One of the important conditions for the successful conduct of geese farming industry is normalized physiologically reasonable feeding birds that carried out by the use of complete feed and feed additives, including biologically active substances. Since days old, I (control) group of geese received during the research period, complete feed is made in terms of private enterprise «Orbita», II, III, IV and V (experimental) group received a complete feed with the addition of its composition of different doses of lecithin sunflower instead of a similar amount of soybean meal. At the beginning of the experiment live weight of geese had no significant differences in terms of research groups, indicating that similar selected poultry and averaged 116 – 118 grams. Since the first week of growing live weight of geese in experimental groups fed sunflower lecithin slightly increased. If, at the beginning it was not quite expressed, starting from the second week of growing this advantage becomes more significant. So, the live weight of geese at the age of two weeks in the control group was 1287 g, while the live weight of geese II, III, IV and V of experimental groups was higher by 1.4%, 4.3% (P < 0.01), 6.2% (P < 0.001) and 4.9% (P < 0.001), respectively. These differences observed between the experimental groups during the growing period. Thus, at the end of the first period of growth, namely four weeks of age, live weight of geese fourth experimental group was 3350 g, 8.0% (P < 0.001) higher relative to the control group by 5.6% compared to II experimental group, 2.8% (P < 0.01) III and 2.2% (P < 0.01) V research group. It should be noted that at the end of the second period, growing at the age of nine weeks goslings in control group matched the experimental group II on 2,3%, III – 5.1% (P <0.01), IV – 10.3% (P < 0.001) and V – 7.5% (P < 0.05), respectively. To study the anatomical and morphological structure of the experimental birds at the end of the scientific and economic experiment in the 60 days age were held control of slaughter. Our results indicate that different amounts of sunflower lecithin in diets of young geese during their growing meat differently affect their slaughter capacity. Table 3 shows that young geese feeding in the composition of animal feed sunflower lecithin has contributed to their live weight in experimental groups respectively 1.8%, 5.3%, 9.4% and 7.5% compared to the control group counterparts. For goose gut carcass weight preference geese in experimental group was respectively – 3.2%, 6.9%, 12.3% and 8.6%. The biggest muscle mass was observed in the experimental group IV geese and amounted to 1 895 g, that on 14.2% more muscle mass geese control group. The mass of muscle II, III and V of the research groups on the same indicator was higher by 3.0%, 7.7% and 9.2% in comparison with I control group. The use of sunflower lecithin in diets of young geese caused the increase in weight of internal fat. Thus this indicator preference experimental groups was – 5.7%, 15.4%, 25.1% and 18.3% according to analogue control. These changes have led to improved of meat and bone index. Thus, birds III, IV and V research groups preference for this indicator was 5.1%, 11.9% and 6.8% according to analogue controls. The indicator in poultry II experimental group was on par with the control group. Thus, putting in the diets of young geese sunflower lecithin positively affected the rate of growth of young geese slaughter their performance and made it possible to reduce the cost of feed per unit of growth. However, the best results were obtained when control weighing and slaughter, which is part of the feed was injected 0.4% sunflower lecithin.

