<p>The main results of ecomorfology structure of soil mesofauna in the adjacent area of Dneprovsko-Orylskiy Natural Reserve (Ireland Pogorily ore Dyka Kosa) have been presented by the methods of OMI-  and RLQ – analysis. The components of variability of the soil animal world (in colony of <em>Ardea</em><em> </em><em>cinerea</em> L.), which is conditioned by auto- and heterotrophic consortia and also by influence of edaphically properties of biogeocoenoses were determined. Also we registered the high level and dynamics of mineral feed and presence of nitrogen in the soil. The results of description of taxonomic and ecological diversity in association of mesopedobionts were presented. We proved that the coenomorphic type of the animals was bog-forest. On the basic of joint measuring of edaphically descriptions and features of fauna structure we estimated the properties of ecological niche of soil mesofauna.</p> <p><em>Key words:</em><em> estimation of phytoindication, soil mesofauna, ecomorphic analysis, consortia, bird colonies.</em></p>

The results of studying the spatial structure of soil mesofauna of an urbanotechnozem by OMI- and RLQ-analysis are presented. The research was conducted on 5 June 2012 in the Botanic Garden of Oles Gonchar University (previously – territory of the Park Y. Gagarin, Dnipropetrovsk). The studied plot is situated on the slope of the Krasnopostachekaya balka (48°25'57.43" N, 35°2'16.52" E). The plot consists of 15 transects directed in a perpendicular manner in relation to the talweg. Each transect is made of seven sample points. The distance between points is 2 m. The coordinates of the lower left point were taken as (0; 0). The plot consisted of artificial grassland with a single tree. The vegetation was composed of grassland and steppe, of a mega-mesotrophic, xeromesophilic character. At each point the mesopedobionts were studied (data presented as L-table); temperature, electrical conductivity and soil penetration resistance, and grass height were measured (data presented as R-table). The soil-zoological test area was 25×25 cm. The mesopedobiont community was represented by 28 species and with total abundance 70.1 ind./m2. The following groups were dominant in the ecological structure of the soil animal community; saprohages, pratants, mesotrophocoenomorphs and the endogeic group. The measured edaphic characteristics were shown to play an important role in structurization of the ecological niche of the mesopedobiont community. The usage of morphological or physiological features of animals for the assessment of degree of specific distinctions is applicable for homogeneous taxonomic or ecological groups possessing comparable characteristics which also can be interpreted ecologically. The soil mesofauna is characterized by high taxonomic and ecological diversity of forms,which are difficult to compare by morphological or physiological criteria. The ecological value of characteristics in different groups will be not identical, and the basis for their comparison will be inadequate. Therefore we apply to the description of ecological features an ecomorphic analysis of the soil animals. The organization of communities of soil animals may be considered at the levels of investigated point,biogeocenosis, landscape and regional level. On the basis of landscape-ecological distribution of species in ecological space, their distribution in ecological groups – ecomorphs is established. The regular ratio of an ecomorph in these functional groups will be reflection of their organizational structure and ecological diversity. The obtained data testifies to the justice of this assumption. It is important to note the fact that the functional groups allocated in ecological space by means of the RLQ-analysis show regular patterns of spatial variability. Local functional groups are characterized by ecological characteristics in which any ecomorph may contain species occupying different hierarchical positions. Ascertaining the spatial heterogeneity of the animal community and determinancy of properties of an ecological niche by soil factors is an important result. However, for understanding of the nature of heterogeneity of the spatial variant of ecomorphs the analysis with RLQ-analysis application has been processed. Within a comparatively uniform field the spatial differentiation of the animal community in functional groups has been found. The reality of their existence was not only verified statistically, but also supplemented by a substantial interpretation of the ecomorphic markers of the interrelations between the groups and indicators of the ecological properties of the soil they inhabit. The variation of environmental properties within microsites leads to rearrangement of the ecological frame of the soil animal community. Heterogeneity of a soil body and vegetation mosaic form patterns of the spatial organisation of the soil animal community.

