In this sophisticated era, teenagers tend to close to technology for their communication. One of the communication technology they use is LINE. Beside for communication, LINE also has several services for entertainment, and one of them is webtoon. Webtoon provides online comics to be enjoyed by everyone. Webtoon is an application from Korea which spreads around the world and each country can create domestic comics to be published in webtoon. In Indonesia, webtoon is more and more popular, especially for young generation. It published many comics, either in Indonesian language or mixed with regional languages. Some comics are created in mixed Indonesian and Javanese language, for example Jamu Mbok De. The use of Javanese in that comic helps a lot in the Javanese maintenance. By reading that comic, the Javanese young generation becomes more familiar with Javanese. In which nowadays, they prefer to use Indonesian rather than Javanese because of the environment. Therefore, there are less and less effort to maintain the Javanese language which impacts to Javanese daily usage. By publishing comics in Webtoon using mixed Indonesian and Javanese, it can be one of the way to maintain the regional language.

The need and the urgency of the task of ensuring the safe transfer of information relevant to the security of the country is obvious in view of its particular importance. In the study of data protection for this kind of data, it was revealed that the most optimal and effective is the development of a hardware and software complex that identifies potential attacks aimed at data transmission systems at the physical level, and also implements an attack prediction technique that is more accurate and takes into consideration the random component of this process. The theory of the coherent lower previsions theory of Peter Walley laid the basis of the technique for predicting attacks. The implemented equipment is designed for testing communication channels at the physical level. A special feature of this device is automatic monitoring of both the output parameters of the device itself and the parameters of the communication line for compliance with regulatory and technical requirements. After a formalized statement of the problem and information about the initial data, a measurement of the accuracy of the forecasting model is made by means of the Fisher criterion. The results of the implementation showed that the number of prevented attacks as a result of the implementation of the developed software complex has increased.

Rectifiers are widely use in areas of industry and commerce to implement equipment which require to be powered by alternating current (AC) source, so that uncontrolled rectification requires an operational requirement study because they only properly works if the rectifier calculated boundary conditions are ideal and invariant. Therefore the implementation of control strategies should be take into account to generate the desired signal performance in the rectifier. This document shows the implementation of different control techniques on the behavior the sinusoidal current in a single-phase rectifier width modulated pulse and resistive load. Consequently, in this work the development of several control strategies are presented, for behavior analysis of signals in a rectifier with width pulse modulation and resistive load. Additionally, a comparison between the developed controllers is performed in order to get the best behavior available for this applications.

This paper reviews the role of the GDDS in helping developing and emerging market countries improve the dissemination of macroeconomic and sociodemographic data. It considers whether the GDDS, in the way it was designed about a decade ago and enhanced along the way, has fulfilled its purpose. Further, it considers whether the GDDS remains relevant to its current and prospective members, given ongoing global integration, increasing emphasis on transparency and governance mechanisms, and increased reliance on the Internet and electronic data transmission.

McCarney, Rosemary. The Way to School. Toronto: Second Story Press, 2015. PrintThe book is able to show that different communities have very distinct experiences when going to school and a number of them not too pleasant. For example, children are shown wading through a river, climbing ladders up a river bank, riding a zip-line and crossing a single-wire bridge.  Despite all these differences the book shows how much children love being in school. With clear and high quality photos, the book is able to demonstrate the different experiences. The photos have captured different sceneries and landscapes that ably demonstrate the different worlds the children come from. The photos add a lot of wonderful content to the story. As the photos demonstrate different communities it is therefore easy for children from various communities to relate with the story as well as appreciate the differences. This book shows both boys and girls going to school.  Education of girls is one of author Rosemary McCarney’s goals.  McCarney leads Plan International Canada and helped found the “Because I am a Girl” initiative. This is book is recommended for public libraries and children’s rooms everywhere.Highly recommended: 4 stars out of 4Reviewer: Nasra GathoniNasra is a Health Sciences Librarian at the Aga Khan University in Nairobi, Kenya. Nasra is an avid book reader, a passion she nurtured from her childhood and believes in the necessity of children reading from a tender age.