Modern pork production technologies are aimed at obtaining maximum productivity data, which are an indicator of the effectiveness of pig industry in general. The aim of the research was to develop a biotechnological method of increase of prolificacy of sows with 1 and 2 farrowing, using biologically active medicines of the neurotropic-metabolic action – Glyutam 1M and Nanovulin-BA. On the day of weaning, all the experimental sows were injected with vitamins Introvit in a dose of 10 ml/head. The sows in the research groups received Glutam 1M and Nanovulin-BA for three days in the morning in stern balls, which contained 100 grams of feed and 20 ml of medicine. The sows of the II and III experimental groups received Glutam 1M starting from the day of weaning. Nanovulin-BA was fed to the sows of the III and IV research groups at 0-2 day of sexual cycle. The females of the control group were fed by 20 ml of saline during these periods of reproductive cycle. In the II and III research groups the live weight of hypertrophous and normal piglets was bigger compared with the control one by 7.7%, 9.2% and 9.7%, 8.6% respectively. The weight of hypertrophous animals of the I group exceeded data of the control one within the error, while the weight of normal piglets was higher by 11.5%. The increase in live weight of hypertrophous and normal piglets of sows in the II and III research groups contributed to the significant increase of the total weight of newborn piglets by 26.3% and 26.3% (in comparison with the control group). In the I research group, it increased by 27.1%, mainly due to normal piglets’ weight and therefore was not likely. The influence of Glyutam 1M and Nanovulin-BA on the prolificacy of sows was analyzed, taking into account that the experimental groups were formed from sows with two different farrowing – 1 and 2. Live weight of the hypertrophous piglets of the sows from the I group after the 1 farrowing was higher by 8.8%, compared to animals which had 2 farrowing. Live weight of hypertrophous and normal piglets in both subgroups was almost at the same level, while the total weight of piglets from the animals with 2 farrowing was higher than from females with 1 farrowing by 10.7%. Total weight of newborn piglets from the sows in group III with 2 farrowing increased compared to the animals with 1 farrowing by 16.1%. Comparative analysis of the influence of sows’ age on live weight of piglets showed, that the live weight of normal piglets in the I experimental group with 2 farrowing was higher by 11% compared to the control one of the same age (with 2 farrowing). Total live weight of piglets in the I experimental group with 1 and 2 farrowing was higher by 23.0% and 26.8% compared to the control group of animals of the same age. In the II experimental group live weight of normal piglets from sows with 1 and 2 farrowing increased by 11% and 7.4% respectively in comparison with animals of the same age in the control group. Total live weight of newborn piglets in the II experimental group increased by 28.0% and 24.8% respectively compared to the animals of the same age of control group (1 and 2 farrowing). The live weight of hypertrophous piglets from experimental group III (2 farrowing) was higher by 15.1%. The injections of biologically active medicines during insemination of sows in the group III contributed to the increase of live weight of normal piglets (sows with 1 and 2 farrowing) compared with the control one by 11% and 8% respectively. In the III group of animals with 2 farrowing the total weight of newborn piglets increased significantly by 29.6% compared to control animals of the same age (with 2 farrowing). Analyzing live weight of hypertrophous piglets it should be noted, that in the control group of sows with 1 farrowing this category of piglets was absent. While control females with 2 farrowing and animals of the research group, regardless of their age, showed, that the live weight of hypertrophous piglets was almost at the same level. Comparative analysis between groups showed, that the live weight of hypertrophous and normal piglets in the I experimental group was higher in comparison with the control one by 14.1% and 11.5% respectively. Weight of hypertrophous piglets from females of the I experimental group was the same compared to the control one. While the weight of normal piglets increased by 10% compared to the control group. Injections of theneurotropic-metabolic medicines to the sows of the II and III research groups helped to increase the prolificacy by 15.1% and 9.2% and 12.2% and 9.9%. The live weight of normal piglets in the II and III research groups was higher by 8% and 9.2% respectively. Іn this way, the injections of biologically active medicine Glyutam 1M for 3 days after the weaning cause an increase in live weight of newborn piglets by 14.1%. Feeding females with Glyutam 1M and Nanovulin-BA at one time helped to increase live weight of piglets by 13%, and the injections of Nanovulin-BA only – by 11.8%. Injections of neurotropic-metabolic medicines with biologically active action on different schemes of their use cause the tendency to increase the live weight of both sexes embryos in the prenatal period up to 2 kg for sows of the 1 and 2 farrowing.

The use of different feed processing methods using exogenous feed additives to improve the digestibility of plant feed ingredients in pig feeding has been studied for decades. In the research laboratory of the Institute of Forage and Agriculture of Podillya NAAS, compositions of enzymes with cellulase and amylase activity were studied. They are able to effectively break down non-starch polysaccharides in cereals, increase digestibility and absorption of feed nutrients. The purpose of this work was to study the zootechnical efficiency of the use of biologically active in the composition of feed pigs for fattening. In the presented material, the influence of feeding cellulose amylolytic enzyme additive on the productive qualities of pigs for fattening is highlighted. The cellulose amylolytic additive contained α-amylase with an activity of 9342 IU/h and cellulase with an activity of 540 IU/h. Studies in pigs were performed in two stages: the equalization period (15 days) and the main (71 days). For feeding pigs, a feed mixture was used, consisting of feed grown directly on the farm – barley, wheat, soybeans. The diet of the control group consisted of 63 % barley grain, 27.5 % wheat grain, 9 % soybean meal 0.5 % mineral supplement. Pigs of the experimental group were fed cellulose amylolytic feed additive at the rate of 5 g of cellulase and 1 g of amylase per 1 kg of feed. Feeding supplements determines the intensity of the process of digestion of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Cellulose-amylolytic additive affects the absorption of carbohydrates in the diet, providing an increase in the digestibility of the control and experimental groups, respectively, neutral-detergent fiber (38.2 and 46.7 %), acid-detergent fiber (18.7 and 36.5 %), the amount easily hydrolyzed carbohydrates (85.4 and 90.2 %), hemicellulose (65.7 and 61.5 %), cellulose (13.2 and 21.4 %). The decision on the feasibility of including cellulose-amylolytic additive in the diet can be confirmed on the basis of its use during the scientific and economic experiment. In the control group, the average daily increase in live weight was 725.07 g, and in the experimental group by 19.7 % more at the level of 902.53 g. It was also noted a positive effect on the formation of body biomass, development of individual organs and their systems.