<p>In work the results of studying of the spatial organization of soil mesofauna of the artificial forest planting have been processed by OMI- and RLQ-analysis methods. Our research were conducted in June, 6st, 2011 in Oles Gonchar University botanic garden (earlier – territory of park of J. Gagarin, Dnepropetrovsk). The studied plot is situated at a distance of 220 m from the Building 1 of DNU and at a distance of 95 m from Y. Gagarin Avenue (the Southeast direction) (48°25'53.88"С, 35°2'25.82"В). The plot consists of 15 transects directed in a perpendicular manner in relation to the Avenue. Each transect is made of seven sample points. The distance between points is 2 m. The coordinates of the lower left point have been taken as (0; 0). The plot represents artificial forest-park planting. The vegetation has typically wood, mesotrophic and mesophilic character (93.55% – silvants, 70.97% – mesotrophic, 57.84% – mesophiles). At each point the soil mesofauna was studied; temperature, electrical conductivity and soil penetration resistance, dead leaf layer and herbage height were measured. Soil-zoological test area had a size of 25×25 cm.</p> <p>In ecological structure of the soil animal community have been found such groups dominant as saprophages, pratants and stepants, hygrophilous, mesotrophocoenomorphes, endogeic topomorphes. The measured edaphic characteristics have been shown to play an important role in structure of an ecological niche in mesopedobiont community. The basic trends of structure transformation of the animal community of soil mesofauna have been found as soil humidity gradient and edaphic properties variability caused features of a forest vegetation cover. The usage of morphological or physiological features of animals for an estimation of degree of specific distinctions is applicable for homogeneous taxonomic or ecological groups possessing comparable characteristics which also can be interpreted ecologically. The soil mesofauna is characterized by high taxonomic and ecological diversity of forms and comparing which by morphological or physiological criteria it is rather inconvenient. Ecological sense of characteristics in different groups will not be identical, and the basis for their comparison will be inadequate. Therefore we apply to the description of the ecological features ectomorphic analysis of soil animals. The organization of communities of soil animals may be considered at levels of an investigated point, a biogeocenosis, a landscape and regional level. Actually, on the basis of landscape-ecological distribution of species in ecological space their accessory to ecological groups – an ecomorphes is established. Various directions of allocating an ecomorphes at the landscape level conditionally are considered independent and form an ecological matrix (in multidimensional space – a multidimensional matrix, or tensor). As the level of a biogeocenosis correlation degree with the ecomorphes, possibly, will be rather high, therefore soil animals will form local, but functionally significant, groups. The regular ratio of ecomorphes in these functional groups will be a reflection of their organizational structure and an ecological diversity. The obtained data testifies to the justice of the come out assumption. It is important to notice that fact that the functional groups allocated in ecological space by means of the RLQ-analysis, show regular patterns of spatial variability. Local functional groups are characterized by ecological characteristics which reflect in terms one ecomorphes of property of others, occupying the higher hierarchical position. So, it is established that within the studied range, steppe ecomorphes are presented by megatrophic, xerophilous, megatrophocoenomorphes, and mostly phytophagous or predatory forms. Meadow and paludal forms are mainly epigeic (paludal) or anecic (meadow), hygrophilous or ultragygrophilous, saprophagous. The pioneering complex of destructive loci is presented by functional group which has no accurate coenotic status, but gravitates to steppe type. Such result approaches us to an understanding of mechanisms of transformation of community of soil animals under anthropogenic impact. For this purpose it is necessary to return to understanding coenomorphes as indicators of types of circulation of substances and energy flow on A. L. Belgard (1971). In such treatment we observe destruction coenotic system unities of a complex under anthropogenic impact, and the functional group appears at us as situational set of species. Obviously, such treatment is hypothetical and demands the further check. However the considered algorithm of gathering of materials and their statistical processing gives the practical tool for the decision of the given problem.</p> <p><em>Key words: </em>soil mesofauna, ecological niche, spatial ecology, ecomorphes</p>

Objective: To assess the psychological stress or phobia due to dental procedure among patients. Study Design: Descriptive cross-sectional study Place and Duration of Study: Department of Orthodontic, Bacha Khan College of Dentistry/Medical Teaching Institute, Mardan from 1st January 2020 to 31st August 2021. Methodology: One hundred and twenty patients coming for orthodontal treatment with age between 12-31 years were enrolled. The demographic and psychological stress information was recorded. Results: There were more females (65%) than males (35%). The mean age was 15.5±3.2 years. About 82.5% patients reported high level of psychological stress or phobias towards dental treatments while 19.1% were those who had moderate psychological stress or phobias. Majority of the patient’s fear of pain was between 12-17 years. Patients having highest anxiety also belonged to the same group Conclusion: Dental phobias and fears are widespread among patients seeking dental treatments. Orthodontists should recognize the dental phobias and fears so they efficiently interconnect with the patients. Key words: Orthodontic treatment, Pain, Dental phobia

