Studens have to have emphaty about their friends condition, but the truth is the middle to high class family students have less emphaty to their friends condition who come from low class family. Therefore, conducted research on the correlation between the effectiveness of amal bakti santri(ABAS) program with student’s emphaty. This research is a field research that take 78 studens as random sample. The data is collected using questionnaire, interview dan observation method. The results showed that : 1) the level of emphaty class VIII students in Muhamadiyah Boarding School Yogyakarta classified in the high category with an average value of 86,69. 2) effectiveness of the amal bakti santri (ABAS) with the average value of 85,7. 3) There was a significant positive correlation between the effectiveness of amal bakti santri (ABAS) program with student’s emphaty class VIII in Muhamadiyah Boarding School Yogyakarta with r count (0,338) >r table (0,227). This means that the effective amal bakti santri (ABAS) program will increase the student’s emphaty.

The problems in mathematics needed a madel or appropriate learning methods, one of the models or methods that trains students to ask and answer questions in the learning process is a method of Giving Question and Getting Answers, one method that is expected to improve motivation and learning outcomes students. This study aims to improve motivation and learning outcomes of students of class VIII SMP Negeri 9 Satu Atap Pujut through the application of learning methods Giving Question and Answer Getting the subject matter of the circle in the academic year 2015/2016. This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 9 Satu Atap  Pujut central Lombok district. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) by applying the learning method Giving Getting Question and Answer. This study was conducted in two cycles. The results showed an increase in the average value of the evaluation results of students in each cycle is the first cycle the average value of the results of the evaluation study with classical completeness 67.06 75.86% and 74.17% student motivation with high category. While on the second cycle the average value of the results of the evaluation study with classical completeness 73.65 86.20% and 87.13% student motivation with very high category. From the data obtained, it can be concluded that the application of learning methods Giving Question and Answer Getting may improve motivation and learning outcomes of students of class VIII SMP Negeri 9 Satu Atap Pujut the school year 2015/2016.

This article aims to determine the intensity of the implementation of quantum teaching, the interest in learning Aqidah Akhlak. This type of research is field research and includes quantitative research. Data obtained through observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially, using statistical processing software. The results of this study were, (1) The intensity of the implementation of Quantum teaching, was in the low category. (2) The interest in learning Aqidah Akhlak learners (variable Y) is in the high category. (3) The results of the hypothesis test concluded that there is an effect of quantum teaching on the learning interests of Aqidah Akhlak MTs students in DDI Manahilil Ulum Kaballangan Islamic Boarding School Pinrang Regency. The implications of this study are, it is expected that educators, to always strive to be professional educators by attending seminars, training, workshops, comparative studies to institutions that are central to learning Quantum Teaching.

The study aims to determine the effect of the Make A Match method on the activities, interests, and learning outcomes of class VIII students of MTs Darussalam Bermi West Lombok. The population in this study were all eighth-grade students of MTs Darussalam Bermi, while the study sample was 58 students. Class VIII C as the experimental class and class VIII D as the control class. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The research instrument used was an observation sheet to obtain data on learning activities, questionnaires for learning interest data, and tests for student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the analysis of student activity data in the control class, an average value of 71 was obtained with the active category, while the experimental class obtained an average value of 78 with a very active category. The average learning interest of students in the control class is 36.39 with a less high category, then in the experimental class, the average student interest is 45.73 with a fairly high category using the Make A Match method. Analysis of student learning outcomes data obtained an average value in the experimental class of 82.4 with the highest value of 100 and the lowest 72, while the average value of the control class was 76.1 with the highest value 88 and the lowest value 64. Based on the results of the t-test obtained t count is 17.43 and t table is 1.67, because tcount ≥ ttable, then there are differences in activities, interests, and learning outcomes using the Make A Match method in class VIII students of MTs Darussalam Bermi. Based on these results it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Make A Match method on science learning outcomes of class VIII students of MTs Darussalam Bermi.

The aims of this study are to: 1) Investigate the English learning process by using the CLT method in KSK Institute of Fathimatuzzahro, Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, 2) Investigate the effectiveness of the CLT method in improving students' English ability, 3) Investigate the perception of students of KSK Institute of Fathimatuzzahro, Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School on English language skills after participating in learning process by using the CLT method, 4) Investigate the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the effectiveness of the English learning process in KSK Institute of Fathimatuzzahro, Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. Theories and concepts used include: CLT learning methods, and English communication skills. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this research, namely questionnaire, interview, observation and test. The sample of this research is 70 students of KSK Institute of Fathimatuzzahro, Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. Based on the results of data processing, it was obtained that the CLT Learning Methodgave significanteffect on the English communication skills. In general, the average value of the CLT learning method variable scores implemented in the learning process in KSK Institute of Fathimatuzzahro, Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in upgrading English communication skills have high qualifications, score per aspect of students perceptions in KSK Institute of Fathimatuzzahro, Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School on students' English proficiency using the CLT learning method is in the high category and score of each aspects of supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the effectiveness of the learning process English courses in KSK Institute of Fathimatuzzahro, Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School are in the high category.

