The aims of this research are to discover the implementation, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors of the integration of the 2013 curriculum with the pesantren curriculum in fiqh subject of class X at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mawaddah Ponorogo. This research is a field research. The techniques of data collection used were interview, observation, and documentation. The process of analyzing the data of this study used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing data conclusions. The validity of the data was tested by triagulation technique. The research results show that: (1) The application of the integration of the 2013 curriculum with the KMI curriculum in the subject of fiqh class X Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mawaddah was held by setting the hours of study for one semester to study the KMI fiqh material and repeating the 2013 curriculum (Ministry of Religion Curriculum) fiqh material. (2) Supporting factors are the support of the pesantren leader in form of policies, a similarity in specifications between the subject matter of the 2013 curriculum curriculum (Ministry of Religion) and the KMI curriculum, and the habits of students using Arabic as the language instruction. The inhibiting factors are limited study time and crowded pesantren activities.

Abstract: This research aims to examine the implementation of reward and punishment strategies implemented in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas in an effort to improve teacher discipline. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject in this study was teacher of KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Malang. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results showed that the implementation of reward and punishment strategies in teacher discipline management in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas is to sanction money fines for late teachers and gold awards for teachers whose discipline comes on time. The implementation of this strategy has been shown to help improve teacher discipline in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Keywords: discipline; teacher; reward; punishment Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti implementasi strategi reward and punishment yang diterapkan di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk implementasi strategi reward and punishment dalam manajemen kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas adalah dengan pemberian sanksi denda uang bagi guru yang terlambat dan penghargaan berupa emas bagi guru yang disiplin datang tepat waktu. Penerapan strategi tersebut terbukti membantu meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Kata kunci: Kedisiplinan; guru; penghargaan; hukuman

The purpose of this study was to describe the process of relocating street vendors, socio-economic impacts of the relocation of street vendors, enabling and inhibiting factors in the relocation of street vendors Buduran Sidoarjo District flyover. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The key informants in this study is a cooperative trade field staff, SMEs, Trade and Industry Sidoarjo. With the technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation and then analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the process of relocating street vendors are not in accordance with the stages of the relocation as stipulated in the Regulation of Home Affairs Number 41 Year 2012 which begins from the stage of data collection by the two surveys and registration of street vendors, determining the location of street vendors, transfer and removal of the location of street vendors, for the rejuvenation of the location of street vendors. Relocation was finally done by the Department of Hygiene and Sidoarjo Regency which take discretionary acts such policies. The social impact of the relocation of street vendors in the area overpass Buduran district, in terms of comfort PKL more comfortable. But in terms of security is still not fully awake. PKL majority income declined due to the lack of empowerment of government. The government also has obstacles in the relocation of street vendors because of the limited land available as well as street vendors mindset still comfortable selling on the shoulder of the road because there is no money to rent a place.

This study aimed to reveal the concept of Tumbuk in Javanese gamelan tuning, namely gamêlan agêng with Sléndro and Pélog. This study used a qualitative method with an ethical emic perspective. The data collection was done by conducting literature review, observation, interviews, and studio work, then processed with data analysis. The data analysis then was followed up through data interaction by interpreting the relationship reactions of the three elements of analysis consisting of data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The interpretation of the data was done inductively, so that the conclusion was drawn entirely from the development of the data according to the realities of the field. The results showed that tumbuk was not only limited to a note that has the same high and low, but it is a musical concept that integrates the Sléndro and Pélog scales in the tuning of a set of gamelans. There are basically only two types of tumbuk: nêm tumbuk and lima tumbuk. Other than those, it means that they are the strut. The thing is,tumbuk has a central tone that serves as a benchmark and a supporting tone whose position strengthens the integration of each type of tumbuk. As a concept, it was found that tumbuk plays several important roles including equalizing the highs and lows of certain notes, equalizing the range of certain notes, and conditioning the range of notes or the addition of the tune.