Due to the e-services available in our country, their arrangement on the portal and the level of use, it should be noted that the implementation of services provided by government agencies in electronic form is at a high level and widespread. More measures should be taken to electronicize the services provided by government agencies. In addition, it would be expedient to computerize all services provided by government agencies. The article examines the theoretical foundations of the formation of e-government, reflects the state of e-government and e-services in the world and in Azerbaijan. AbstractSyntaxonomic diversity (SD) represents the number of plant communities (phytocoenoses) in certain area. Plant communities as organized systems of populations of various coexisting plant species inhabiting same or similar habitat in the function of time. SD is one of the best indicators of the state and potential carrying capacity of every ecosystem and an attribute of total ecological diversity. In general, level of syntaxonomic diversity indicates habitat heterogeneity and diversity. This could have significant importance in the categorization of habitat values in accordance with European Nature Information System (EUNIS) criteria. The results presented in this paper indicate without any doubt high natural values of mountain range Vranica in Bosnia and Herzegovina. One of the best proofs is an extremely high level of syntaxonomic diversity. In this area covering just 288 km2, vegetation is differentiated into 9 formations, 28 classes, 44 orders, 73 alliances and 165 associations. This represents 85% of all classes, 73% of all orders, 65% of all alliances, and 53% of all associations of vegetation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, or 35% of all classes in vegetation diversity in Europe. Going from the level of class to the level of order, the number of syntaxa increases for 61%, from order to alliance for 60%, and from alliance to association for 44.24% (average 55%). SD index is very high and it is 0.5729. This means that on each km2 contains 0.5729 syntaxa.

The yeast ILV2 gene encodes acetolactate synthase, the first enzyme in the biosynthesis of isoleucine and valine. Its multiple regulation has precluded the clear demonstration of whether ILV2 is under general amino acid control. Nonderepressible gcn4 strains were used as recipients for transformation with a YCp plasmid carrying GCN4. Parental gcn4 cells and their isogenic GCN4 transformants were evaluated for ALS derepression following induced amino acid starvation. GCN4 cells showed 1.5-to 1.7-fold derepression but no derepression was observed in isogenic control gcn4 strains. A similar depression of ILV2 mRNA was also observed. Genetic evidence for general amino acid control was the gcn4 suppression of high level resistance to sulfometuron methyl by the SMR1-410 allele of ILV2.Key words: Saccharomyces cerevisiae, ILV2 gene, general amino acid control, multiple regulators.

The basic tasks of the public public transport operator include reliable and safe transport services under the concluded transport contract with the transport organizer. The entity acting as the operator is obliged to punctually adhere to timetables, it is possible provided that the operator has a rolling stock characterized by a high level of readiness for rolling stock. The paper attempts to assess the readiness of the public transport operator performing tasks in the city and the adjacent area with a total number of residents not exceeding one hundred thousand.

