In today's rapidly changing world, the value of history education is undeniable. The article reveals the importance of the formation of historical perception in preschool childhood with the aim to develop temporal and spatial representations, fostering respect for the culture of peoples that inhabit native land, for their traditions and lifestyles. The conceptual apparatus is defined that includes “historical perception in preschool childhood”, “the system of formation of historical perception in preschool childhood”, “pedagogical conditions”. The purpose of the article is to determine the system for the formation of historical perception in preschool childhood, to consider and determine the pedagogical conditions for the effective implementation of this system in preschool education. To achieve this goal the methods of system analysis and modeling were used. The article substantiates the need to use a complex of pedagogical conditions, the implementation of which will contribute to the formation of historical perception in preschool childhood. The pedagogical conditions are calendar planning with the introduction of the historical aspect into the educational process of a preschool educational organization; project activities. For the first time, these pedagogical conditions were considered as a unity. The result of the research is the system for the formation of historical perception in preschool childhood that can be used in the work of preschool educational organizations and organizations of additional education to form historical perception in preschool childhood in the context of the continuity of the system of historical education.

This article presents the ways of using digital technologies in solving the actual tasks of a preschool educational organization, namely: the use of digital tools in organizing work with children, parents (legal representatives), in solving the daily tasks of pre-school employees, in implementing management tasks, etc. The article reveals the importance of the process of digitalization of a modern educational organization as one of the key factors for the success of the implementation of the educational process, as well as in solving a wide range of issues in preschool education. The author notes a number of opportunities presented to the teams of preschool educational organizations when using digital tools. Applied research methods: theoretical-analysis of pedagogical and educational-methodical literature, articles of practical teachers and researchers in the field of education. The authors present their own tool-navigator for the implementation of the digitalization process of a modern preschool educational organization with an indication of specific tasks solved by the kindergarten teaching staff and digital tools that contribute to solving these tasks. The above – mentioned navigator tool can be useful for kindergarten teachers who directly organize the educational process with children and interact with parents (legal representatives), other specialists of preschool education when organizing their work, as well as the management staff of educational organizations. According to the results of the study, the conclusion is formulated that when using digital technologies in preschool education, a wide range of opportunities opens up for kindergarten teams that significantly update the activities of an educational organization and bring it to a completely new level, the level of mobility, efficiency and effectiveness of all processes occurring in it. The competent use of digital tools is one of the factors of the success of the activities of the kindergartens. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to analyze the prospects for the legal regulation of simplified proceedings in administrative cases by the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine. Method. The research is based on the complex analysis and generalization of the available practical, scientific and theoretical material and the formation of the corresponding conclusions and offers. The following methods of scientific cognition were used in the research: the dialectical, system-structural, terminological, system-functional, historical, normative-dogmatic, way of generalization. Results. The study examines the historical aspect of the development of legislation on simplified proceedings, including administrative cases. It is established that a particular category of cases can be considered in the framework of simplified proceedings without an oral hearing by examining the evidence provided in writing. Simplified proceedings are differentiated proceedings containing several exceptions to the administrative, procedural form. Simplified proceedings in administrative cases are distinguished not depending on the special categories of administrative matters but particular circumstances and applying a simpler trial procedure in the cases specified by law. The current legislation on applying the rules on the simplified system of justice requires improvement to ensure the effective implementation of procedural guarantees of participants, compliance with the principles of legality and fairness in the consideration and resolution of administrative cases. Scientific novelty. It is established that the formation of simplified proceedings aims to ensure the effective implementation of procedural guarantees of the participants, compliance with the principles of legality and fairness in the consideration and resolution of administrative cases. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using materials in legislative activity, in judicial practice, in the educational process in the study of administrative proceedings.

Актуальность статьи обусловлена организационной и содержательной трансформацией современного дополнительного образования детей, что, в свою очередь, явилось источником поиска новых трендов в организации работы образовательных организаций. Реализация маркетингового подхода в сфере дополнительного образования вызвана изменением рынка образовательных услуг, появлением новых запросов потенциальных пользователей. Это коррелируется с необходимостью поиска новых возможностей совершенствования качества образования, современных технологий, форм организации образовательной деятельности. Система дополнительного образования более других имеет возможность предоставления услуг специфических услуг, связанных с формированием личности человека, воспроизводством интеллектуальных ресурсов, передачей ценностей культуры. В статье предложены возможные инструменты реализации маркетинговой стратегии образовательных организаций, реализующих дополнительные образовательные программы. Раскрыта сущность феномена маркетинговой стратегии в образовании. Выделены целеполагающие задачи, которые сконцентрированы на изучении и формировании спроса на образовательные услуги, а также на формировании рынка образовательных услуг, востребованных конкретной территорией, обеспечение взаимосвязи производителя услуг и потенциального потребителя, анализ рынка образовательных услуг, стратегическое управление. Все участники образовательного процесса являются максимально включенными в процесс определения образовательных траекторий, а как результат, искоренения унифицированного образования. The relevance of the article is due to the organizational and content transformation of modern additional education for children, which in its turn was a source of search for new trends in the organization of educational organizations. The implementation of the marketing approach in the field of additional education is caused by changes in the market of educational services, the emergence of new requests from potential users. This is correlated with the need to find new opportunities to improve the quality of education, modern technologies, and forms of organization of educational activities. The system of additional education more than others has the ability to provide specific services related to the formation of a person's personality, the reproduction of intellectual resources, and the transfer of cultural values. The article suggests possible tools for implementing the marketing strategy of educational organizations that implement additional educational programs. The essence of the phenomenon “marketing strategy in education” is revealed. The goal-setting tasks that focus on the study and formation of demand for educational services, as well as on the formation of the market of educational services in demand by a particular territory, ensuring the relationship between the service manufacturer and potential consumer, analysis of the educational services market, and strategic management are highlighted. All participants in the educational process are maximally involved in the process of determining educational vectors, and as a result, the development of unified education. The article is intended for scientists and practitioners working in the field of additional (non-formal) education.