The article covers addition of chlorella suspension, its effect on nitrogen balance, digestibility of nutrients and amino acids, pig productivity. Various feed additives, micro-element mixtures, and vitamins are used in animal nutrition to deal with the deficiency ofcertain vitamins and mineral elements in the rations. The peculiarity of chlorella suspension as a feed additive is in the ability to cultivate it throughout the whole year and in the availability of optimized technologies for its cultivation and use. Chlorella suspension is rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, fatty acids and fiber. Introduction of chlorella suspension into pigs’ diets has helped to increase the digestibility coefficients of both inessential (by 7.5 %) and essential (by 2 %) amino acids. Feeding the animals with chlorella suspension has also resulted in the release of nitrogen retained in animals’ bodies by 13 % compared to the control group. The additional use of chlorella suspension in the diet of fattening pigs (large white) was found to increase the average daily gain by 21.9% compared to the control group which did not receive chlorella suspension. The conversion of animal feed to obtain 1 kg of live weight gain in the control group was 5.1 kg, in the experimental group - 4.2 kg, and the conversion rate of feed in the experimental group was higher by 21.4 %.Feeding young pigs with chlorella suspension increases the digestibility of protein by 4.5 %, fiber by 2.0 %, fat - 0.7 %, essential amino acids - 81.6 %. The introduction of chlorella suspension to pig rations leads to an increase in the level of nitrogen in their body by 54.7 %of that taken with feed and 69.15 % of that digested in the body. Pork production profitably using chlorella suspension stood at 12.3 % , which is more by 87,8 % compared to the control group.

Animals imported to Yakutia from other regions fall into feeding and housing conditions that differ from their usual agro-climatic conditions, which causes the problem of their adaptation. Yakutia is one of the areas where the feed of its own production has a lack of basic minerals, which affects the health and productivity of animals, which has an additional negative influence on the adaptation process of imported cattle. In order to replenish macro- and microelements in the body, it is necessary to introduce various local mineral feed additives, premixes, and use mineral salts into the ration. Under the conditions of Central Yakutia the influence of local mineral feed additives (zeolite of the Khonguruu Deposit in the Suntar district and sapropels of local lakes) containing macro- and microelements that increase the meat productivity of steers has been studied. As a result of the research the influence of local mineral feed additives on meat productivity and physiological condition of Hereford steers has been established. Influence of zeolite and sapropel in a complex with mineral salts on digestibility of nutrients of the ration and use of nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus by experimental animals has been defined. The influence of feed additives on the quality of meat products has been studied. The results have shown that the use of local mineral feed additives in the composition of ration of steers during the fattening period at a dose of 0,7 g zeolite per 1 kg of live weight of the animal and 200 g of sapropel in combination with 10 g of mineral salts contributed to the gain in live weight, carcass weight, carcass yield, yield of edible parts, and economic efficiency of fattening. For the entire period of the experiment the gain in live weight in groups was: in control group 2222,9 kg, in the 1st experimental group 2396,2 kg, in the 2nd experimental group 2471,1 kg. The total economic effect for the 1st experimental group for the period of experiment amounted to 44,3 thousand Rubles, for the 2nd experimental group 78,0 thousand Rubles or per 1 head/day 14,06 and 24,76 Rubles, respectively.

Mycotoxins have been formed in feed are secondary metabolites of fungi and are quite stable substances that have teratogenic, mutagenic and carcinogenic effects. An effective way to combat mycotoxins in feed is the use of feed additives that adsorb toxins, prevent their absorption in the gastrointestinal tract of the animal and are excreted from the body. The infl uence of coconut enterosorbent Shelltic Es on fattening and meat qualities of young pigs has been studied. It has been found in the process of fattening that the highest feed digestibility was in pigs of the experimental group, in the diet of which enterosorbent has been added. The results of studies of the chemical composition and technological properties of pork have been provided. The positive eff ect of enterosorbent on precocity, absolute average daily gain of live weight and reduction of feed expenditures per 1 kg of gain has been revealed. In pigs from the experimental group the average thickness of the fat was higher and the area of the “muscle eye” was lower compared with animals of the control group, which indicates that higher rates of carcass yield have been obtained due to faster accumulation of fat tissue. The weight of internal organs of pigs indicates the intensity of metabolic processes in the body. In experimental animals the weight of the lungs was 0,1 kg lower, and the liver and heart were higher by 0,13 and 0,01 kg, respectively. Enterosorbent had no effect on the content of vitamins in the liver of pigs of the compared groups. The content of impurities of organochlorine toxicants and toxic elements in the meat and liver of animals of the experimental group was lower than that of control analogues. Therefore, the use of enterosorbent Shelltic Es promotes more active excretion of them from the body.

