This paper discusses the FWP bending deformation processing computing problems. Using Rayleigh-Leeds method to solve the flexible part bending deformation. Designing flexible part bending deformation test function. Finding out the flexible part itself material characteristics, the relationship between Fz and deformation through satisfying FWP processing process of a flexible minimum potential energy conditions to work out the approximate solution of the flexible part bending deformation. Finally, think a rectangular flexible workpiece that made of polyurethane sponge as an experiment subject. The results show that the calculated results of the average of the relative deviation are only 6.85%. Proof that this bending deformation test functions satisfies the actual deformation calculation requirements.

The article presents modeling of human lumbar vertebra and it‘sdeformation analysis using finite elements method. The problemof tissue degradation is raised. Using the computer aided modelingwith SolidWorks software the models of lumbar vertebra(L1) and vertebra system L1-L4 were created. The article containssocial and medical problem analysis, description of modelingmethods and the results of deformation test for one vertebramodel and for model of 4 vertebras (L1-L4). Santrauka Straipsnyje aprašomas stuburo juosmeninės dalies slankstelio (L1) bei juosmeninės dalies slankstelių (L1-L4) sistemos modeliavimas ir tyrimas baigtinių elementų metodu (BEM). Sukuriamas erdvinis skaitinis modelis programinės įrangos SolidWorks aplinkoje. Sudaroma vieno ir keturių slankstelių (L1-L4) skaičiuojamosios schemos, modeliams suteikiama gniuždymo apkrova. Nagrinėjamas modelių deformavimas, esant gniuždymo apkrovai, kartu simuliuojant senėjimo procesų ir osteoporozės poveikį, kuris pasireiškia audinio silpnėjimu. Nagrinėjami ir lyginami trys atvejai: sveiko audinio apkrovimas, vidutinio osteoporozės lygio paveiktos slankstelių sistemos apkrovimas ir aukšto osteoporozės lygio paveikto modelio apkrovimas.

The hot deformation test of the nano silicon carbide (nano-SiC) and carbon nano tubes (CNT) hybrid-reinforced AZ80 matrix composite was performed at compression temperatures of 300–450 °C and strain rates of 0.0001–1 s−1. It could be observed that the flow stress of the nanocomposite rose with the reduction of deformation temperature and the increase of strain rate. The hot deformation behaviors of the composite could be described by the sine-hyperbolic Arrhenius equation, and deformation activation energy (Q) was calculated to be 157.8 kJ/mol. The Q values of the extruded nanohybrid/AZ80 composite in this study and other similar studies on extruded AZ80 alloys were compared in order to analyze the effect of the addition of reinforcement, and the effects of deformation conditions on activation energy were analyzed. Finally, the compression microstructure in an unstable condition was carefully analyzed, and results indicated that the phenomenon of local instability was easy to occur at the compression specimen of the nanohybrid/AZ80 composite under deformation conditions of low temperature with high strain rate (300 °C, 0.1–0.01 s−1), and high temperature with low strain rate (450 °C, 0.0001 s−1).

Deformation measurements with a thermocouple were applied in a deformation test of solder joints. The thermocouple is effectively combined with a conventional testing machine. The lead–solder and non–lead solder joints were pulled and sheared. The load-displacement and electromotive force (Emf)–displacement curves can be continuously derived from the signals of a load cell and the thermocouple. The Emfs in tension were compared with that in shear. The maximum Emf value in tension was larger than the emf value in shear, which meant in weakness of the solder joint in shear. Fracture occurred at the interface between the copper layer pad and solder, and the obtained Emf is closely related to fracture at the interface. The maximum Emf value in the non-lead solder was smaller than the Emf value in the lead–solder.

This paper analyzes the adaptability of process of alloy structural steel 50Mn2V by simulating research. Through the high temperature tensile test、the multi-pass deformation test we study the deforming resistance characteristics of 50Mn2V steel, and carry on the contrast with high strength steels P20(3Cr2Mo)of a factory; Through thermo-plasticity test the high temperature thermoplastic of 50Mn2V steel is studied. The test result indicates a factory has ability to produce the high strength 50Mn2V steel completely with present equipment.

A hybrid global optimization method combining the Real-coded genetic algorithm and some classical local optimization methods is constructed and applied to develop a special program for parameter identification. Finally, the parameter identification for both 26Cr2Ni4MoV steel and AZ31D magnesium alloy is carried out by using the program. A comparison of deformation test and numerical simulation shows that the parameter identification and the obtained two sets of material parameters are all available.

It can be concluded that two abreast near ways were suffered disturbed effects by one another in the cause of one’s excavation by studying the disturbed effects between JI17-22300 air way and machine way of JI16-22320 working face in the course of excavation ofJI17-22300 air way in Pingmei Shares Shikuang. We found three kinds of phenomenons. Firstly, the biggest deformation was the floor. Secondly, the stress concentration zone was10m-20m in front of the head of the roadway and floor drum violent activities for a period of 6-7 days. Lastly, stress appeared on two walls earlier of that of roof and floor stress appearance, namely wall deformation happened in distance of head-on20m, wall deformation amount begins to tend stable convergence after50~60 meters of roadway, those were happened in the roadways which were 450m depth, 11m span and at the drivage speed of 10m/d.