The aim of the study was, within the tested samples of high yielding Holstein-Friesian cows (n = 363), to analyze the significance of the actual level of correlation between the average BCS of cows according to body regions and results in the production of milk indifferent stages and the standard duration of lactation. Differences in average realized BCS in regard to the recommended values in stages of production cycle were highly significant (p ? 0.01). In general, realized correlation coefficients, whose significance was tested, were at very low level. The average value of the BCS at dry off period in the first, second and third body region was statistically significantly (p <0.05) and highly significantly (p <0.01) positively associated with milk production during the first 100 days of lactation. The mean value of BCS at dry off period in the second body region was in a statistically significant positive correlation (p <0.05) with the production of milk in the second 100 days and standard lactation. The average value of BCS at dry off period for all three body regions was highly significantly (p <0.05) positively associated with milk production in the first 100 days. The mean value of BCS at calving in the first body region was highly significantly (p <0.01) positively associated with milk production during the first and the second 100 days of lactation and standard lactation. Average BCS value at calving for the second body region was highly significantly (p <0.01) positively correlated with milk production in the first and second 100 days of lactation and significantly positvely correlated (p <0.05) with the production of milk in the standard lactation. The mean value of BCS at calving in the third body region was highly significantly (p <0.01) positively correlated with milk production during the first 100 days of lactation and significantly positively correlated (p <0.05) with the production of milk in the second 100 days and standard lactation. Average BCS value for all three body regions at calving was in a highly significant (p <0.01) positive correlation with milk production in the first hundred days of lactation. A significant positive correlation (p <0.05) with the production of milk in the second 100 days and a standard lactation was achieved. The average value of BCS at the peak of lactation for the first, second and third body region was significantly (p<0.05) and highly significantly (p<0.01) negatively correlated with the production of milk in a standard lactation. The mean value of BCS at the peak of lactation for all three body regions was very significantly (p <0.01) negatively correlated with the production of milk in the standard lactation. The mean value of BCS in the mid-lactation for the first, second and third body region was highly significantly (p <0.01) negatively correlated with the production of milk in the standard lactation. BCS average value for all three body regions in the mid-lactation was very significantly (p <0.01) negatively correlated with the production of milk in the standard lactation.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sistem dakwah Pondok Pesantren At-Tawazun ditinjau melalui sistem terbuka mulai dari tahap input, conversion, output, feedback, hingga environment dalam upaya mengatasi problematika santri yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan spesifikasi penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan pondok pesantren At-Tawazun dirasakan cukup besar manfaatnya oleh orang tua maupun masyarakat. Lembaga dakwah dan pendidikan ini telah ikut berkontribusi dalam menanggulangi masalah sosial dan kenakalan remaja yang semakin rumit, sehingga mampu memberikan lulusan santri yang brakhlak, berbudi luhur dan mampu mengamalkan ilmunya di masyarakat. Lebih dari itu, kehadiran pondok pesantren At-Tawazun diharapkan dapat mengatasi akulturasi budaya yang menyimpang di era sekarang ini. Sehingga semangat generasi muda kita dapat disalurkan terhadak hal-hal positif, untuk kemajuan Agama dan Negara. This paper aims to describe the da’wah system of At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School through an open system starting from the input, conversion, output, feedback, and environment stages in an effort to overcome the problems of santri that are influenced by the times. This research uses case study method with qualitative approach and field research specification (field research). The results of this study indicate that the existence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding Scool was felt to be of considerable benefit by parent and community. This da’wah and education institution has contributed to tackling social problems and juvenile delinquency that are increasingly complicated, so as to be able to provide graduates who are morally, virtous and able to practice their knowledge in the community, moreover, the presence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School is expected to overcome the deviant cultural acculturation in the present era. So that the spirit of our young generation can be channeled suddenly to positive things, for the advancement of Religion and the state.

