The regional features of forming a marketing complex of rural green tourism in conditions of economic instability are considered. The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of the marketing complex of tourist enterprises of rural green tourism in Vinnytsia region. The theoretical and methodological provisions, scientific and practical recommendations concerning promotion of rural green tourism are substantiated. The state of development of marketing of rural green tourism in conditions of development of a market economy is analyzed. It is noted that rural green tourism should be considered as an integral part of the program of integrated socio-economic development of the village and its revival, as well as through the development of rural green tourism, sustainable economic and demographic development in rural areas can be ensured. Promotion of tourism product with marketing efforts «Seven R» is shown. It has been found that the majority of the rural tourism industry is represented by small, mostly family-owned enterprises that do not use (or use very few) marketing approaches because of: lack of understanding of the principles and role of marketing in gaining profit for small farms and marketing costs. The main obstacles encountered by the owners of the agrosides themselves are intended to carry out marketing measures for the promotion of their products on the market. It is shown that the marketing price policy of the product of agroclitin in the market is based on three factors: costs, demand, competition. In today's market conditions, the leader is a price-driven demand-driven strategy: about 54.2% of marketing managers consider it to be a priority. Prices of rural green tourism providers do not disclose publicly. However, the functioning of agro-oles is increasingly characterized by signs of imperfect (monopolistic) competition, in particular through the use of non-price competition. Only about 15% of tourist enterprises in the region determine the main criterion for competition pricing marketing strategy. For further development of rural green tourism in the region, the strategy of balanced regional development of Vinnytsia region for the period till 2020 is considered. List of problematic issues hindering the development of rural tourism, the solution of which requires special regulatory regulation. It is proposed to form a clear marketing strategy for the development of the tourism industry of Ukraine at the national level, which should correspond to the strategies and programs of tourism development at the regional level, which will create new jobs, improve the quality of service provision and gradually improve the quality of the infrastructure components (roads, agro churches, museums, etc.), which provides comfort of consumption of tourist services by foreign and domestic tourists.

The article deals with the dynamics of the number of tourists in Vinnytsia region. After analyzing the statistics of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine and the Main Department of Statistics in Vinnytsia Region for 2004-2017, it has been shown that the number of Vinnytsia residents who traveled abroad in 2017 compared to 2004 increased by 14.6 times, and the number of domestic tourists decreased three times. The main reasons for the decline of domestic tourists are the financial crisis of 2007-2009, the Revolution of the Maidan in 2013-2014, terrorist acts and political and economic instability in Ukraine, aswell as the sharp increase in utilities bills in Ukraine. Happiness is a subjective indicator of overall living conditions and quality of life. Recently, community- and national-level investigations connecting happiness and community satisfaction were conducted. This study investigated the effects of community satisfaction on happiness in Nepal. A factor analysis was employed to examine 24 items that are used to measure community satisfaction, and a multiple regression analysis was conducted to investigate the effects of these factors on happiness. In semi-urban areas, sanitation showed a positive relationship with happiness. In rural areas, edu-medical services were negatively related to happiness, while agriculture was positively related. Gender and perceived health were closely associated with happiness in rural areas. Both happiness and satisfaction are subjective concepts, and are perceived differently depending on the socio-physical environment and personal needs. Sanitation, agriculture (food) and edu-medical services were critical factors that affected happiness; however, the results of this study cannot be generalized to high-income countries.

AbstractAn approach to sustainable tourism through clusters is considered an appropriate strategy in less-developed rural areas of tourist-oriented countries, such as Croatia. This paper clarifies the key challenges of the development of tourism clusters in the region of Gorska Hrvatska and provides new data for an approach to sustainable rural tourism development. Using available secondary data from governmental bodies, non-governmental organizations, protected areas of Gorska Hrvatska, and primary data of the Lika Destination Cluster, the paper explores the key challenges of developing a cluster of tourism and selective forms of tourism. Most tourism clusters in Croatia have remained in the first phase of development for years, even though this approach has failed to to achieve significant results. The key benefits of networking and branding in rural areas are identified and defined, but these potentials are still largely underutilized. The objective of this study is to provide practical recommendations to the Croatian tourism industry on how to learn from the suggested best practices and how to implement them effectively. For that purpose, the case of sustainable tourism located in the Gorska Hrvatska region, called the Lika Destination Cluster is analyzed.

The article presents proposals for the development of rural areas by increasing their investment attractiveness. It is proved that in addition to financial resources, limiting factors for the development of the territory can serve as its social, environmental, and institutional features. Lack of resources, technologies, and infrastructure will limit rural development. It is proved that the implementation of the development opportunities of territories involves the search for optimal solutions in the selection of investment objects, their integration into the economy of the region and the municipality. The article examines the investment attractiveness of the Ramon district of the Voronezh region, which has a shortage of energy capacity, which does not allow for further expansion of industrial activities in the municipality. It is proposed to consider the creation of a company providing services in the field of eco-tourism as an alternative investment object. Such projects do not have increased requirements for existing electrical capacity, preserve recreational potential, create jobs, and ultimately improve the quality of life of the district's population. A brief description of the development of the tourism industry in Russia and the Voronezh region is given, and the main measures of its state support are highlighted. The growth of the domestic tourist market is predicted, as well as an increase in demand for these services. The project for installing and launching a glamping complex on the territory of the Ramon district is calculated. Conclusions are drawn about the economic, social and budgetary effectiveness of the proposed project. The glamping complex will increase the export of tourist services in the region, increase the gross regional product, and create additional jobs without using significant energy capacity, which will ultimately have a positive impact on the development of the municipality as a whole.

The aim of the research is the systematic search of promotion and quality of service with interest to visit tourist objects. This article is a systematic search that collects data from relevant indexed journals in Indonesia. These findings are discussed in a theoretical study so as to produce a conclusion. This article draws the conclusion that in the current era, the use of the right marketing strategy is very important because many new attractions are emerging as competitors. Applying the right marketing strategy will bring tourists and make tourists who have visited have an interest to visit again. The interest in revisiting is the encouragement of someone to carry out a visit to the destination that was visited. The regional tourism industry pays attention to the duties and functions of the promotion department and service quality in planning and implementing strategies that optimize a tourist interest. The quality of service within these institutions and local governments in the field of tourism is very closely related and has a strong influence on the tourism industry. There are promotion factors and service quality, connected with the interest of the local government in tourists visiting directly or indirectly, thus affecting the development of industries in the region. The attitude of the local government directly influences the visit of domestic and foreign tourists, then indirectly the situation and stable conditions in political, economic and security developments. The contribution of this research is to study theories about promotion and service quality with an interest in visiting tourist objects.

European countries have been reaffirtmating the role and the significance of agricultural multifunctionality for rural areas development. The transition countries have to make the assessment of their weaknesses and opportunities before facing the necessary significant investments in agriculture, rural settlements and deprived rural areas. Overall economic development should provide for further agriculture employment reduction, along with taking measures for the agriculture farms modernization and changes in the structure of agriculture production, within the process of integrated rural development. Declining population at mountain areas might be a prerequisite for intensified farm restructuring, namely through development reorientation, achieving more balanced agriculture economy, along with rediscovering comparative advantages in the development of new activities linked to social changes and changes in lifestyle - green tourism, leisure activities, health care, as well as to forestry, traditional crafts etc. Subsequent to European experience in maintenance of the necessary level of spatial development in sparsely populated and neglected rural areas, the development of priority mountain areas in Serbia should be defined at national level, and the new system of support should facilitate the preparation and the implementation of different projects for integrated rural development of this priority areas.
