuitive analysis results showed that the best store process parameters such as storage temperature, humidity and time were 26°C, 61% and 32h respectively. Stepwise regression analysis results indicated storage process parameters affected physical properties of cut tobacco such as moisture content, filling power, proportion of long strands and its conversion extremely. And the regression equations were significant effective. But there was no efficacious regression equation between proportion of small strands of cut tobacco and storage process parameters.