Theater is a performing art which in its performance brings a story that is delivered through acting on the stage. Theater performance is inseparable from music as supporting atmosphere. Based on that, this research aims to know the types of illustration music composition in “Kembang” Theater group from SMA N 1 Brebes. This study used qualitative method. To obtain the accurate data, this study used observation, interview, and documentation. This research consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result shows that “Kembang” Theater always makes music composition that is suitable with the theme of the script on their performances. Illustrated music is always played live on stage with consideration of getting maximum results in every scene played. There are various types of illustration music composition in “Kembang” Theater group. They are opening music, happy music, wistful music, tense music, horror music, romantic music, comical music, sampakan music/convey music, transition music, and closing music. The types of script are divided into two types. There are tragedy script and comedy script. Not all types of Illustration music composition exists in all types of script. For example, sampakan music and comical music that only exist in comedy script.

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

Empowerment is a process of empowering communities where the community is given an ability to manage all available resources to improve the standard of living of the community itself. One form of empowerment is like what has been done in PKBM Lutfillah and has been running since 2007. The problems that will be discussed in this paper are about how to implement community empowerment through Life Skills and Entrepreneurship Programs in PKBM Luhtfillah Pahandut Urban Village, Palangka Raya City, and whatever supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Life and Entrepreneurship Skills Program at PKBM Lutfillah. The theory used in this study is using the theory of Edi Suharto (2011), namely: planned and collective activities; improve people's lives; priority for weak and disadvantaged groups; and carried out through capacity building programs. This type of research uses qualitative research methods where the purpose is to describe and analyze the implementation of Life and Entrepreneurship Skills Program in PKBM Luthfillah as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors that influence the implementation of the program. Which in this study is data collection through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The analysis technique is through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that in the implementation of Life and Entrepreneurship Skills Program in PKBM Luthfillah through 3 stages, namely the recruitment of prospective participants, implementation, and closure had been going well and the benefits had really been felt by participants both to improve their thinking skills but also able improve their lives by creating a new independent business. in addition to increasing their economic income, they are also able to change their mindset so that they are more critical in fulfilling their needs by not always relying on government assistance. Supporting factors that influence the implementation of the program are; availability of tutors, availability of funds, and availability of facilities. While for the inhibiting factors is; capture power, and time constraints.

This study aims to determine the extent to which the application of archive learning based on the Kurikulum 2013 conducted by XII students in Office Administration at the SMK Negeri 1 Tepus. This is a evaluative study in which the methods used are Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP). Data collection is obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis using interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman consists of data collection, data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and conclusions (conclusions / verification). The results of the study indicate that the implementation of archive learning is considered, starting with preparing syllabus and lesson plans (RPP) so that they can be implemented in the classroom starting from Opening Activities, Core Activities, and Closing Activities. However, in real practice, these activities are considered to be less in line with the implementation of the Kurikulum 2013 because there have been many obstacles felt by teachers, students, and school infrastructure.