Increasing the production of pork meat requires careful work not only in terms of breeding, but also in the organization of complete feeding of animals, the correct selection of feed and feed additives containing the necessary nutrients. The purpose of the work was to analyze the use of premix in feeding young pigs on fattening. Two groups of fattening young pigs (Large White×Landrace) have been selected for the researches using the method of analogous groups, taking into account the breed, age, and live weight per 20 heads in each group with a live weight of 35 kg. Pigs of the control group have received the main economic diet, and animals of the experimental group have received an additional premix Khutorok at the rate of 10 g of premix per 1 kg of feed. The results have shown that the best age to reach 100 kg was in the experimental group of pigs – 215,8 days, which received premix with feed that characterizes their higher precocity by 36,3 days (P < 0,001) than in the control group of animals. The use of this premix had a positive impact on the livability of young animals, in the experimental group it was by 9,3 abs.% more than in the control group of animals. Thus, the best fattening traits have been possessed by young pigl of the experimental group have been received the premix Khutorok in their diet at the rate of 10 g of premix per 1 kg of feed. The obtained data indicate the feasibility of using the premix Khutorok in the feeding pigs for fattening.

Established that the largest distribution combined with feed additives which include a number of biologically active substances. As an alternative to antibiotics, the use of which recently banned their production and significantly reduced feeding system is used four groups of drugs, enzymes, probiotics, prebiotics and аcidifiers. The largest number of feed additives used in poultry feed. Therefore, to improve the consumption and use of feed efficiency, obtaining maximum animal performance ensured a high level of balanced nutrition using the same enzyme–probiotic supplements. It is to include such feed additives «Proenzym» which consists of live bacteria genus Bacillus subtilis and an enzyme tsellyulaza. What prevents gastrointestinal diseases, improves digestion and absorption of essential nutrients intake. Therefore, the aim was to study the effect of feeding different doses feed additive «Proenzym» in the quail Full–feed and its impact on productivity and internal organs. For the experiment selected 200 day old Estonian quail breed. Of these, the principle of analogues formed four groups of 50 goals each. The duration of the experiment – 56 days. The first (control) group during the entire experiment received a basic diet, and quail research groups in addition to the basic diet fed different doses of feed additives. For the effects of various doses feed additive had a positive effect on live weight quails in 42 and 49–day age. Yes, most live weight at the end of the experiment were females and males second experimental group 10.8% and 8.3%, which in addition to full–feed introduced minimum dose «Proenzym» The introduction of the new maximum amount of feed factor had a significant impact on the weight of internal organs, quails second group for the actions of study drug increased the mass of the lungs and liver, respectively, 0.6 g and 3.4 g, and gallbladder in 4 experimental group 0.16 g. Therefore, we can conclude that the diets of quails best was the maximum amount of feed additive.

In order to increase the meat productivity of broiler chickens, increase production volumes and reduce the prime-cost of poultry products, it is necessary not only to ensure balanced feeding and compliance with production technology but also to include in the poultry diet non-traditional additives, biologically active substances that contribute to the normalization of metabolic processes and improve the digestibility of feed nutrients. One of these dietary additives is Betulin extracted from birch bark, which has antioxidant and immunomodulatory properties. In this regard, the purpose of the research was to study the influence of compound feed with the introduction of 2 % feed additive based on a synthetic microspherical nanoporous carbon carrier containing biologically active Betulin in its composition on the productivity of broilers. The results of studies on broiler chickens using compound feed with 2 % feed additive have been presented in the article. It has been found that the feed consumption per 1 kg of live weight gain in poultry of the experimental group have been lower by 9,5 % due to better absorption of nutrients, the live weight of broiler chickens of the experimental group at the age of 42 days was 2625,6 g and it was higher than the control group by 3,68 %. The digestibility of crude protein and fat reached 92,73 and 88,03 %, which exceeded the control group by 1,03 and 3,03 abs.%, respectively. It has been found that the use of compound feed with 2 % of the feed additive with the biologically active substance is of practical importance in connection with the increase in the productivity of broilers and the level of profitability of meat production by 8,2 abs.%.