The article proposes the structure and content of the project of a children’s academy in the framework of additional mathematical education in «Fractal geometry for senior students». The system of building the educational process in the children’sacademy is described and a table of thematic planning for one academic year is given. The purpose of this article is to present a new form of the educational process with the use of design and research activities in the additional education of high school students through fractal geometry for implementation in educational organizations. The objectives of the article are to scientifically substantiate the need to include the humanitarian component in teaching fractal geometry; study of the theoretical foundations of fractal geometry in order to use it in additional mathematical education in the organization of design and research activities; description of the types of organization of mathematical activities and the identification of methodological techniques for students; development of a methodological apparatus, description of the design and research form of education.

In article the problem of ensuring continuity of preschool, primary education is considered. The success of its training and socialization in general depends on pithiness and continuity of process of psychology and pedagogical escort of the child at early stages of his development. The continuity declared in conceptual and normative documents in education quite often does not find implementation in activity of the educational organizations and institutions. The educational environment and educational practicians of institutions of preschool and primary education, as a rule, rassoglasovana with widely known theoretical regulations on continuity and the continuity of educational process. The organization of collaboration of specialists of comprehensive school and children's preschool educational institutions for scientific and pedagogical maintenance of development of these processes is necessary. The author pays attention to essence of the concept "continuity" in the context of continuous education of children of preschool and younger school age. The bases, components and means of ensuring of continuity of preschool and primary education are presented. Need of scientific and pedagogical maintenance of activities of pedagogical staff of educational institutions for creation of uniform educational space of comprehensive school and institutions of preschool education is proved. The author pays attention to essence of the concept "continuity" in the context of continuous education of children of preschool and younger school age. Organizational and pedagogical conditions of realization of the principle of continuity in teaching and educational activity of elementary school and kindergarten reveal.

Today, an urgent problem for applicants and employers is to obtain complete and reliable information about the quality of training of students by educational organizations of various levels, including secondary vocational education. One of the most demanded tools is an independent assessment of the quality of education and the creation of ratings of educational organizations. Of interest are the ratings generated by employers, which do not assess formal signs of compliance of the conditions for the implementation of the educational process with regulatory requirements, but include indicators that allow assessing the level of graduates ‘compliance with employers' requirements and the demand for graduates in the transport industry.The All-Russian Industry Association of Railway Transport Employers (Zheldortrans) this year for the first time held a rating of educational organizations that implement programs of secondary vocational education in railway specialties. This rating included the main indicators that allow assessing the quality of personnel training for railway transport enterprises. Information about the goals and criteria of rating formation, as well as its results is provided. According to the results of the work of the expert commission, formed from representatives of Zheldor-trans and the Russian Railways holding, the Chelyabinsk Institute of Railways, a branch of the Ural State University of Railways, was recognized as the best educational organization that implements training programs for specialists in secondary vocational education in the areas of rail transport.

The article reveals the problem of forming a comprehensively developed child’s personality by means of musical art. The development of the child, his or her formation as a person is a significant problem of preschool education. One of the ways to achieve this goal is to involve children in the process of music education, which has a great impact on child development. The purpose of the article is to reveal the influence of the Karl Orff’s concept of music education on the preschoolers’ musical abilities. Research methods at the scientific and theoretical level include: method of analysis – the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, methods of teaching music, methods of synthesis and generalization; system analysis – to display the basic components of the methodology. The results. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the principles of the pedagogical approach of Karl Orff and features of aesthetic education of children in the conditions of the given system were defined. Since preschool education requires new approaches in the context of the development of preschoolers by means of musical art, it is advisable to introduce the K. Orff’s method in the educational process of preschool institution. Moreover it is proved that the presence of music in the educational process opens opportunities for the harmonious development of preschool children. K. Orff’s musical and pedagogical approach is a concentrated carrier of the ideas of humanistic pedagogy, pedagogy of the freedom of creative personality. Conclusions. K. Orff’s method is spreading and influencing the music education of Ukraine, involving Ukrainian culture in the educational process, using folk and children’s songs, elementary music, which is an act of elementary self-expression, to which man is adapted by nature. Consequently, the K. Orff’s methods is universal, flexible and open, which allows us to combine its principles with various methods of music education, which is spread and successfully used in preschool institution; and the creation of special pedagogical conditions, the use of aesthetic techniques and musical means in the classroom with the active participation of children helps them to keep the dominance of positive emotions, significantly increases motivation for learning and music, has an effective impact on motor, speech, communication and psychological development.