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

<p><em>Abstrak </em>– <strong>Penelitian ini membahas tentang </strong><strong>tentang retorika persuasif dalam pidato Ismail Haniyah untuk umat Islam Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan dan menjelaskan konsep retorika persuasif yang ada pada pidato tersebut. Analisis yang digunakan adalah teori retorika persuasif perspektif Aristoteles. Dalam teori ini terdapat penjelasan terkait retorika yang memiliki tiga jenis, yakni retorika forensik, demonstratif, dan Deliberatif. Prinsip teori ini tercermin dalam konsep <em>The Five Canon of Rhetoric, </em>panduan sekaligus ketentuan yang harus ada dalam pidato persuasif. Kelima ketentuan tersebut berkaitan dengan <em>Inventio/Discovery</em> yang berarti penemuan, <em>Dispositio/Arrangement</em> yang berarti penyusunan,<em> Elocutio/Style</em> yang berarti gaya, <em>Pronuntiatio/Delivery</em> yang berarti penyampaian, dan <em>Memoria/Memory</em> yang berarti mengingat. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori kualitatif-deskriptif dengan menggunakan paradigma interpretatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah tonton, simak, dan catat. Seluruh data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles Huberman, yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil berupa 19 temuan data yang berkaitan dengan retorika persuasif dalam pidato Ismail Haniyah untuk umat Islam Idonesia. Dari seluruh data, 6 di antaranya berkaitan dengan jenis reotika persuasif yang mencakup keseluruhan jenis. Sedangkan 13 sisanya berkaitan dengan konsep <em>Five Canon of Rhetoric</em> berdasarkan perspektif Aristoteles.</strong></p><p><em>Abstract – </em><strong>This study discusses persuasive rhetoric in Ismail Haniyah's speech to Indonesian Muslims. The purpose of this study is to find and explain the concept of persuasive rhetoric in the speech. The analysis used is the theory of persuasive rhetoric from Aristotle's perspective. In this theory, there are explanations related to the rhetoric that have three types, namely forensic, demonstrative, and Deliberative rhetoric. The principle of this theory is reflected in the concept of The Five Canon of Rhetoric, a guide as well as a provision that must be present in a persuasive speech. The five provisions are related to <em>Inventio</em> (Discovery), <em>Dispositio</em> (Arrangement), <em>Elocutio</em> (Style), <em>Pronuntiatio</em> (Delivery), and <em>Memoria</em> (Memory). This type of research is included in the qualitative-descriptive category using interpretive paradigms. The techniques used in data collection are watching, listening, and taking notes. All data obtained were then analyzed using the Miles Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. This study obtained results in the form of 19 data findings related to persuasive rhetoric in Ismail Haniyah's speech to Indonesian Muslims. Of all the data, 6 of them relate to the type of persuasive rationale which includes all types. Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan proses perumusan visi dan misi sekolah; (2) mendeskripsikan strategi yang dibuat sekolah dalam upaya mewujudkan visi dan misi; (3) mendeskripsikan gambaran ketercapaian dari visi yang telah dibuat sekolah; (4) mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi sekolah dalam upaya mewujudkan visi dan misi selama ini; dan (5) menemukan strategi yang efektif dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi yang telah dirumuskan sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Data dianalisis melalui proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) proses perumusan visi dan misi sekolah dilakukan melalui rapat internal yang dibuat oleh kepala sekolah dengan memperhatikan visi lembaga di atas sekolah, nilai-nilai dalam masyarakat, dan relevansi dengan perkembangan zaman; (2) strategi yang dibuat ketiga sekolah memang sedikit berbeda-beda namun pada dasarnya dapat dianalisis dengan dimensi proses, konten, dan konteks; (3) visi ketiga sekolah dapat dikatakan belum tercapai karena beberapa unsur yang ada di dalam visi belum sepenuhnya terwujud; (4) sumber daya manusia, pendanaan, metode, sarana prasarana, kepemimpinan sekolah, dan komunikasi mempengaruhi ketercapaian dari visi dan misi sekolah; dan (5) strategi yang efektif dalam upaya mewujudkan visi dan misi sekolah dapat dilakukan dengan cara membangun harapan individu menjadi visi bersama, membuat prioritas pembangunan dengan indikator ketercapaiannya, membangun motivasi berprestasi, meningkatkan partisipasi orang tua, dan membangun kemitraan dengan berbagai pihak. Kata kunci: strategi mewujudkan visi dan misi STRATEGIES IN ACTUALIZING VISION AND MISSION SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN DISTRICT KASIHAN, BANTUL Abstract This study aims to: (1) describe the formulation of schools’ vision and missions; (2) describe the schools’ strategies to actualize the vision and mission; (3) describe the illustration of vision and missions achievement formulated by schools; (4) identify factors that affect the schools in actualizing their visions and missions; and (5) find an effective strategy to actualize the vision and mission. The study used a qualitative approach with the type of phenomenology. Data were analyzed through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Results of the study: (1) the process formulation of schools’ vision and missions was done by internal meeting conducted by the headmaster by considering higher institution’s vision, values in society, and relevance of current development (2) strategies designed by those three schools are little bit different and can be basically analyzed with the dimension of process, content, and context (3) the schools’ visions were said to be not yet achieved since some elements/components of vision and mission have not been completed (4) human’s resource, funding, methods, facility and infrastructure, leadership in school, and communication affect the actualization of schools’ visions and missions, and (5) effective strategy to actualize vision and missions of schools can be done by uniting individual expectation into shared vision, creating development priority along with its achievement indicator, building achievement motivation, increasing parent’s participation, and building partnership with any stakeholders.