Tovtry is a complex of Miocene fossils reef buildups that rise in a scenic ridge and hills above the surrounding plains of Podillya region. The Tovtry zone consists of main ridge (the late Baden barrier reef), isolated Tovtry hills (the late Baden bioherms, located east of the ridge), isolated tovtry (the early Sarmat bioherms, located west of the main ridge), the territories of the former channels, lagoons and passes between hills, where the modern rivers flows. The correlation and form of relief of Tovtry zone elements are the basis of detailed geomorphologic zoning. Within geomorphological area of Podillian Tovtry distinguish three subdistricts – Zbarazh, Medobory and Kamenec-Podolsky regions. The Zbarazhky Tovtry is stretching from Pidkamin village (Lviv region) to the valley of Gnizna river and includes Mylnivskyy, Zbarazhsky and Lub’yanetskyy hills of Tovtry. Within Podillian Tovtry are 85 objects of nature reserve fund (NRF), dominated by the number of botanical (20) and geological (19) natural monuments. The largest area is occupied by National Nature Park “Podilski Tovtry” (261 316,0 ha) and nature reserve “Medobory” (9 516,7 ha) and 7 landscape reserves (2 423,2 ha). The structure of NRF of Zbarazhsky Tovtry dominated by the number of botanical (6) and geological (6) natural monuments, and the largest area is occupied by 2 zoological reserves (6 041,0 ha). The particularly valuable geologic-geomorphologic objects of Tovtry have been identified (the Tovtry main ridge areas and isolated tovtry hills, the outcrops of reef sediments, rocks, canyon sections of the river valley, waterfalls etc.), they are protected in the form of geological nature monuments “Kydanetski rocks”, “Podillian Tovtry outliers”, “Sarmat sea outliers”, “Big Saddle” and into botanic reserve “Acute grave”. Share of environmental protection objects aimed at the protection of geological and geomorphological Tovtry formations in the Zbarazhsky Tovtry NRF is less than 2 %. The creations of the regional landscape park (RLP) “Zbarazhsky Tovtry” in the territory f the main ridge and surrounding areas with isolated tovtry hills from Left Seret river valley to Stryyovetski stream valley has been proposed. The park administration should be placed in the Zbarazh, where in 1994 the historical and architectural reserve “Zbrazh” has been created. Into RLP reserve zone should be included the most outstanding areas of main ridge (natural landmark Pozharnytsya, mount Hontova, mount Zubova) and isolated tovtry hills (Lub’yanetski Tovtry). The RLP will include “MilneBlihivskyy” (3 488,0 ha) and “Maloberezovytsko-Ivanchanskyy” (2 553,0 ha) zoological reserves, 4 botanical reserves, 5 geological and 2 hydrological reserves, 4 botanical nature monuments. Two circular routes from Zbarazh for the tourism development into regional landscape park “Zbarazhsky Tovtry” have been developed. The first route includes unique historical and architectural monuments and objects of inanimate nature, and the second – botanical and zoological objects and nature monuments. The landscape reserves “Tovtry steppe” and “Stryyovetski Mountains”, geological nature monuments “Fold bordering in the reef limestones in Bilokrynytsya village”, “Kolodiyivski giants”, “Hontva Mountain” and natural landmark “Zaluzhanskyy forest” are proposed to create in Zbarazhsky Tovtry. The chain of nature reserve objects will preserve the unique geological and geomorphological formation of Zbarazhsky Tovtry region. It will happen when there are crucial problems faced by the countries concerned and directly touch the collective interests of two or more countries involved in the summit. </em><em>Summit or h</em><em>igh-level diplomacy is also a reflection of a quick response by the parties that tends to produce a weighted agenda, so high-level diplomacy is not a series of activities of heads of state or heads of government filled with imaging missions, but rather an important mission for the national interest. One of the most important things of high-level diplomacy is the "ideology" of high-level diplomacy itself, namely the preparation of strategies, coordination and implementation measures aimed at the achievement of targets and objectives. Penyelidikan ini mengkaji kesediaan guru praperkhidmatan terhadap teknologi maklumat di Universiti Putra Malaysia. Kesediaan terhadap teknologi maklumat dalam kajian ini adalah diukur dalam tiga domain iaitu kemahiran teknologi maklumat guru, pengetahuan teknologi maklumat dan sikap mereka terhadap teknologi maklumat. Tiga ratus dan enam puluh mahasiswa dan mahasiswi yang mengambil bidang pendidikan sebagai major mengambil bahagian dalam kajian ini. Kajian ini menggunakan instrumen yang mengandungi 74 item yang berasaskan tugasan, 25 item pelbagai pilihan dan 34 item skala Likert untuk mengukur kemahiran IT, pengetahuan dan sikap masing-masing. Dapatan kajian mendapati bahawa kesedian teknologi maklumat guru-guru adalah tinggi. Secara spesifik, majoriti guru-guru mempunyai kemahiran teknologi maklumat yang tinggi, tahap pengetahuan IT yang memadai dengan sikap yang sangat positif terhadap teknologi maklumat. Hasil kajian juga menunjukkan wujud dua kumpulan yang ekstrim, mereka yang mempunyai kecekapan yang tinggi dalam alat produktiviti dan mereka yang tidak cekap. Kata kunci: kesediaan IT; kemahiran IT; pengetahuan IT; sikap terhadap IT; guru pra perkhidmatan This study examined pre-service teachers´ IT preparedness at Universiti Putra Malaysia. IT preparedness is measured in terms of their actual IT skills, knowledge and attitudes toward IT. Three hundred and sixty undergraduate students majoring in education participated in this study. This study used an instrument comprising 74 task based items, 25 multiple choice items and 34 Likert scale items to measure IT skills, knowledge and attitudes respectively. The result suggested that the pre-service teachers are highly IT prepared. More specifically, the majority of them have a high level of IT skills, reasonable level of IT knowledge with positively high attitudes toward IT. The result also revealed that two extreme groups existed, those who are highly proficient in certain productivity tools and those who are not.