The classroom action research conducted at class X IPB1 in SMA Negeri 1 Susut aimed to (1) To describe the steps in implementing e-Learning based learning in writing the exposition text of class X IPB1 at SMA Negeri 1 Susut. (2) Describe student achievements after implementing e-Learning in exposition text of class X IPB1 in SMA Negeri 1 Susut, and (3) Describe student responses after applying e-learning in writing text exposition of class X IPB1 in SMA Negeri 1 Susut. This research was conducted in two cycles in which consisted of five stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing, evaluating, and reflecting. Data were collected by observation method, interview method, test method, questionnaire method and analyzed descriptively quantitative and qualitative. The results showed the average value of the first cycle was 72.6 or an increase of 17.05% from the previous value (pre-cycle) 37. The value of the second cycle was 81.1 or an increase of 43.4%. The acquisition of the average response of students in the first cycle of 33.7% in the very positive category and increased in the second cycle of student responses to 33.96 in the very positive category. The conclusions in this study were (1) learning steps based on e-Learning based on basic competency standards and according to procedures that have been designed. (2) e-Learning can improve student achievement in writing exposition texts. (3) students' responses to e-Learning are very positive. The suggestion of this research is that teachers should use e-learning to improve student achievement.

Abstract: One of national education aim is to developing student’s potentials in order to become a faithful man. It is based on Republic of Indonesia’s Law Number 20 of 2003 on National Education System, Chapter II Article 3. Islamic Religious Education is one of education that done to create a faithful man. Prayer is one of Islamic Religious Education’s matter should be learned by all Moslem’s students, include students with special needs. Research of prayer practice guidance is an important thing to be done. The important thing should be researched is about prayer practice that taught in the inclusion school. Inclusion school have regular (common) students and special needs students. How the teacher can teach prayer practice for students with special needs in the inclusion school. Once of inclusion school is Junior High Boarding School Putra Harapan. The goal of this research is to explore and to describe about how teacher guides prayer practice for students with special needs in Junior High Boarding School Putra Harapan Purwokerto Banyumas. This research belongs to field research on qualitative descriptive form. The methods of collecting data used by the author are interview, observation and documentation. Meanwhile to analyze of data, it’s done by collecting data, reducing, presenting and verifying data to be valid and reliable report. The findings of this research show that guidance of prayer practice for students with special needs in Junior High Boarding School Putra Harapan done through some ways namely dividing students into two class that regular and inclusion class, establishing guidance of prayer practice program, using musyafahah and demonstration methods. The study aims at examining (1) the effectiveness of the implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model using Open Ended approach, (2) the students’ learning result in mathematics who were taught by using PBL model with Open Ended approach, (3) the students’ activities in teaching and learning process by using PBL model with Open Ended approach, and (4) the students’ response on learning. The study is pre-experiment research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The populations of the study were class VIII students at SMPN 33 Makassar of academic year 2016/2017 wich consisted of 10 classes. Samples were selected by employing Cluster Random Sampling technique and obtained class VIIIE as the research sample. Data were obtained by using learning result test instrument, observation sheet of students’ activities, observation sheet of learning implementation, and questionnaire of students’ response. The results of the study reveal that the learning result score of class VIII students in mathematics I sin high category, the mean 83.22, and deviation standar 8.549, the classical completeness is 87.50%, the mean of normalized gain is in high category, the students’ activity is in very active category, and students’ response on the implementation of PBL model with Open Ended approach is positive. The result of hypothesis test indicates that PBL model with Open Ended approach is effective to implemented in Mathematics learning to class VIII students at SMPN 33 Makassar.

The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), has quickly developed into a worldwide pandemic. Mutations in the SARS-CoV-2 genome may affect various aspects of the disease including fatality ratio. In this study, 553,518 SARS-CoV-2 genome sequences isolated from patients from continents for the period 1 December 2020 to 15 March 2021 were comprehensively analyzed and a total of 82 mutations were identified concerning the reference sequence. In addition, associations between the mutations and the case fatality ratio (CFR), cases per million and deaths per million, were examined. The mutations having the highest frequencies among different continents were Spike_D614G and NSP12_P323L. Among the identified mutations, NSP2_T153M, NSP14_I42V and Spike_L18F mutations showed a positive correlation to CFR. While the NSP13_Y541C, NSP3_T73I and NSP3_Q180H mutations demonstrated a negative correlation to CFR. The Spike_D614G and NSP12_P323L mutations showed a positive correlation to deaths per million. The NSP3_T1198K, NS8_L84S and NSP12_A97V mutations showed a significant negative correlation to deaths per million. The NSP12_P323L and Spike_D614G mutations showed a positive correlation to the number of cases per million. In contrast, NS8_L84S and NSP12_A97V mutations showed a negative correlation to the number of cases per million. In addition, among the identified clades, none showed a significant correlation to CFR. The G, GR, GV, S clades showed a significant positive correlation to deaths per million. The GR and S clades showed a positive correlation to number of cases per million. The clades having the highest frequencies among continents were G, followed by GH and GR. These findings should be taken into consideration during epidemiological surveys of the virus and vaccine development.
